  • According to IT technology has evolved, a lot of information are moving through network. The correct internet users can obtain useful information. But incorrect users expose information and cause various damage for malicious purpose. To solve this problem, various information security products are being developed. For development of secure information security product, the development process should be secure. Also evaluation system is being used about product evaluation and security module for the assurance of secure product. In this paper, we proposed assurance system for secure development of information security product. Therefore this paper proposed more secure product development and assurance scheme.

  • According to IT technology has evolved, smart phone rapidly propagates for mobility. A smart phone user acquires useful information, but attackers generate various damage. For example, an attacker must distribute to expose the privacy of others. To solve this problem, various information security products are being developed. In addition, information security has been strengthened. In this paper, we propose a scheme for secure use of smart phone. For development of secure smart phone, the development processes should be secure. In addition, we propose an information security production certification system for secure smart phone security.

  • 우리나라를 비롯한 세계적인 물동량 증가로 국내 항만에 입출항하는 선박 척수의 지속적 증가, 연안 및 원양해역에서 선박간 위험한 조우상황의 빈번한 발생 등과 함께 국내 연안 해역에서의 해양사고 발생 건수가 꾸준하게 증가하고 있다. 최근 5년간의 해양사고의 주 원인으로 선원의 인적과실에 의한 해양사고가 약 90%에 달하며, 사고원인은 운항과실(항행법규위반, 조선부적절)이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인적과실로 인한 사고예방을 위해 진행되고 있는 BRM과 SHS교육의 문제점을 분석하고 효과적인 교육 훈련 지침을 제시하였다. 또한 안전운항 평가 모듈 마련에 이용하기 위해 항해사들의 판단에 맡겨져 있는 초동조치 개시거리와 안전 이격거리 설정을 설문자료를 바탕으로 정량화하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a design method and process for hardware and software of hybrid V2X communication module that supports both C-ITS communication protocol designed for vehicle environment and Legacy LTE communication technology. C-ITS is suitable for safety service applications due to its low latency characteristics, and Legacy LTE is a technology suitable for non-safety applications such as traffic information and infotainment due to high latency and high capacity. The hybrid V2X communication module supports multiple communication technologies of WAVE and LTE, in which WAVE supports multiple channels, so that it is designed to transmit road information such as LDM and positioning correction information to an autonomous vehicle in real time. The main design results presented in this paper will be applied to the implementation of future hybrid V2X communication terminals for vehicles.

  • In this study, for integrated management and inter-exchange of operational data generated by ships and land-side information on safe and business, a vessel communication system with modular functions was designed that applied high efficiency compression, least-cost algorithms and Inmarsat FBB connection automation system. Performance test at the KTsat Kumsan satellite earth station; system was found to delivered an average transfer speed of 7 kB/S, which was significant improvement from the existing commercial product's average speed of 5 kB/S. It also delivered twice the efficiency of the existing product in terms of compression rate and transfer of the most widely used office files in maritime businesses.

  • Recently, amid active research on domestic shipbuilding industry and IT convergence technology, with the development of satellite detection technology for ship safety operation, ships monitored the movement of ships with the mandatory long-range identification & tracking of vessels and automatic identification system. It is possible to help safe navigation, but it is necessary to develop safety device that alert the marine officer who rely on radar to correct conditions in case of weightlessness. Therefore, an ocean fog alarm system was developed to detect and inform using photo sensors. The fabricated ocean fog detect and alarm system consists of a small, low-power optical sensor transceiver and data sensing processing module. Through experiment, it is confirmed that the fabricated ocean fog detect and alarm system measure the corresponding concentration of ocean fog for fogless circumstance and fogbound circumstance, respectively. Furthermore, the fabricated system can control RPM of ship engine according to the concentration of ocean fog, and consequently, the fabricated system can be applied to assistant device for ship safety operation.

  • There are management and security of software source code equivalent to 10 assembly lines of important infrastructure in the early stage of information society directly. A support technology and framework to protect software source code are so poor state In this paper, the proposed model that is support protection and access control between software source code as object and subject that is not authenticated safely was named CRYPTEX model. And we propose active business model to provide delegate, mobile, and security/access control function for passive software source code in document state using CRYPTEX.

멀티롤 랜턴의 LED 배열에 따른 배광특성 분석

  • 항로표지는 해상에서 선박의 안전한 항행에 필수적인 요소이며, 현재는 LED를 광원으로 사용하는 등명기를 개발 및 사용하고 있다. LED 멀티롤 랜턴을 개발하여 항로표지의 표체조명, 교량표지, 방파제 표시등 등으로 개발하고하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이를 위하여 LED 멀티롤 랜턴의 내부 LED 배치에 따른 배광특성을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 멀티롤 랜턴은 아크릴 환봉과 설치를 위한 금속재로 구성하였으며, 내부에 LED를 2열로 배치하였다. 최적의 설계를 위하여 아크릴 환봉을 투명한 것과 유백색인 것으로 구분하고 2열의 LED 모듈에 집광렌즈($45^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, 미설치)에 따른 배광특성을 분석하였다. $60^{\circ}$ 집광렌즈를 사용한 경우의 시인효과가 우수하여 이를 바탕으로 LED 멀티롤 랜턴을 최종적으로 설계하였다. 투명 아크릴 환봉에 2열의 LED를 배치하고, $60^{\circ}$ 집광렌즈를 사용한 평판형 및 v형의 2종과 집광렌즈를 사용하지 않은 v형 1종으로 선정하고, 녹색과 홍색으로 제작하여 LED의 배열에 따른 배광특성을 본석하였다.

An Analysis on the Technical Regulation for A-SMGCS in Korea (국내용 지상이동 유도 및 통제시스템(A-SMGCS) 기술기준)

  • The A-SMGCS is a modular system defined in the ICAO manual on advanced surface movement guidance and control systems. Such systems aim to maintain the declared surface movement rate under all weather conditions while maintaining the required level of safety. In this paper, we find out the details and 14 modules'specific features that developing Level IV A-SMGCS in Korea. Also we figure out relation domestic regulations as SMGCS manual & visual aids manual in Korea and research foreign cases such as defined ICAO 9830 manual, EUROCONTROL's project 'EMMA2' document, and FAA advisory circular-150 manual. It will be used as analysis data that can be applied to the undefined A-SMGCS in Korea technical regulation.

Error Calibration of Initial Value of Weight Measuring Sensors with Different Feature of Forklift (특성이 다른 지게차 적재 중량 센서의 초기 값 오차 보정)

  • The calibration method of the initial value error obtained in the weight measurement through anchor bolt type strain gauge sensor is proposed. The strain gauge sensor is developed for preventing the overturning of forklift, which is the most frequent type of safety-accident in industry. It was confirmed that the initial value error is caused from the physical and mechanical error of anchor bolt, and the environmental problem. Since the elimination of these causes falls outside the realm of this research, we find out the calibrated values based on all the causes, and we adjust the initial values of analog-to-digital convertor (ADC) module consisted of strain gauge sensor block using the calibrated values. We use the linear interpolation method for our calibration. We confirm that four sensor modules have the different under 5% between the real weight and the measured value in the experiment applied with the calibration of initial values. The low correlation between the real weights and ADC values is also improved through the proposed calibration.
