This paper focused on the new theory and algorithm improving the citizen's safety which they experience to change from the developing country to the developed country, and analyzed the gained and applicate results, and show the theories and application's evidence for the incident prevention of citizen's life and house. The Safety Monitoring Theory for human security, show the six theories for which they are analyzed and reduced the accident's death, as is the priority of the disaster prevention activity, its decision, continuous minimization of the accident's death number, the environment security, the personal security, the community security. This study is applied to educate and exercise the disaster prevention and safety management's program which applied the seven step's model of the safety monitoring, show on continuously improvement effects through the case study of the personal's and team's monitoring during five years.

International volunteering in education is one of activities in volunteering. Volunteers have been recognizing that educational activities play an important role in volunteering. Recently, there is an increase of participants and various supports for educational volunteering in South Korea. However, regardless of the essential meanings in which activities commonly attempt for deriving local sources in terms of human and resources, many participants in volunteering take advantages of their own purposes and providing their supports in terms of a mercy. This study asserts that this situation comes from the lack of theoretical understanding of volunteering. Therefore, this study realizes a need of providing a theoretical background and purports to suggest it for international volunteering in education. It is the critical pedagogy. Critical pedagogy tries to deconstruct false-consciousness of the oppressed through education. And, it emphasizes that people could have autonomy and self-directed sovereignty. Accordingly, critical pedagogy should be a theoretical background of activities for deriving human's autonomous consciousness and their own resources. Thus, it might be a theoretical background for international volunteering in education.

Jim Libby(2000)는 임의의 M&M 밀크 쵸코렛 봉지에서 꺼낸 것을 다시 집어넣지 않고 3개의 쵸코렛을 꺼낼 때 같은 색이 나올 확률을 계산하는 방법의 논문을 썼다. Libby는 그의 논문에서 갈색, 노랑, 빨강, 주황, 초록, 파랑의 6개 색의 M&M 밀크 쵸코렛들이 똑같은 비율로 분포되었다고 가정하였다. 그러나 실제로 M&M 쵸코렛의 여섯 가지 색깔의 확률분포는 똑같은 비율이 아니다. M&M회사는 홈페이지(http://www.m-ms.com/cai/mms/faq.html)를 통해 실제적인 6개 색의 M&M 밀크 쵸코렛들의 분포는 갈색이 30%, 노랑과 빨간색이 각각 20% 주황, 초록과 파랑은 각각 10%의 분포라고 밝히고 있다. 이 논문에서 우리는 Libby가 생각하였던 문제를 실제적인 6개 색의 M&M 밀크 쵸코렛들의 확률 분표에 의거하여 다시 생각해보며, 또한 3개의 쵸코렛대신 n개의 쵸코렛을 꺼낸다고 가정하여 더욱 일반적인 결론을 유도한다. 또한 유도한 이 정확한 확률 공식과 근사 공식을 활동을 통해 점검하고 학생들이 주도적으로 지금까지 배워온 이론들을 점검할 수 있게 하였다. 활동을 시작하기 전에 정확한 확률 공식과 근사 공식과의 관계를 설명하고 기본적인 확률과 통계의 개념을 다시 정립할 수 있도록 하였다. Piaget가 '지식이란 학습자에 의해 능동적으로 구성되는 것이지 환경으로부터 수동적으로 받아들이는 것은 아니다'라고 했듯이, 활동을 통한 학습은 학생들을 능동적으로 만들기 때문에 학생들이 지식을 구성해 갈 수 있다. 활동을 간단히 소개하면 다음과 같다. 활동I에서는 초코렛을 세어서 근사 확률을 추정하는 방법이 소개된다. 어떻게 매개변수가 두 공식에 관련이 되는지를 측정하고 두 공식을 사용하여 정확한 확률과 근사 확률을 계산하여 비교해본다. 각 조원들과 이 세 과정에서 무엇을 배웠나 토론하고 다른 조들과 배운 것을 나눈다. 활동II는 두 과정으로 나누어진다. 첫 번 과정은 각 그룹의 한 학생이 주어진 쵸코렛 봉지에서 3개의 쵸코렛을 꺼낸다. 다른 학생은 표 3에 나온 결과를 기록한다. 계속하여 20번씩 한다. 다시 학생을 바꾸어 20번 계속한다. 같은 색깔의 쵸코렛이 나온 확률은 계산하기 위한 간단한 실험이고 두 번째 과정은 각 조가 웹사이트나 선생님으로부터 제공받은 프로그램을 다운로드 받아 하는 시뮬레이션이다. 이 실험 후에 학생들이 이 두 활동을 통해 무엇을 배웠는지 토론해보고 또 두 활동을 비교해 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 M&M 쵸코렛을 먹는 것으로 활동을 마칠 수 있을 것이다. 활동 II에 나오는 두 시뮬레이션은 학생들이 수학 이론의 힘을 깨달을 뿐 아니라 수학 교실에서 큰 재미를 느끼게 될 것이다. 이 논문에서 그래픽 계산기로 할 수 있는 프로그램을 소개하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the volunteer's job characteristics in university student on their volunteering satisfaction and continuance will. Based on Hackman and Oldham's theory of core job characteristics, this study analyzed 261 university students in Gangwon-do by survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The volunteering participation ratio of university student is 71.6%. volunteer's job characteristics, volunteering satisfaction and continuance will is showed lower level. And skill variety, task identity and feedback among Hackman and Oldham's 5 core job characteristics show positive influence on volunteering satisfaction, and skill variety, task indentity, task significance and feedback show positive influence on continuance will. As a result, volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will depended on the job characteristics. Therefore, to assure volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will, redesign for volunteer's job characteristics.

This study's objective is to identify the factors that effect high school students' volunteer activities and suggest the political implications for the actual fulfillment of volunteer activities. We verified the relationships and effects on all factors based on the theory of planned behavior which is applied in explaining various human behavior. 220 high school student subjects for this study were randomly selected and filled out self-administered questionnaires. A total of 216 responses were used for analysis. Data analysis was done by obtaining reliability and validity after frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0 for Windows and AMOS 4.0 as well as evaluating the suitability of the study model. Regression analysis was carried out for hypothesis testing. The study results showed that firstly, all hypotheses based on the theory of planned behavior were supported re-confirming the usefulness of the theory in the field of various behavioral research for social welfare. Secondly, among all factors, perceived behavioral control showed to be the most influential in fulfilling active volunteer activities of high school students. Based on the results of our study, we proposed that research in the social welfare academia, practical endeavors in the educational field, and also political support system is necessary.

These days, school education is making every possible effort to bring up a human able to opposed creatively to 21 century social, because of society is global and informational step by step. For this, the special activity in the seventh curriculum is expended and reorganized from three areas to five areas. On the other hand, the special activity is pushed ahead with the developmental activity in consideration of student's ability and aptitude. However, the teachers are difficult to organize of the developmental activity in based on student's ability and aptitude. Because of developmental activity is organized in the beginning of a term, not only the teachers are fallen to realize student's ability and aptitude but also students ignore ability and aptitude themselves. Therefore this paper designs a program based on MI(Multiple Intelligence) theory to compose developmental activity effectively. Up to now, MI is introduced nine kinds of intelligence, Linguistic Intelligence, Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Existentialist intelligence. this paper designs the K-MIDAS test[1] based on seven kinds of intelligence areas and implements developmental activity program suit to student's ability and aptitude based on the MI test result.

Transition from imitation based catch-up to new value creation based post catch-up innovation system is becoming the main issue for Korea. The notion of post catch-up research highlights the understanding of new patterns of innovation and the interrelationship among innovating agents within systems of innovation. More specifically, it is a context specific framework which accommodates discontinuum of technological innovation from the past and a creation of new organizational arrangement and institutions. Moreover, post catch-up approach follows the tradition of development, institutional and evolutionary theories context. This paper, therefore, explores whose focus is on the possibility of new theoretical development and new research agenda.

수학적 지식이나 새로운 아이디어 탐구에 있어 종합적, 그리고 분석적 활동에 대한 관심은 그 역사가 매우 깊고, 최근에도 교수-학습 과정에서의 종합-분석적 활동을 효과적으로 활용하려는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 연구까지의 연구 결과를 종합하여, 종합-분석적 활동의 본질을 개념화하고, 그 유형을 체계화함으로써 좀더 효율적인 수학 교수-학습을 위한 이론적 토대를 제공할 것이다.

Scientific observation has been recognized as one of the fundamental aspects in scientific inquiry. However, more detailed discussions and practical guides for teachers' and students' understanding about the nature of scientific observation have not been conducted. Therefore, based on literature reviews, we described the nature of theory-laden scientific observation as 11 detailed statements. Using theses statements, we investigated science teachers' and students' recognition of each statement. According to results, certain aspects of theory-laden scientific observation were determined as important aspects to be considered for science teachers' in-service programs or for students' learning activities in understanding the nature of science.

본 논문에서는 최근 10여년간 세계적으로 많은 관심과 더불어 비약적인 연구발전을 이루어 온 이산사건시스템의 관리제어에 있어서 기본적인 이산사건모델링과 관리제어이론을 설명하고최근의 연구동향 등을 소개한다. 또한 기존의 연속변수시스템과 대비해 이산사건시스템의 동적특성을 알아보고 구체적인 사례들을 살펴본다. 이러한 이산사건시스템의 동적특성을 기술하기 위해 형식언어이론에 기초한 논리적 이산사건모델을 소개하고 그 위에서 관리제어이론의 개념을 설명하나다 그리고 제어가능성 및 관측가능성의 관리제어기 존재조건을 토대로 관리제어기의 구현에 대해 알아본다 마지막으로 현재까지 수행되어온 관리제어에 대한 다방변의 연구 활동을 살펴보고 앞으로의 연구방향을 전만해 본다
