In this Study, the results of survey of evaluation cases on 10 GIS software were used as quality level index of GIS software in order to evaluate the quality of GIS (Geographic Information System) software. On the basis of such evaluation, analysis on the cost of improving the defectiveness accumulated of GIS software test cases was made. I am attempting to deduce the results that can be used assertively in promoting the justification for quality investment of enterprises or industrial units by quantitatively computing the cost essential in securing the quality by measuring the investment and effects on the quality through this.

국가GIS사업과 지방자치단체의 지리정보 구축사업을 통해 많은 양의 지리정보가 구축 및 관리되고 있으며, 지리정보시장의 수요 또한 다양화되고 있다. 지리정보가 공개되어 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 지리정보 구축 보유기관이 데이터를 적극적으로 공급하고, 이를 통해 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 필요가 있다. 또한 지리정보를 이용할 수 있는 매개체역할을 수행하는 지리정보유통수단 및 방법은 온라인과 오프라인의 다양한 경우가 존재하므로 지리정보의 활성화를 위한 분석 및 정비가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법률을 근거로 하여 다양한 지리정보유통경로를 지리정보유통망을 중심으로 정비하는 방안을 제시하고, 공공부문의 역할모델을 수립하였다. 공공부문은 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 중심의 공급기관으로 구분하여 각각의 역할을 정립하였으며, 중앙정부는 홍보 유통을 위한 기반기술개발 민간과의 파트너십을 구축하고 지방자치단체는 지리정보의 공급과 갱신을 담당한다. 이를 통해 '공급-부가가치창출-유지관리'를 중심으로 중앙정부와 지방자치단체간의 상호작용을 통해 유통시장을 활성화시키고, 나아가 민간과의 협력을 통해 역할모델의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to effectively provide professors in the design field with information services by identifying their information use behaviors. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires after dividing the specialties of 110 professors in the design field into 4 areas. The results were made in terms of purposes of use and the acquisition channels, types of information sources, difficulties of information acquisition and the library use of the institution. Some suggestions were shown as follows: collection of gray literatures such as exhibition data, seminar data, reports and pamphlets, purchase of web databases in design field, information literacy education including the use of domestic and foreign design databases for the professors and the construction of web directories on the library web sites.

In the information society public libraries are situated in a rapidly changing social environment. Coming of post-printing era, expansion of knowledge, enhancement of social reflexivity, and growing flexibility of jobs, etc are bringing both crisis and opportunity to them. In order to take chances public libraries must collect materials in D/B format as well as printed and computer-file forms, and enlarge assistance to educational and research activities of residents and business firms. In addition, they must contribute to reducing information divide, increasing communal interactions, and providing leisure activities. It is required for them to develop a variety of programs and strengthen publicity among residents.

새마을기술봉사단 청주도단은 올 1~3월중에 1과학자 1마을 기술결연계획에 따라 읍ㆍ면 단위로 17개마을에 대한 과학 기술결연을 끝냄으로서 영농의 과학화와 농가소득증대에 새로운 장을 마련했다. 제주도 농어촌의 가구당 평균소득은 대부분 1백만원을 상회하고 자립마을의 경우는 1백90여만원을 넘는 전국최상위의 고소득마을도 많이 있다. 그러나 소득의 고저를 막론하고 영농방식은 고질적인 과거의 경험만으로 이루어지고 있어 영농의 과학화가 시급한 당면과제로 부각되고 있다. 스스로도 미쳐 깨닫지 못하는 경영방식의 오류와 숱한 시술상의 난문제들을 발견하고도 이를 합리적으로 해결하려들기 보다는 불가항력으로 돌려버리거나 체념해버리는 경우가 허다한 것이다. 제주도단은 이같은 문제점을 보다 신속히 해결하고 과학기술이식의 중요성 및 새마을기술봉사단의 신뢰도를 제고시키기 위해 마을의 요청에 만 응하는 소극적이고 수동적인 자세를 탈피하여 보다 적극적으로 봉사단을 활성화시키는데 전력을 경주하고 있다. 기술결연시에는 단장, 부단장, 결연교수와 행정요원, 지방유지들이 모두 참석한 가운데 결연식을 같는 한편 기술강연 및 홍보영화(새마을과 과학기술, 히말라야의 도전등)를 상영, 새마을기술봉사단의 활동분야 소개와 과학기술의 중요성을 인식시켰다. 「그들(농어민)속에 우리(봉사단) 」가 되기 위해 봉사단원들은 결연마을나 새마을 현지를 직접 찾아가 기술애로사항을 해결하는데 헌신 노력한 결과 부락민들과의 유대강화는 물론 소득면에서 많은 성과를 거양했다. 많은 지도사례중에서 특히 성과가 있었던 몇가지 사례를 골라 게재해 보기로 한다.

The purposes of this study are to investigate the perception and use of e-books by librarians and children and to suggest important elements to improve e-book services at the children's libraries. User survey questionaries and interviews from fifty five librarians and thirty children were carried for the perceptions and the use of e-books at five children's libraries. Based upon the data analysis from two groups, three important elements for improving e-book services of the libraries were suggested as follows: providing enough e-book contents, facilities and spaces, developing e-book user education programs with proactive pubic relations, and providing professional continuing education programs regarding e-books to librarians.

This paper examined closely on the application of the private securities to the measures for countering terrorism. It is related to the fact that the role of human information comes into the picture nowadays. On closer examination of the application of the private securities to the national facilities, transportation, and multi-use facilities, it was found that having consistent commissioned education through the private-public cooperation and enacting legislation for allowing armed guard to board ships, making private security guards to use sniffer dogs, placing private security guards in each subway station is required, and the active publicity campaign of the government concerned needs to take place for directing and setting up the system for supervising managers of the authorities and changing the way they think of countering terrorism.

The purpose of this study solves both duality of construction and the economic problem of the daily laborer with activation of a construction skill human resource institute training. For the fixation of actuality institute training, the support and intervention of the public are necessary. Especially, to win young people over to construction job-site, we should analyze what they want and arrange and do information work institutionalized conditions that can satisfy their demand. Also institute training program must be reorganized to make them be acknowledged as a expert and social conditions is arranged so that they work self-conceit.

The smart grid can create benefits such as the expansion of consumer choice and flexibility enhancement, adaption to future electric power industry change and the increasing use of renewable energy sources. Consumers can make a contribution to improve the overall effectiveness of system through active receptive response. They can enhance the energy consumption efficiency based on more information from service providers. The Smart Grid Promotion Act, which was enacted in April 2011, contains consumer protection provisions such as information collecting, sharing, and protection measures. On this reason, it is needed to expand promotion and education regarding the smart grid to improve the consumer awareness, and the schemes to enhance smart grid consumer acceptance should be established.
