A Study on the Improvement of Vocational Training Program in Digital New Technology of Government (정부의 디지털 신기술 분야 직업훈련 개선에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.

  • 최근 연구되고 있는 TSV(Through Silicon Via) 기술은 Si 웨이퍼 상에 직접 전기적 연결 통로인 관통홀을 형성하는 방법으로 칩간 연결거리를 최소화 할 수 있으며, 부피의 감소, 연결부 단축에 따른 빠른 신호 전달을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 TSV 기술은 최근의 초경량화와 고집적화로 대표되는 전자제품의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 차세대 실장법으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 한편, 납땜 재료의 주 원료인 주석은 주로 반도체 소자의 제조, 반도체 칩과 기판의 접합 및 플립 칩 (Flip Chip) 제조시의 범프 형성 등 반도체용 배선재료에 널리 사용되고 있다. 최근에는 납의 유해성 때문에 대부분의 전자제품은 무연솔더를 이용하여 제조되고 있지만, 주석을 이용한 반도체 소자가 고밀도화, 고 용량화 및 미세피치(Fine Pitch)화 되고 있기 때문에, 반도체 칩의 근방에 배치된 주석으로부터 많은 알파 방사선이 방출되어 메모리 셀의 정보를 유실시키는 소프트 에러 (Soft Error)가 발생되는 위험이 많아지고 있다. 이로 인해, 반도체 소자 및 납땜 재료의 주 원료인 주석의 고순도화가 요구되고 있으며, 특히 알파 방사선의 방출이 낮은 로우알파솔더 (Low Alpha Solder)가 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 4인치 실리콘 웨이퍼상에 직경 $60{\mu}m$, 깊이 $120{\mu}m$의 비아홀을 형성하고, 비아 홀 내에 기능 박막증착 및 전해도금을 이용하여 전도성 물질인 Cu를 충전한 후 직경 $80{\mu}m$의 로우알파 Sn-1.0Ag-0.5Cu 솔더를 접합 한 후, 접합부 신뢰성 평가를 수행을 위해 고속 전단시험을 실시하였다. 비아 홀 내 미세구조와 범프의 형상 및 전단시험 후 파괴모드의 분석은 FE-SEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope)을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 연구 결과 비아의 입구 막힘이나 보이드(Void)와 같은 결함 없이 Cu를 충전하였으며, 고속전단의 경우는 전단 속도가 증가할수록 취성파괴가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구를 통하여 전해도금을 이용한 비아 홀 내 Cu의 고속 충전 및 로우알파 솔더 볼의 범프 형성이 가능하였으며, 이로 인한 전자제품의 소프트에러의 감소가 기대된다.

Analysis of CO2 Emission Depending on Hydrogen Production Methods in Korea (국내 수소 생산에 따른 CO2 발생량 분석)

  • Because of environmental pollution problem, interests in hydrogen energy has been concentrating sharply. Especially in Korea, the market related with fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen refueling stations is increasing actively under the government-led. However, the actual contributions to environmental improvement effect of hydrogen energy is required to be evaluated with representing reality. In this sense, lots of conventional analyzing tools have some limitations to adapt in Korea's situation directly. It is caused by the differences of raw energy market between the US and Korea. That is, most of analytic tools are developed by representing energy market of the US, where can produce variety of raw feed energy sources. Therefore, in this paper, we propose mass balance based numerical analyzing method, which is suitable for the actual hydrogen production process in Korea for exact evaluation of $CO_2$ emission amount in this country. Using proposed method, we has demonstrated reformed hydrogen from natural gas, LPG and naphtha, electrolysis-based hydrogen, and COG-based hydrogen. Furthermore, with the comparison of GREET program analysis results, robustness of numerical analysis method is demonstrated.

Analysis and Uncertainty Estimation of Zearalenone in Cereal-Based Products by LC-MS/MS (LC-MS/MS를 이용한 곡류가공품의 제랄레논 분석과 측정불확도 추정)

  • A survey of zearalenone contamination was conducted on cereal-based products by using an immunoaffinity column with LC-MS/MS. The calibration curve showed good lineality, with correlation coefficients ($R^2$) of 0.999 in the concentration range from 1 to 250 ng/mL. The limits of detection and quantification were approximately $0.3{\mu}g/kg$ and $1.0{\mu}g/kg$, respectively. The recoveries in the barley tea, Misutgaru and snack ranged from 73.6-107.8%. Zearalenone was detected in 10 samples (11.2% incidence). The highest zearalenone contamination level was $29.7{\mu}g/kg$ in the Misutgaru. This survey was conducted with uncertainty of measurement. The expanded uncertainty for zearalenone was estimated to be $44.9{\pm}5.0{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2, 95% confidence level) and $128.7{\pm}7.9{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2, 95% confidence level) for barley tea, $30.7{\pm}5.8{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2, 95% confidence level) and $173.7{\pm}14.9{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2.26, 95% confidence level) for Misutgaru, and $37.2{\pm}7.4{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2.31, 95% confidence level) and $151.0{\pm}10.4{\mu}g/kg$ (k=2, 95% confidence level) snack at the level of $41.7{\mu}g/kg$ and $166.7{\mu}g/kg$, respectively.

  • The purpose of study was to measure the interrater reliability of the newly developed caries diagnostic instrument, Diagnodent(KaVo, Germany), using a new laser fluorescence techinique. One hundred and three extracted human premolars and molars were examined by Diagnodent, three times for fissures and five times for smooth surfaces. There was no significant difference among the three fissure means, but two combinations showed significant differences among the five smooth surface means. Correlation coefficients of Pearson and Spearman were all above 0.9(P<0.01). The $\alpha$ values from reliability analysis were 0.9980 or 0.9981 for fissures and 0.9992 for smooth surfaces.

A Meta-Analysis of the Effects of Aromatherapy Hand Massge (아로마테라피 손마사지 효과에 대한 메타분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of nursing intervention of aromatherapy hand massage. Method: In order to conduct a meta-analysis, a total of 124 studies were retrieved. From these studies, fifteen studies met the inclusion criteria with a total of 733 participants. And these studies published from January 2004 to July 2013 were included in the journal articles published in Korea. Results: In fifteen studies, Random effect model for the aromatherapy hand massage that 95% confidence level, significant level of p-valve on less than 0.001. Standardized Mean Difference reported systolic blood pressure(d=-9.5320), diastolic pressure(d=-8.8730), pulse(d=-9.1241), anxiety(d=-0.1469), and depression(d=-0.4489) All measurement variables were significantly decreased in the negative direction. Conclusion: This study suggests that aromatherapy hand massage can reduce the level of blood pressure(systolic, diastolic), pulse, anxiety and depression.

The Tunnel Lane Positioning System of a Autonomous Vehicle in the LED Lighting (LED 조명을 이용한 자율주행차용 터널 차로측위 시스템)

  • Recently, autonomous vehicles have been studied actively. There are various technologies such as ITS, Connected Car, V2X and ADAS in order to realize such autonomous driving. Among these technologies, it is particularly important to recognize where the vehicle is on the road in order to change the lane and drive to the destination. Generally, it is done through GPS and camera image processing. However, there are limitations on the reliability of the positioning due to shaded areas such as tunnels in the case of GPS, and there are limitations in recognition and positioning according to the state of the road lane and the surrounding environment when performing the camera image processing. In this paper, we propose that LED lights should be installed for autonomous vehicles in tunnels which are shaded area of the GPS. In this paper, we show that it is possible to measure the position of the current lane of the autonomous vehicle by analyzing the color temperature after constructing the tunnel LED lighting simulation environment which illuminates light of different color temperature by lane. Based on the above, this paper proposes a lane positioning technique using tunnel LED lights.

The Confidence Estimation of MOI Measurement Equipment using Uncertainty Analysis (불확도 분석을 이용한 관성모멘트 측정장비의 신뢰도평가)

  • The Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method and the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) are the most widely used approaches for uncertainty estimation. In this paper, MCS and GUM were used to estimate the confidence of MOI measurement equipment developed in-house. According to the results, the GUM estimated uncertainty was slightly underestimated compared to the MCS method. This difference is due to the approximation used by GUM. MOI uncertainties estimated by both methods were less than 1% of the estimate, which shows the high measurement reliability of the developed MOI measurement system.

이중 발광층을 가진 청색 유기발광소자의 발광효율 증가 메커니즘

  • 유기발광소자는 낮은 구동전압, 저전력, 높은 명암비, 빠른 응답속도, 넓은 시야각 및 높은 박막의 특성을 가지고 있어서 차세대 평판 패널디스플레이 기술로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 청색 유기발광소자는 적색과 녹색 유기발광소자에 비해 낮은 신뢰성, 발광효율 및 색 순도의 문제점을 가지고 있어, 이를 개선하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 청색 유기발광소자의 경우 발광층 내부로 주입되는 정공과 전자의 균형을 조절하기 위해 p-i-n 구조를 사용하거나 이리듐-유기물 합성물과 같은 인광물질의 적용하여 발광효율을 높이는 청색 유기발광소자에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 정공 보조층과 청색 형광층의 도핑구조의 청색 유기발광소자에 대한 발광효율 증가 메커니즘에 관한 연구는 비교적 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 열 증착 방법을 이용하여 정공 보조층과 청색 형광층으로 구성된 이중 발광층을 사용한 청색유기발광소자의 발광효율 증가 메커니즘에 대해 연구하였다. 10%의 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthorlene (BCP)로 도핑된 2-methyl-9,10-bis(naphthalene-2-yl)anthracene (MADN)층을 발광층으로 사용한 유기발광소자, 5% MADN으로 도핑된 1, 3-bis(carbazol-9-yl)benzene (mCP) 층을 발광층으로 사용한 소자 및 10% BCP로 도핑 된 MADN 층과 5% MADN로 도핑 된 mCP층을 혼합하여 발광층으로 사용한 소자의 전류밀도-전압-발광 특성을 비교하여 청색 유기발광소자의 발광효율 증가 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 이중 발광층을 가지는 소자는 두 단일 발광층 중심부의 경계면에서 축적된 정공에 의해 발생한 쿨롱 인력으로 더 많은 전자들을 끌어들이게 되어 엑시톤 형성 및 빛 방출이 증가하였다. 이 실험의 결과는 MADN 형광물질을 가진 청색 유기발광소자의 발광효율 증가 메커니즘에 대한 이해를 높이는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

A Study on the Effects of Country of Origin Labelling and the Traceability System for Hanwoo Beef on Safety and Consumer Trustworthiness (원산지표시제와 생산이력 추적시스템 제도가 한우 쇠고기의 안전성과 고객신뢰도에 미치는 영향에 관한 조사연구)

  • This study investigates the safety of Hanwoo beef and consumer satisfaction through the questionnaire for 280 consumers of Hanwoo beef in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Among 280 copies, only 245 copies were adopted to analyze. The subjects consisted of 82(33.2%) males and 163(66.5%) females and their age 55(22.4%) of twenties, 52(21.2) of thirties, 86(35.1%) of forties and 52(21.2%) of over fifties. The frequency of purchasing Hanwoo beef was that as consumers were getting older, they tended to purchase more beef. The most popular place for purchasing Hanwoo beef was Hanwoo specialty stores(55.1%), but there was no statistical difference. The most favorite retail cuts for Hanwoo beef was Loin(44.5%), followed by ribs(26.1%). The consumers thought that selling imported beef turned into Hanwoo beef occurred 70.2%(sometimes), and 20.8%(yes), 6.1%(don't know) and 2.9%(never). For a method to prevent it, the traceability system(60.4%) was the highest, followed by country of origin labelling(16.3%). Taking the perfect score 5 points about the country of origin marks and traceability, trustworthiness which was presented the highest points was 3.31, recognition 3.29, experience 3.26 and practical effect 3.07. The average of two systems was 3.23. The average points of the safety and consumer trustworthiness of Hanwoo beef were 2.96 points and 3.13 respectively. The safety and the consumer trustworthiness showed statistically significant difference according to educational background, income, and jobs. From the results obtained in the current study, it is concluded that if the traceability system and country of origin labelling are managed well by the government, safety and consumer trustworthiness will be improved.
