The Relationship among Person-Job Fit, Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment of Job Training Program Participants in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (중소기업 직무교육훈련 참여자의 개인-직무적합성과 자기효능감 및 조직몰입의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between PJF(person-job fit) and members' organizational commitment focusing on the mediating factor. Previous Studies have found that person-job fit has positive effect on organizational commitment, and self-efficacy has positive effect on the organizational commitment. On the other hand, the studies to identify whether self-efficacy has a role in mediation between PJF and the members' organizational commitment has been insufficient. To that end, we considered self-efficacy as the mediator of the relationship between PJF and organizational commitment. We used the data which to perform national policy research from 690 workers at a small or medium firm. As a result of verifying the suitability of the research model, it was suitable for the acceptance criteria. Besides the hierarchical regression analysis, bootstrapping was conducted to verify significance of mediating effect of self-efficacy. The main results are as follows. First, the variables, PJF, self-efficacy and organizational commitment showed a positive correlation. Second, PJF has a positive effect on self-efficacy and organizational commitment significantly. Also self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment significantly. Third, the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between PJF and organizational commitment is significant. In order to improve person-job fit, this study suggested that SMEs' owners should consider job rotation system and career development program for employees. Based on this study result and implications, we discussed limit of research and direction for future research.

A Servicism Model for A New Democracy (서비스주의 민주주의 모델 연구)

  • This study was conducted to derive a new model for popular democracy in the modern society. The problem is exacerbated as the original model of democracy, isonomia, has faded and modern democracy is operated as a democracy in which the masses rule. Democracy is exposing a bigger problem due to the economic inequality caused by the majority rule and the capitalist economic system. Popular democracy, in which all the masses are equally qualified as sovereigns, is a structure in which cunning politicians can easily seize power if the voters are not wise. Isonomia is a system in which free people who solve economic problems on their own and have honesty, courage, dedication, sacrifice and sincerity set laws with the same qualifications, and keep the laws themselves, is a system that depends heavily on the conscience and virtue of free people. Modern popular democracy embodies the absolute equality of the sovereign regardless of economic power, but without the spirit of sacrifice and dedication to the community, those who can win popularity by wrapping themselves up as if they are sacrificial and capable people may seize power. This study presents a service-oriented democracy as a system that can maintain the merits of modern popular democracy while embodying the essence of isonomia. The system was implemented focusing on the qualifications for virtue, such as honesty, courage, sacrifice, integrity, etc., fair to all regardless of wealth. Human imperfections have been supplemented by the use of artificial intelligence. The assumption about the nature of the sovereign and public officials' agents was newly established, and the winner-take-allism problem was solved. This study proved that both the philosophy of Isonomia and the merits of Democracy can be realized through service-oriented democracy based on the common principle of humanity and the philosophy of service. Service-oriented democracy can be called revision democracy.

A Study on the Relationship Dynamics of Perpetration and Victimization in Early Adult Couples according to the Types of Dynamics in Dating Violence (성인 초기 커플의 데이트폭력 유형에 따른 가해와 피해에 대한 관계 역동 연구)

  • This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the relationship dynamics of couples who experienced dating violence. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 15 couples who experienced dating violence. The collected data was analyzed using the consensual qualitative research(CQR) method. As a result, 3 domains, 13 categories, and 30 subcategories were derived. Domain 1 was about "the direction of the dynamics of perpetration and victimization, types of violence, and experience level," and found that the dynamics of perpetration and victimization are bidirectional, and that there are situational and controlling types of violence. For domain 2, we explored "major conflict themes, unique perceptions, and psychological dynamics of violence" and identified "other and communication issues" and "interference and personality issues" as major conflict themes, "gender stereotypes" and "violence permissive beliefs" as unique perceptions, and "attribution styles," "major emotions," and "coping styles" as psychological dynamics of violence. For domain 3, we looked into the 'changes in commitment and satisfaction as well as relationship maintenance factors' and presented changes in commitment and satisfaction, and found that the relationship maintenance factors were divided into positive and negative factors. These results are significant in that dating violence consists of mutual abuse and that it empirically revealed the detailed elements of the psychological dynamics of male and female. This was compared and analyzed with previous studies, and limitations and future research were also presented.

The crisis of church education in Korean churches and the need for Christian education experts (한국교회 교회교육의 위기와 기독교교육 전문가의 필요성)

  • Purpose of study: Recognizing the importance of securing professionalism in church education in the context of the serious problem of church eucation in the Korean church today, this study aims to reveal the problems of current church education and suggest alternatives for solving the problems. Research content and method: The Korean church is facing crises. One of the crises is the decline in church membership and worship attendance. Another, more fundamental problem is the crisis of church education, where the number of students in Sunday schools is plummeting, and many young people are leaving the church. Many of them are questioning the quality of church education leaders. The decline and demise of Sunday schools does not bode well for the future of the Korean church. What the church needs to do to address these issues is to build up educational professionals. Leadership and professionalism are critical issues. Until now, the needs of church education in the Korean church have relied on dedication and life mission rather than professionalism. And these criteria were enough. It has been 34 years since the October 1989 resolution of the General Assembly of the Christian Church in Korea to establish a system of educators. However, little progress has been made and the system has not been changed to a system of educators. One of the ways to solve this problem is for the Korean church to prepare for the future of the Korean church by utilizing educators for church growth and the restoration of Sunday schools. Conclusions and Suggestions: For the function, mission, and purpose of the church, the system of educators is requested to be established in the Korean church as soon as possible to fulfill the professional church education and educational pastoral mission. In response to this call, current Korean church education needs to change and innovate. The direction of innovation is professional education, which means that there is a need and urgency for professional educators qs church education leaders.

  • Deinking is a series of unit operations designed to detach ink from cellulose fibers and separate the dispersed ink from the pulp slurry. Deinking chemicals are process aids that enable expensive mill equipment used in these unit operations to operate more efficiently - often much more efficiently. We propose the blended deinking agent with cellulolutic enzymes and synthetic collector in deinking pulp of conventional alkaline method. The deinking efficiency of old news print in alkaline pH was enhanced with enzyme treatments. The brightness of deinked pulp was increased with less residual ink particles and yield of enzymatic deinked pulp was improved compared to the deinked pulp of conventional alkaline method. Enzymes in biomass were use to Chemical Deinking for reduce environment pollution through surfactant and improve surfactants. examining into compatibility Enzymes and surfactants, these new materials are studied efficiency of deinking efficiency.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the structural analysis of the relationships among principals and fellow teacher's emotional support, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession, self-leadership, and child care efficacy and commitment. Methods: Data were collected from 465 child care teachers and analyzed by means of structural equational modeling(SEM). Results: First, principals and fellow teacher' emotional support was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through teacher's self-leadership. Second, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through self-leadership and child care efficacy. Third, teacher's self-leadership was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through child care efficacy. Fourth, teacher's child care efficacy was to found have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for a great deal of utility to improve teacher's child care commitment.

기술지도사례-과학기술 이식으로 소득배가

  • 새마을기술봉사단 청주도단은 올 1~3월중에 1과학자 1마을 기술결연계획에 따라 읍ㆍ면 단위로 17개마을에 대한 과학 기술결연을 끝냄으로서 영농의 과학화와 농가소득증대에 새로운 장을 마련했다. 제주도 농어촌의 가구당 평균소득은 대부분 1백만원을 상회하고 자립마을의 경우는 1백90여만원을 넘는 전국최상위의 고소득마을도 많이 있다. 그러나 소득의 고저를 막론하고 영농방식은 고질적인 과거의 경험만으로 이루어지고 있어 영농의 과학화가 시급한 당면과제로 부각되고 있다. 스스로도 미쳐 깨닫지 못하는 경영방식의 오류와 숱한 시술상의 난문제들을 발견하고도 이를 합리적으로 해결하려들기 보다는 불가항력으로 돌려버리거나 체념해버리는 경우가 허다한 것이다. 제주도단은 이같은 문제점을 보다 신속히 해결하고 과학기술이식의 중요성 및 새마을기술봉사단의 신뢰도를 제고시키기 위해 마을의 요청에 만 응하는 소극적이고 수동적인 자세를 탈피하여 보다 적극적으로 봉사단을 활성화시키는데 전력을 경주하고 있다. 기술결연시에는 단장, 부단장, 결연교수와 행정요원, 지방유지들이 모두 참석한 가운데 결연식을 같는 한편 기술강연 및 홍보영화(새마을과 과학기술, 히말라야의 도전등)를 상영, 새마을기술봉사단의 활동분야 소개와 과학기술의 중요성을 인식시켰다. 「그들(농어민)속에 우리(봉사단) 」가 되기 위해 봉사단원들은 결연마을나 새마을 현지를 직접 찾아가 기술애로사항을 해결하는데 헌신 노력한 결과 부락민들과의 유대강화는 물론 소득면에서 많은 성과를 거양했다. 많은 지도사례중에서 특히 성과가 있었던 몇가지 사례를 골라 게재해 보기로 한다.

GaN growth on atomistically engineered Si surfaces

  • 최근의 고품질 III-N 화합물 반도체 박막성장과 더불어 청색계열의 LED 및 LD의 성공적인 실현은 본 연구분야에 대한 새롭고 헌신적인 상업적, 학문적/ 기술적 투자환경을 유도해 나가고 있다. 특히, c-축 배향 단결정 사파이어를 기판재료로 사용하고 얇은 GaN buffer의 사용은 고온에서 그 위에 성장되는 성장박막의 특성을 크게 향상시키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 절연체를 기판으로 사용함에 따른 소자구조 및 제작공정의 복잡성과 기판과 GaN 박막사이의 큰 격자 부정합에 따른 결함센터 등은 소자의 전기, 광학적, 구조적 특성에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 양질의 박막을 성장하기 위한 GaN 혹은 그 대체 기판의 개발에 많은 연구투자가 이루어지고 있는 현실 속에서 Si을 기판으로 이용한 GaN 성장의 가능성이 조심스럽게 점쳐지고 있다. 현재까지의 연구결과를 참조할 때 대체로 복잡한 interlayer를 사용하여 박막성장이 일부 이루어졌으나 그 재현성이나 성장의 중요인자에 대한 해석은 아직 분명하게 밝혀져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 원자적 관점에서 Si의 표면에 일부 변화를 유도하고, MOCVD 방법으로 그 위에 성장되는 GaN 박막의 광학적 및 표면 morphology 등에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 핵심적인 성장인자를 추출하고자 시도하였다. 성장된 GaN/Si 박막의 물성은 SEM(AFM), PL, XRD, Auger depth profile 장비등을 이용하여 조사하였으며 사파이어 기판 위에 성장된 GaN 박막의 특성들과 비교 검토하였다.

  • This paper describes commander Cho's achievements, who is not only a founder of naval aviation, but also a pioneer of domestic aviation. He developed a number of seaplanes with components taken from US military aircrafts abandoned during Korean war. He eventually established the naval aviation unit with aircraft developed under his leadership, and devoted his life for coast guard as a first commander. Proudly, ROK navy operated the naval aviation unit based on its own developed aircraft. It was a glorious achievement of ROK navy and a beginning milestone of korean aviation history.

  • To decrease employees' job stress in the viewpoint of occupational health is very important to improve the productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on job commitment and organizational commitment were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 259 industrial workers. As results, the majority of workers were under job stress resulted from job demand, job control, and coworker's support. The work times per a week and night work had significant relationships with job demand, and the maximum negative relationship between the work times per a week and job continuous commitment was found. Job demand had the significant relationship with job affective and normative commitment, and job control had the significant relationship with job normative commitment and organizational affective commitment. Moreover, job affective and normative commitment had the significant relationship with organizational continuous commitment. Finally, it was found that cyclic organic chain was composed of work times per a week, night work, salary, job demand, job control, job affective and normative commitment, and organizational affective and continuous commitment. The results of this study indicates that reducing cyclic organic chain is urgently necessary to increase employees' job satisfaction and company commitment.
