본 논문은 우리나라와 같이 평균풍속이 낮고 바람 방향이 수시로 변하는 지역에 적합한 풍력발전 시스템에 관하여 논한다. 특히, 풍향에 상관없이 효율을 보장하고, 아주 약한 풍속 조건에서도 기동(Cut-in)되며, 낮은 평균풍속 5~6m/s인 지역에서도 경제적으로 풍력발전 단지의 구축이 가능하며, 다양한 지역에 설치가 가능하고, 소음이 적고 친(親) 환경적이며, 양산이 가능해 납기를 예측할 수 있으며 그리고 모든 부품 및 시스템의 국산화가 가능해야 한다는 7가지 조건을 만족하는 풍력발전시스템으로 이를 실현시키기 위하여 현재 풍력발전시스템의 가장 앞선 요소기술(state-of-the-art technology)인 직접구동 방식, 적층식, STR 블레이드, AFPM동기발전기, 자기부상 및 전자브레이크 등 5가지 기술을 복합 융합하여 최고의 효율 및 성능을 보장해 주는 적층 연곡형 시스템이다.

In this paper, we studied into a qualitative research to see mathematical understanding of preschool and kindergarten's teachers such as feeling attitude, parents' concern, difficulty of math teaching in kindergarten field, teacher's role, type of feed back, beauty of math, relationship of real life, and self philosophy of math education. We selected 10 teachers whose career was 7~10 years. Because this research way is qualitative, we can new aspect that teacher want to break their ignorance for math. Moreover, they would like to learn about math practicality, application, and beauty from art in professional training. Therefore we assert that fusion math lecture would support in the professional training for teacher, preschool or kindergarten's president training, and remuneration training.

컴퓨팅 사고력이나 프로그래밍 체험 및 교육 기회 부족 등으로 인한 자신감 결여와 같은 컴퓨터 학습에 대한 부정적인 태도는 다양한 전공의 예비교사들이 현장에서 소프트웨어를 융합한 교육을 시도하는데 장애요인이 될 수 있다. 안타깝게도 현재까지의 교사양성 교육에서는 ICT 소양 위주의 컴퓨터 교양 교육 외에는 컴퓨팅 사고력이나 소프트웨어 교육에 대해 체험할 수 있는 교육내용이 없는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 해결점을 찾아보고자, 예비교사의 교양 과정에 투입 가능한 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 웹 프로그래밍 수업 프로그램을 설계하여, 이를 컴퓨터교육 비전공 예비교사의 교육현장에 기존 ICT소양 위주의 수업내용과 비교하여 투입한 뒤, 수업을 통한 컴퓨터 학습태도의 변화 양상을 관찰하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다.

In this paper, we conducted an analysis of existing materials of material mechanics, surveying educational demands, and selecting art fields for mechanical engineering in collaboration with experts in the fields of aesthetics and renaissance in order to develop educational materials conversed with humanities and arts. In addition, as a core education tool for convergence education, it was developed with an education kits that can be disassembled, assembled and carried by students. As a results of research, education materials were introduced various arts, linked to the engineering thinking. And measurement experiments of material characteristics were carried in a general classroom using developed education kits. From a paper results, the artistic sensitivity of the students will be enhanced and the students' creative problem solving ability will be improved as the ultimate goal of convergence education.

This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.

The purpose of this study is to propose a model built on the theoretical foundation of ecological sensitivity applicable to group and coaching process for organization members in industry management environment. For this, I have looked into theoretical foundation basis-foundation required for the ecological sensitivity process based on ecological discourse, based on which I have proposed a process model. The ecological basis-foundation with regards to ecological sensitivity dealt with in this paper includes 1)Crisis awareness, 2)Acquisition of ecological unconsciousness, 3)Fostering green imagination and 4)Setting targets.

This paper presents a periodic replacement policy for a system subject to shocks when the system is operating for a finite random horizon. The system is subject to shocks during operation, and each shock causes downgrading of the system performance and makes it more expensive to run by the additional running cost. Shocks arrive according to a nonhomogeneous or a renewal process, and we develop periodic replacement policies under a finite random operating horizon. The optimum periodic replacement interval which minimizes the total operating cost during the horizon is found. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the results.

최근의 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 사회적 요구로 주목을 받고 있는 가상공간은 가상의 환경에서 사용자에게 존재하지 않지만 존재한 것처럼 믿게 만드는 시각적 공간이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 언리얼 엔진의 'HDRI backdrop'과 'Paper 2D' 기능을 활용하여 2D 이미지들로 가상공간을 제작한 작품을 서술한 글이다. 작품에서 배경은 HDRI backdrop을 이용하여 4K HDR 사진 이미지를 3D 공간에 설정하여 제작하고 캐릭터는 Paper 2D를 활용하여 책 표지에 등장하는 캐릭터 이미지를 포토샵 편집 후 스프라이트로 변환하여 배치하였다. 2D 이미지를 활용하여 가상공간을 제작한 작품을 계기로 2D 콘텐츠와 3D 가상공간의 융합으로 새로운 방향의 활용가능성을 발견하고 다양한 표현방식과 아이디어로 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 딱지본의 2D 이미지를 사용하여 3D 버츄얼 스페이스를 제작한 작품에 관한 글이다. 가상 공간에서 현실과 같은 활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 최근의 사회 현상에 관심을 두고, 딱지본의 이미지를 차용하여 과거의 낭만적인 시대를 여행하는 듯한 버츄얼 스페이스를 구현해 보았다. 이 작품은 포토샵 편집 과정을 거친 2D 이미지 파일들과 구글 3D 지도를 캡쳐하여 단계적 변환을 거친 3D 이미지 파일로 구성된다. 편집과 변환 과정을 거친 2D 와 3D 파일은 언리얼 엔진을 기반으로 화면에 배치하고 조합하여 버츄얼 스페이스를 제작한다. 2D 레트로 컨텐츠와 3D 가상 공간의 융합은 작품 제작에 있어 다양한 아이디어를 제공하고 새로운 표현 방식으로 확장 할 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다.

본 논문은 소셜 네트워크 이용자의 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로, 트랜스포머 계열의 언어모델을 전이학습해 이용자의 MBTI 성격 유형을 분류한 국내 첫 연구이다. Kaggle MBTI Dataset을 대상으로 RoBERTa Distill, DeBERTa-V3 등의 사전 학습모델로 전이학습을 해, MBTI E/I, N/S, T/F, J/P 네 유형에 대한 분류의 평균 정확도는 87.9181, 평균 F-1 Score는 87.58를 도출했다. 해외 연구의 State-of-the-art보다 네 유형에 대한 F1-Score 표준편차를 50.1% 낮춰, 유형별 더 고른 분류 성과를 보였다. 또, Twitter, Reddit과 같은 글로벌 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 텍스트 데이터를 추가로 분류, 트랜스포머 기반의 MBTI 분류 방법론을 확장했다.
