  • We tested the relationship of elements in influence about software performance. our research is detect the significant element in the software system. we affronted to find relation elements with software quality and seek what relationship is the most important in performance activity. this study's result will be useful for them ; first, give to product a high quality guide line to software developer. second, it will be use for basic information about in software examine research.

협력병원간 협력내용과 성과의 영향요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Cooperative Relationship and Influencing Factors of Cooperating Performance in Interhospital Cooperative Relationship)

  • Many tertiary hospitals have started to establish cooperative relationships with small and medium sized hospitals in Korea. But the performance of the relationship is not satisfactory to both of partners. The relationship and performance of cooperation for small and medium sized hospitals are analyzed according to the framework of inter-organizational cooperation. Data are collected by 4 focal hospital and 34 small and medium sized hospitals through interview and questionnaire. The findings are : a) The cooperation is focused on management area, such as healthcare technology transfer and information sharing, rather than patient referral. b) Patient referral is not yet active in cooperative relationship. But some partner hospitals which is located close and managing internal organization for cooperation show a significant number of referrals. c) The characteristics of high performers are positive attitude about cooperation, and recognition of the relationship as flexible, experiences of cooperation, internal and external management activities.

  • 우리나라 사교육의 발달과 최근 중소규모의 학원의 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 학원의 형편에 알맞게 학원관리를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 학원경영관리 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 또한 모바일 환경에서의 학원들간의 경쟁 및 차별화된 학습지도와 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 학원관리 시스템의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 학생들의 출결관리와 학부모 학생 학원 강사간의 커뮤니케이션을 지원하여 중소규모 학원의 시간적, 경제적 비용을 해결 할 수 있는 모바일 학원관리 프로토타입 앱을 개발하였다.

The Moderating Effects of Parent-Child Relationship on The Relationship Big-5 Personality Factors and Turnover Intention

  • This study investigates the relationship between Big 5 personality factors of food service employees and turnover intention and identifies the moderating effects of satisfactory parent-child relationship. A total of 179 data were subjected to frequency analysis and regression analysis. Participants were instructed to take an on-line survey which is google survey from August to October in 2017. The results of this study demonstrated that Big-5 personality factors excepted openness to experience influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, the parent-child relationship affects the relationship between Big-5 personality factors and turnover intention. This study may contribute to new data to human resource management.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 지식공유가 관계품질 및 관계성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Knowledge Sharing on Relationship Quality and Relationship Performance in Food Service Franchise Companies)

  • In franchisee industry, it is essential for franchisors to share knowhow and also specialized knowledge in order to realize favorable relationship and performance between franchisors and franchisees. Particularly, in mature food service industry, companies' specialized knowledge and knowhow are the core competence to obtain competitive advantage. Therefore, to create performance, it is absolutely necessary to share information and knowledge among all the franchisees. The purpose of this study is to verify relationship between franchisors' information sharing perceived by food service franchise owners, relationship quality, and relationship performance. A survey was done to food service franchisees, and total 297 samples were used to analyze the structural equation model. According to the analysis results, food service franchise companies' information sharing is significantly correlated with quality of relationship with franchise owners in a positive way. Also, franchisors' knowledge sharing has significant influence on performance of relationship with franchisees in a positive way. The components of relationship quality, trust and immersion, all influence relationship performance. Based on the results, this author suggests several implications about food service franchise management and information sharing.

서비스 브랜드경험이 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질 및 관계강도에 미치는 영향 (Customer-Brand Relationship Quality and Relationship Strength)

  • 브랜드 경험에 관한 주요 척도의 개발이나 일부 제품에의 적용은 국내외의 연구에서 이루어 졌으나, 서비스 분야에의 적용은 아직 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구는 의류소매 서비스 분야에서 고객과 브랜드의 관계의 질과 강도에 브랜드 경험의 구성요소인 감각적, 감정적, 행동적, 지적 경험이 미치는 영향을 조사하고 있다. 연구 결과, 브랜드의 관계의 질에 미치는 브랜드 경험 하위차원들의 영향은 모두 유의하였다. 상대적으로 감각적 경험이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 본 연구에서 의류 소매매장 브랜드를 다루고 있기에 나타난 결과인 것으로 추정된다. 연구의 결과는 기존의 개별 제품 브랜드에서 적용되던 브랜드 경험효과 연구를 소매 서비스업에 확장할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후 다양한 서비스 브랜드들의 고객경험 및 체험 관리에 대한 지표를 마련하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

의료인의 환자안전문화 인식과 환자안전관리 활동 간의 관계 (Relationship between Perceived Patient Safety Culture and Patient Safety Management Activities among Health Personnel)

  • Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship between perceived patient safety culture and patient safety management activities among health personnel. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 342 health personnel working in two tertiary hospitals. Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data from a convenience sample of 254 nurses and 88 doctors. Results: Scores on participants' perceived patient safety culture and patient safety management activities were just over the mean. There were significant differences in patient safety management activities by type of occupation, nurses' position, length of service, and work week. Doctors scored perceived patient safety culture and patient safety management activities significantly lower than nurses. In addition, perceived patient safety culture was significantly related to patient safety management activities. Factors which influence participants' patient safety management activities were communication, type of occupation, overall evaluation of patient safety, supervisor/manager, frequency with which events were reported, and nurse's position. Conclusion: Findings provide significant evidence that patient safety management activities are associated with perceived patient safety culture. Therefore, to build a positive safety culture, health personnel, especially doctors and general nurses need to visibly commit to patient safety management activities and be role models to ensure patient safety.

A Study on the Relationship between Job Characteristic Factors and Job Performance - Focusing on the Mediating Role of Empowerment

  • Purpose: This study verified the influence of teachers' job characteristics on empowerment and job performance, and the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship between job characteristics factors and job performance. Research design, data, and methodology: As a factor influencing human resources that influence organizational success or failure, job characteristics induce an important psychological state in organizational members, which affects individual motivation and job satisfaction, thereby achieving the goal of securing stable management and job security. In this study, a questionnaire survey of private academy instructors was conducted and reliability and factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of the job characteristics of academy instructors on empowerment and job performance, and to verify whether empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between job characteristics and job performance. Conclusions: As a result of verifying Hypothesis 1, the educational environment, expertise, and social support of academy instructors all had a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, empowerment greatly mediated the relationship between the educational environment, expertise, and job performance. However, empowerment did not mediate the relationship between social support for academy instructors and job performance.

기술협력 네트워크에서의 사회적 자본, 지식관리 활동, 혁신, 관계만족 및 관계투자에 관한 실증연구 -국내중소기업을 대상으로- (An Empirical Study on Social Capital in Technology Cooperation Network, Knowledge Management Activities, Innovation, Relationship Satisfaction, and Relationship Investment: Focused on Korean Small and Medium Sized Firms)

  • 사회적 자본과 관련한 기존의 연구들은 주로 사회적 자본이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 규명해 왔다. 그러나 이러한 선행연구들은 사회적 자본이 혁신성과에 어떠한 단계를 거쳐 영향을 미치는가에 관한 중간과정을 블랙박스(black box)로 가정하고 있다. 지식기반관점에 따르면 혁신은 상호의존 관계에 있는 행위자들 간의 지식의 교환과정의 결과로써 가능할 수 있다. 다른 의미로, 혁신창출은 사회적 자본과 같은 무형자원이 구성원 간의 지식관리 활동을 유발하게 되고, 이러한 지식관리 활동은 혁신창출의 원동력이 된다. 그리고 혁신달성을 통한 관계만족이 지속적인 관계투자를 가능하게 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회적 자본에서 출발하여 관계투자로 이어지는 연구가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 살펴보면, 혁신 성과에 미치는 지식공유의 영향을 제외하고, 모든 설정된 가설은 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신 성과 달성은 중소기업에게 관계만족을 증가시켜 지속적인 관계투자를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경영전략 측면에서 기업의 지식관리 활동의 중요성을 제시하고 있다.
