The field application through the quality control of self adhesive rubberized asphalt waterproofing sheet was regulated by KS F 4934 of Korea Standard in 2003. However, regulations that different material properties of self-Adhesive waterproofing sheets are difficult on the standard. Therefore, this research was performed for of quality control all affiliations of self-adhesive waterproofing sheet through basic properties test and proposed quality standard revised bill in KS F 4934.

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So car manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell cars and trucks that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of automobile parts. This research focused on two system. One is XML-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of automobile parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog.

Engineering database for CIM of injection mold production has been developed to manage design information and parameters of injection mold. The database has direct connection with product data management system and management database. Design specifications are generated in initial stage of mold design with integration of management information. Design parameters and bill of materials for mold base parts are generated during the CAD process and transferred to the manufacturing database and procurement system. Standard modules for parts and mold base are constructed using national standard and legacy data of industries. The engineering database provides important information route for CIM of injection mold design and production.

효과적인 가상음장 재현을 위한 머리전달함수(Head Related Transfer Function: HRTF) 측정 시도는 1994년에 이루어진 MIT의 Bill Gardner에 의한 KEMAR 머리전달 함수 측정 이후 이미 여러 차례에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 그러나 대부분의 시도는 음원이 머리중심점에서 1 m 이 후에 위치한 원거리에 국한되었고 음원이 1 m나 그 이내에 위치한 근거리에서의 측정은 스피커에서 반사된 음파가 dummy head 나 피험자의 귀에 다시 들어가는 것을 막기 어려워 시도된바가 적으며 data 도 공개되지 않은 것이 현 실정이다. 음원이 머리중심점에서 1 m 보다 가까운 거리에 있는 경우 머리전달함수의 특성은 고도와 방위뿐만 아니라 거리에도 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 이를 알아보기 위해 무향실에 B&K HATS (Head and Torso Simulator)를 설치하고 단극음원에 가까우며 반사가 적은 스피커를 따로 제작하여 근거리 머리 전달함수를 측정하였고 이를 분석하였다.

In recent, most'of automobile industries adopt the concept of JIT production. According to the concept, the paternal manufacturers require their suppliers to supply parts just in time, so it is very important for a subcontractor to produce the parts in the appointed time of delivery. This study develops a production information system for Woosin Industry, which is one of such subcontractors of Hyundai Motors Company(HMC). The system is developed for use in Client/Server environment. In this study, the following three modules are developed, i. e., the production scheduling module, the sales management module to deal with the information about orders of HMC, delivery of parts, and bill collecting, and the module for supporting material requirements planning and purchase of material.

선박의 대형화 및 해상사업의 기업화 등에 따라 해상운송에 있어 화물의 하역, 보관 등의 전문적인 부분을 담당하고 있는 항만하역업자, 항만터미널운영자, 창고업자 동 독립계약자의 역할은 점점 증대되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 국제해상운송은 해상운송인과 화주를 중심으로 체결한 운송계약을 중심으로 이루어져 왔으므로, 영국 보통법상의 직접계약관계의 원칙에 의해 계약당사자가 아닌 자는 계약상의 이익을 원용할 수 없다는 입장을 유지하여 왔다 이에 대해 이를 완화하고자 하는 다양한 방안이 적용되고 있으며, '히말라야약관'도 그러한 방안중의 하나이다. 본 논문은 최근 대법원판결을 통해 우리나라 법원의 히말라야약관의 유효성 인정에 대한 내용을 재검토해 본다.

This paper suggests a computer software system which generates standard times for assembly products. The system called "computer aided logical system for standard times(CALS4ST)" incorporates a modified bill of materials, BOM4ST(BOM for standard time) to deal with auxiliary operations which are not directly related to parts and assemblies listed in the standard BOM. Typical examples of the operations include inspection, adjustment, and repairing works to be done before or after assembly operations. Once standard time data bases for both the part assembly operations and the auxiliary operations are set up, the system relates the BOM4ST to the standard time data bases so as to calculate the standard time for a assembly part concerned. According to the structure of parts and auxiliary operations in the BOM4ST, their standard times stored in the data bases are to be sequentially added up considering the specified assembly-operation characteristics. To illustrate the feasibility of the system, the case study of L company is provided.

The main sources of energy consumption in warehouses are MHE(Material Handling Equipment), HVAC(Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and Lighting. Warehouses in advanced countries raise energy efficiencies with energy consumption diagnosis, technology development and systematic management and improvements for MHE, HVAC and Illuminating, etc. They have managed illuminating system, air conditioning, motor driven system, air circulation method, dock facility, layout, AS/RS, conveyor system and battery management, etc. Ansong Pyeongtaek area investigation resulted that 43.9[%] of enterprises are managing partly energy consumption source. But the data resulted with not substantial management of energy consumption but passive management for only electric bill curtailment. Therefore through survey research & visiting interviews of some companies in Ansong Pyeongtaek area, we understood the status of energy consumption source management and proposed energy efficiency methods on the basis of that results.

Agriculture in Swaziland is the most important sector of the economy from the stand point of export earning, rural employment and dependency for family food. But, inspite of 65.5 percent of the household being busy in food production for family consumption in Swaziland, the import bill of food and live animals is rising from E119.7268 million in 1987/90 (An.St.Bul.1988) . A typical farm size, based on holding's growing crops, is only 1.93 ha which may prohibit owning a four wheel tractor for farm operations. The traditional hand tools are just not efficient and comfortable to operate in order to exploit full potential of the land. There are over 120.000 draught animals which have potential to be utilized in farming. The two wheel-tractor is another energy source which can be used for many farm-operations.

Faced with the establishment of Korean Law School which aims to educate the qualified lawyer to provide the high quality of legal service professionally and efficiently to the people with complicated legal problems, this study analysed the basic approval standards for Korean Law School Library which is described in the bill as a integral part of law school for effective legal education.
