Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles Vol. 19, No. 6 (1995) p. 887~894 The purpose of this study were to reveal the relationships among the consumer's advertising involvement toward each related variables (the prior brand attitude, the consumer responses, the advertising attitude, the brand attitude, and the purchase intention). Also it were to identify these variables differences according to mediated roles of product use experiences. The result of this study were as follows: 1. Consumer advertising involvement were composed of five dimentions; the hedonic involvement, social involvement, utilitarian involovement, perceived risk involvement, and comfortable involvement. 2. There were significant relationships among the five dimentions, such as advertising involvement, the prior brand attitude, the advertising attitude, the brand attitude, and the purchase intention, according to the types of advertising appeal. 3. The related variables were significant differences according to the consumer's product use experiences.
Subjects were 405 female college students and 505 was utilized for structural equation modeling. As results, hedonic shopping value had positive effects on impulse purohasing, variety seeking, and purchasing involvement. In contrast, interestingly, impulse purchasing did not show any significant effect on brand loyalty and purchasing involvement had rather a positive effect on brand loyalty. There was a Positive effect of hedonic shopping value on brand loyalty. This result indicates that people who get more involved in and enjoy clothing shopping are likely more brand loyal than others. This seems to come from the intrinsic characteristics of shopping. People who enjoy clothing shopping likely have high level of fashion or style concern, and this might lead higher levels of purchasing involvement and brand loyalty. Due to the symbolic characteristics of clothing, the brand loyalty of clothing seems to be more symbolic and emotive rather than utilitarian and cognitive.
Keep in step in trend that interest for brand is rising and enterprise should tries to customer to Inform own brand. The mayor is diversified and work this which make correct product or brand on customer need is work which our enterprise does now. And should judge the availability whether customer is satisfied to product according to the brand. Because this can be the most important matter which is kept customer and create profit that is enterprise's ultimate object. In this study, customer measured brand enforcing to blue jeans clothing company how is recognizing and distinguishes brand forefinger to low rank group with high position group. And, measured satisfaction by each group. Measured new concept that is when enforce customer satisfaction, expectation which is existent theory, result, Involvement with inconsistency theory making grafting and confirmed that involvement is factor influencing in customer satisfaction measurement.
The purpose of this study is to verify the theoretical model on the clothing satisfaction. Research problems are as following; 1. To identify a causal model on the clothing satisfaction. 2. To examine the causal model by the brand levels. 3. To examine the causal model by the consumer characteristics. The empirical study of the above research problems is carried out by the longitudinal survey. The subjects selected for the final analysis are 362 women living in Seoul and Pusan. The results of our analysis are as following; 1. The main causal course of the clothing satisfaction is that the brand level and the consumer expectation $\rightarrow$ the expectation $\rightarrow$ the perceived performance ($\rightarrow$ the disconfirmation) $\rightarrow$ the clothing satisfaction. Those relevant variables explain $70\%$ of the clothing satisfac-tion variance. Especially, the influence of the perceived performance appears to be greater than that of the disconfirmation. 2. According to our analysis, the expectation influences the clothing satisfaction indirectly through the perceived performance. Especially, the normative expectation exhibits the contrast effect on the disconfirmation, while the predictive expectation exhibits the assimilation effect on the perceived performance. 3. The clothing satisfaction model differs by the brand levels (high price brand vs. moderate price brand) and by the consumer involvement levels (high involvement vs. low involvement). The relevant variables explain $65\%$ of the clothing satisfaction variance in the high price brand, while they explain $77\%$ in the moderate price brand. In the high involvement group, the relevant variables explain $78\%$ of the clothing satisfaction variance and $60\%$ in the low involvement group. In both involvement groups, the most critical direct variable is the perceived perfor-mance. In conclusion, we find that the clothing satisfaction can be explained by three constructs, the expectation, the perceived performance and the disconfirmation. The hypothesis that the two dimensions of the expectation explain the clothing satisfaction better is empirically supported in our study. Finally, we find that the clothing satisfaction models differ between two brand levels and consumer involvement levels.
The purpose of this study was to define the mutual relationship between the explanatory variables of brand loyalty and consumer's fashion luxury brand loyalty, and ultimately to show a path model of fashion luxury brand loyalty. Especially this was focused on the relationship among social risk perception, symbolism involvement, marketer leading information search, and continuing brand loyalty. In the empirical study, a questionnaire was developed through the literature search and a survey was conducted both in on-line and off-line questionnaire simultaneously. Finally 291 data from males and females who had a buying experience of luxury brand goods were analyzed. The result showed the 4 significant paths of fashion luxury brand loyalty existed, such as social risk perception$\rightarrow$symbolism involvement, social risk perception$\rightarrow$marketer leading information search, symbolism involvement$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty, marketer leading information search$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty. And the explanatory factor which has the strongest influencing power to continuing brand loyalty was symbolism involvement. The powers of social risk perception and marketer leading information search to continuing brand loyalty were weaker than symbolism involvement. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to develop a theory on the consumer's loyalty to fashion luxury goods and marketing strategies for enhancing the brand loyalty.

A total 195 complete responses were obtained from young men between 18 and 27 years of age. The results are as follows. First, fashion involvement and clothing involvement significantly (+) affected fashion innovativeness, and fashion innovativeness also significantly (+) affected impulsive buying and brand loyalty. Second, impulsive buying insignificantly affected brand loyalty. Third, the groups of young men divided by the demographical variables partially showed meaningful differences in fashion-related variables of interest. This study investigates the relationships among various fashion variables that have been used as critical explaining variables for fashion attitudes and behaviors, especially for young male consumers.
