The Direction of Research and Development for Reviltalization of K-POP Dance Contents Industry (K-POP 댄스 콘텐츠 산업 활성화를 위한 연구 개발 방향)

  • K-POP dance has been the best contributor for the worldwide spread of K-POP. However, despite the popularity of K-POP dance, Korea has not still secured foundation technology and database required for the global market expansion of K-POP dance contents, which results in stagnation in dance contents industry. This paper suggests the direction of technology development for reviltalization of K-POP dance contents industry. As one of the related studies, we especially introduce the research project conducted by Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI) and address prospects for the technology and its ripple effect.

Buying Point Recommendation for Internet Shopping Malls Using Time Series Patterns (시계열 패턴을 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 구매시점 추천)

  • When a customer wants to buy an item at the Internet shopping mall, one of the difficulties is to decide when to buy the item because its price changes over time. If the shopping mall can be able to recommend appropriate buying points, it will be greatly helpful for the customer. Therefore, in this presentation, we propose a method to recommend buying points based on the time series analysis using a database that contains past prices data of items. The procedure to provide buying points for an item is as follows. First, we search past time series patterns from the database using normalized similarity, which are similar to the current time series pattern of the item. Second, we analyze the retrieved past patterns and predict the future price pattern of the item. Third, using the future price pattern, we recommend when to buy the item.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 효과적인 정보통신윤리 교육을 통한 정보통신윤리 의식 함양에 있다. 블랜디드 PBL의 교수-학습 목표 달성을 위해서 온라인 학습과 면대면 수업이 체계적으로 혼합되었고, 온라인 학습을 위한 주요 모듈은 오픈소스 학습관리시스템인 무들(Moodle)에서 운영되었다. 온라인을 통한 PBL 단계(문제제시, 문제확인, 자료수집, 해결안 도출, 문제해결안 발표, 정리 및 평가)에 따른 블랜디드 활동에서 학습자가 스스로 문제를 해결해 가면서 학습계획을 세우고, 지식 데이터베이스 등을 활용하여 정보의 획득과 평가, 새로운 아이디어를 적용할 수 있는 e-PBL 시스템을 구현하였다. 블랜디드 PBL 시스템의 교육적인 효과를 검증하기 위해서 대학교 2학년 재학생 60명을 실험집단(30명), 통제집단(30명)으로 구성하였다. 실험 집단과 통제집단은 모두 6명을 1개 조로 하여 각각 5개 조를 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 블랜디드 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시한 후에 정보통신윤리 의식 평가를 실시하고, 통제집단은 면대면 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시하였다. 두 집단의 정보통신윤리 의식에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0을 활용한 t-Test를 실시하였다. 실험결과, 블랜디드 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 실험 집단이 면대면 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 통제집단보다 정보통신윤리 의식의 절제, 존중, 책임, 참여 지표에서 높은 향상을 보였다.

  • 대한민국 20대 총선, 영국의 유럽연합 탈퇴인 브렉시트, 트럼프와 힐러리의 대결인 미국 대선, 이 셋의 공통점은 언론의 예측과 다른 투표 결과가 나왔다는 점이다. 이러한 일련의 사건들로 인해, 각종 언론사에서 실시하고 있는 표본조사의 신뢰도에 대한 근본적 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 선거 후보자 지지율을 효율적이며 효과적으로 분석하기 위하여 SNS 감정분석을 제안한다. SNS 감정분석은 기존의 표본을 구하고 분석하는 방식보다 더 빠르게 표본 수집 및 분석이 가능하다. 또한 R프로그램과 구글을 이용하여 처리하기 때문에 기존 방식에 비하여 매우 저렴하다. 현재 언론사의 예측이 빗나가고 있는 시점에서 SNS 감정분석이 훌륭한 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서의 트래픽*감정분석 점수를 보았을 때, SNS 감정분석이 여론을 더 정확히 반영한다는 것을 증명한다.

  • We analyse the structure of slip data used as basic data for improving the transparency of transactions, and design a slip XML Schema. And then we implement Web Services for slip data, common slip data processing functions of accounting, interacting with the slip database. And we propose a standardization model of slip data structure and slip data processing service in order to make them used to diverse distributed Web applications. The result of this paper will contribute to the standardization for accounting information system for e-business area to the simple reuse of common slip data processing functions by Web services, and to the efficient development of distributed applications by grace of spreading standardization for supporting the business-to-business interactivity using easy accessibility of Web services.

  • Spatial database systems achieve filtering steps with MBR(Minimum founding Rectangle) for efficient query processing, and then carry out refinement steps for candidate objects. While most operations require fast execution of filtering, it is necessary to increase the filtering rates and reduce the number of refinement steps in the low computing powered devices. The compact representation method is also needed in the mobile devices with low storage capacity. The paper proposes various approximation methods for efficient spatial operations in the multiplatform environments. This paper also designs a compression technique for MBR, which occupies almost 80% of index data in the two dimensional case. We also analyze the advantages and drawbacks of each method in terms of space utilization, filtering efficiency and speed.

  • While multilayer perceptrons (MLPs) have great possibility on the application to speaker verification, they suffer from inferior learning speed. To appeal to users, the speaker verification systems based on MLPs must achieve a reasonable enrolling speed and it is thoroughly dependent on the fast teaming of MLPs. To attain real-time enrollment on the systems, the previous two studies have been devoted to the problem and each satisfied the objective. In this paper, the two studies are combined and applied to the systems, on the assumption that each method operates on different optimization principle. By conducting experiments using an MLP-based speaker verification system to which the combination is applied on real speech database, the feasibility of the combination is verified from the results of the experiments.

  • This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel, an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey and real time-based observation through the establishment of GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface with chemical, physical, biological, and environmental relations. And, other network service, vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station using the INMARSAT-B, and network service(WWW, BBS, E-Mail etc.) are needed for integrated communication network system.

  • So far the study of digital home has mainly been made up of the network technology and the sorority system, but the application to consider the discriminatory characteristics of the individual family members has been interested in comparison with the necessity. The system proposed in this study is to get the information of the internal users through the access-controlling system. The controller offers the discriminatory environment by activating the database of the internal users and controls the sub-system of the home-network. The suggested system can automatically offer the discriminatory environment among the family members by limiting TV programs or channels according to the users' age, by offering other internet environment according to the users, by putting restrictions on telephone numbers, or by restricting the settling right of the home-shopping companies.

  • In order for multidimensional infer structures to be integrated into an existing database management system, proper concurrency control methods that guarantee all isolation levels supported by the database management system. Several concurrency control methods have been proposed. They ran be classified into predicate locking based methods and granular locking based methods. Most of them are difficult to implement and ran not be applied to non-tree structured index structures. In this paper, we propose a new concurrency control method that guarantee all isolation levels. It is easy to implement and can be applied to any type of index structures. We implement the proposed method and existing methods, and perform various experiments to show the superiority of the proposed algorithm.
