The purpose of this study is to derive design factors to provide inclusive information without encouraging the division of region and ideology, and to present the prospects of election result infographics design through evaluation and interpretation of the based design factors. First, the methods and results of the study identify the characteristics of infographics design through theoretical considerations to confirm the importance of visualizing data, and the case study of infographics design as the main flow is cathogram-style design using various forms of digital interaction. Second, the 21 st National Assembly election of Korea resulted in the response to infographics design and evaluated and analyzed the suitability of design factors through surveys and expert interview for five designs selected (suitable for purpose, convenient, aesthetic, easy of understanding, and public concern). In conclusion, it is predicted that the election results infographics design will evolve to offset regional and ideological division by providing inclusive information tailored to consumer needs by providing different types of infographics designs that meet basic objectives and functions.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transmitting data according to size using the Zigbee and Wifi in a wireless sensor network. In existing wireless sensor network using Zigbee and Wifi, Zigbee transmits text and Wifi transmits image and video. Existing research methods in this way is caused a problem that the transmission by selecting a transmission method according to data type. In the case of aggregated data, Zigbee is less efficient than Wifi in some case because of limitation of zigbee's transmission rate, even if data type is text. In this paper, we propose a method for selecting a transmission method by considering the size of the data and transfer efficiency not by data type. It was obtained results that appear to be convenient, according to the linkage algorithm structure of the image and sensing data by selecting a transmission method from data size, not the type of the given data.

A measuring technique for tire-pavement interaction noise that uses a proposed noble close proximity(NCPX) method, which has been proofed in terms of the reliability and consistency of interaction noise measurement through several researches, equipped with surface microphones has been adopted in order to perform bridge deck pavement noise evaluations on four different pavement surfaces. Through field testing measurement of bridge deck pavement in Seoul inner ring road, the appropriate noise-measuring procedures have been used for evaluating the noise characteristics of four different surfaces. Measuring results show that tire-pavement noise levels vary depending on the surface types and vehicle speeds. Furthermore, the different characteristics of tire-pavement interaction noise can be found before and after the new surface construction of bridge deck pavements in terms of the 1/3 octave band analysis of vehicle speed.

In this paper we propose an integrated media format for a photo album including media resources and corresponding meta-data The main purpose of the integrated media is to be more reusable meta-data and to facilitate constructing a photo album from a large number of photo images as well. The proposed media format is based on MAF(multimedia Application Format) which is recently going on progress in MPEG standards. In this paper, we propose the integrated media consisting of JPEG data and content-based meta-data based on MPEG-7 MDS. We verified the usefulness of the proposed media through experiments with implementation of encoder and photo MAF player for the MAF-based media format.

In the case of elevated railway station in which railway is connected with superstructure of station, vibration and noise level is relatively higher than those of general structure type station due to structural characteristic which transmits vibration directly. Therefore, characteristic understanding of structural vibration and accompanying structure cause noise and establishment of reduction plan through the results are in need. Test and analysis are performed in this research to consider correlativity between structural vibration and accompanying structure cause noise when external forces are applied on standard slab and floating slab which is able to isolate vibration. By producing and loading on standard and floating slab, vibration and noise response are measured while simulation using numerical analysis, finite element method and SEA method is performed. The results about structural dynamic behavior of slab, correlativity between structural vibration and noise, reduction performance of floating slab is deduced through the analysis of tests.

Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs) are digital charts encoded in S-57 format, which contain navigational informations such as coastlines, depth areas, and nautical marks. Although they have been successfully used for the safe navigation of ships, they have limited usages and applications because of their specialized data format and access systems. To cope with such drawbacks, S-57 ENCs need to be transformed into more generalized format such as Geography Markup Language (GML). The transformed GML ENCs can be kept in a database for efficiency, and can be accessed through Internet for usability. This paper proposes a new method for transforming and managing ENCs with XML database. S-57 ENCs are lust transformed into GML format, and then stored in a XML database. On the database, users can query for their needs. To validate the feasibility of the proposed method, we developed a protype system, and then conducted several test runs. The system can provide users with easy access to the marine information contained in ENCs. It also provides compatibility and efficiency by virtue of GML and XML database, respectively.

최근 ADCP 등 첨단장비를 활용한 유량 및 하상측정, 각종 하천기본계획 수립 시 확보되는 횡단측정 자료, 식생 및 서식처 등 하천환경과 생태자료, 드론 등을 활용한 영상자료 등 방대한 하천 정보가 확보되고 있으며, 다기능보 등 다양한 하천구조물 및 친수구역이 증가하는 등 이전과 비교하여 괄목할만한 수준으로 정보의 양이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 하천정보를 체계적으로 저장, 관리, 공유하기 위하여 표준화된 데이터 모델(Data Model)의 수립이 필요하다. 하천 정보의 경우 하천 시설물, 하천 단면측량 자료, 하천 시계열 측정 자료 등이 특정 하천을 중심으로 관리되는 반면, 기존 데이터 모델 연구에서는 특정 주제도에 기반하여 하천 정보가 레이어 형식으로 제공되어 상호 연계되지 않아 하천 정보의 효율적 관리측면에서 적합하지 않았다. 또한 신규 정보를 추가 시 기존 데이터 모델의 과다한 수정이 필요하고, 기존의 데이터 모델의 경우 표준화되지 않아 활용성이 매우 낮고, 유역중심으로 구성되어 특정 조건에 해당되는 하천 정보 검색이 어려운 단점이 존재하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 주제도 및 레이어 형식으로 구성되어 있던 데이터 모델 형식에서 벗어나 하천흐름선을 기준으로 데이터모델을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 하천흐름선과 하천 시설물, 단면 측량 자료, 계측 자료를 순차적으로 수용하고, 기존에 존재하지 않던 하천 정보의 추가 시 기존 데이터 모델의 형식을 수정하지 않고 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 관계형 데이터 모델을 구상하였다. 또한, 하천과 유역의 논리적 저장방안 고려하여 한 개의 하천을 다수의 세그먼트(Reach)로 구분하여 코드(Reach Code)를 부여하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 구상한 데이터모델을 통하여 국가하천과 지방하천 등 유역의 다양성을 포함하는 한강권역의 섬강유역을 시범하천으로 구축하였다. 제시된 하천 정보 데이터 모델을 활용하여 DB를 구축한다면 하천망을 기준으로 하천 정보가 저장되고, 기존의 유역단위의 하천 정보 제공 방식에서 하천과 유역을 모두 포함하여 검색 가능한 시스템을 구축하여 하천 정보의 관리와 제공이 수월해질 것으로 기대된다.

This study is foundation study to understand the Location and the composition of Joseon Royal Tombs, the purpose is to bring light on the types of Sinro Eoro in Joseon Royal Tombs. The type was grouped into Regular type and Irregular type by relations with the approach way, Hongsalmun and Jeongjagak, and the Irregular type was grouped into Curved type and Divided type. The making pattern of Sinro Eoro was divided into three period, the former period, the transition period and the latter period, by the length and the Irregular type. The Regular type was affected by the length of Geonwonreung's Sinro Eoro as the minimum standard in the former period. The result of examining the Irregular type's present condition in Jeongreung, Hyeonreung, Mokreung, Jangreung and Yeongreung, narrow topograph and the waterway were important factors to decide the type. In other words, the type of Irregular Sinro Eoro was constructed by a topography and a waterway in the length of Geonwonreung's Sinro Eoro as the minimum standard.

PICC are dealing with form requirements of international commercial contract under writings in confirmation, conclusion of contract dependent on agreement on specific matters or in a particular form, contract with terms deliberately left open, merger clauses, modification in a particular form. If a writing which is sent within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the contract and which purports to be a confirmation of the contract contains additional or different terms, such terms become part of the contract, unless they materially alter the contract or the recipient, without undue delay, objects to the discrepancy. Where in the course of negotiations one of the parties insists that the contract is not concluded until there is agreement on specific matters or in a particular form, no contract is concluded before agreement is reached on those matters or in that form. If the parties intend to conclude a contract, the fact that they intentionally leave a term to be agreed upon in further negotiations or to be determined by a third person does not prevent a contract from coming into existence. A contract in writing which contains a clause indicating that the writing completely embodies the terms on which the parties have agreed cannot be contradicted or supplemented by evidence of prior statements or agreements. However, such statements or agreements may be used to interpret the writing. A contract in writing which contains a clause requiring any modification or termination by agreement to be in a particular form may not be otherwise modified or terminated.
