Spinning Rotor Gauge (SRG) has been used to transfer standard gauge for international comparison at the high vacuum standards. We calibrated a spinning rotor gauge by using dynamic calibration system (DCS) that was a national high vacuum standards system. And its uncertainties were evaluated with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), they were recognized ai A type uncertainty, B type uncertainty, combined Standard uncertainty, and expanded uncertainty. The combined standard uncertainties were $1.8007\times10^{-5}$ Pa ~ ~$4.8422\times10^{-5}$ Pa for this spinning rotor gauge.

During the six years from 2006 to 2011, based on a study of projects with an area equivalent to or less than $2,700m^2$ located in Jeju self-governing province, it was shown, through comparison with the pre-existing calculation methods, that there were many problems with the application of the standard cost. Accounting for the uniqueness of Jeju province, the study suggested an alternative method for applying the standard cost, basing it on property usage of either urban area or non-urban area pursuant to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act rather than land type of either mountain area or non-mountain area, with the utilization of T-test and ANOVA raising the reliability of this study.

광대역 무선 접속 표준을 관장하는 IEEE 802.16 워킹 그룹은 IEEE 802.16 표준을 2004년에 발표하였으며 이 IEEE 802.16 표준안에는 현재 WiMAX(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access)라 불리는 고정 및 저속 이동 접속에 대한 광대역 무선 통신 지원 기술이 포함되어 있다. 특히 여러 기술 중 보안 관점에서 IEEE 802.16 표준은 MAC 계층 안에 PKM(Privacy Key Management)라고 불리는 Security Sub-layer를 가지고 있다. PKM은 PKMv1과 PKMv2로 구분되며, 먼저 PKMv1은 기본적인 인증 및 기밀성 기능을 제공하고 IEEE 802.16 표준에 기본적으로 적용되어있다. 하지만, IEEE 802.16 표준 이후 많은 연구들이 PKMv1의 보안성에 대하여 의문을 제기하였고 이에 따라 IEEE 802.16 표준안의 확장 개선안으로서 완전한 이동성을 바탕으로 하는 2005년 발표된 IEEE 802.16e 표준안에서는 향상된 보안 기능을 제공하는 PKMv2를 제공하며 기존 표준안의 부족한 점을 보완하기 위하여 시도하였다. 이러한 PKMv2는 EAP(Extensible Authentication Protocol) 인증, AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) 기반 기밀성 제공 알고리즘, CMAC/HMAC(Cipher/Hashed Message Authentication Code)을 사용한 메시지 인증 기능 제공 등 보다 다양한 보안 기능을 제공하였다. 그러나 IEEE 802.16e 표준안의 보안 기능은 SS(Subscriber Station)과 BS(Base Station)간의 통신구간 보안에 초점을 맞추어서 네트워크 도메인간의 보안 문제나 핸드오버시 보안과 같은 네트워크 구조적 보안 취약성을 여전히 가지고 있다. 하지만 표준안에서 정의하고 있는 SS와 BS 구간 보안 역시 완전한 솔루션을 제시하고 있지는 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취약성을 고찰하고 그에 따른 대응방안을 제시하였다.

전세계적으로 우편 물량의 감소, 민간 사업자와의 경쟁심화 등의 환경 변화 속에서 안정적 우편수익을 창출하고 소포우편물의 소통품질을 향상하기 위해 주요국 우편사업자들은 단시간에 우편물 처리를 자동으로 구분하여 자동 처리율을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 국내 우정사업본부도 신규 도입 및 교체 시기가 도래함에 따라 중장기적 관점의 신규 소포구분기의 도입계획 수립하였다. 그 일환으로 소포구분기의 표준 규격을 마련하고 소포구분기의 국산화에 박차를 가하여 향후 도입 비용 및 유지보수 비용을 절감하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 세부적으로 국내 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) 및 제어 장비를 통해 제어 기술을 확보하고 표준화된 운영이 가능토록 현존 소프트웨어 시스템의 고도화를 통해 소통품질 및 업무성과 개선 기술을 실제 현장 운영을 통해 개발 검증 중이다.

The paper reviews the precedent studies on the relationship between standards and technological innovation. First of all, the paper defines standards, standardization, and technological innovation, respectively. Since standards have been considered as an obstacle in technological innovation, whether standards can promote innovation, or vice versa, is addressed. In addition, the role of standards and standardization in technological innovation is reviewed at the following levels: the stage of innovation, the type of innovation, and the macro or institutional aspect. Based on the above, the paper introduces at a glance the articles published in the special issue of Journal of Technology Innovation on the standards. Finally, the research questions to be studied in the future are presented.

본 연구는 한국어를 학습한 경험이 없는 일본인의 한국어 치경폐쇄음 세 음소 범주(/ㄷ/, /ㄸ/, /ㅌ/)에 대한 지각 학습이 양순폐쇄음 세 음소(/ㅂ/. /ㅃ/, /ㅍ/) 지각에 미치는 효과를 검토하였다. 김윤현과 김정오 (2005)는 일본인들이 지각 학습과제에서 한국어 치경폐쇄음 세 범주를 구분할 때 기식성. 긴장성과 같은 변별 자질에 선택주의 하게 됨을 시사하는 결과를 얻었다. 치경음에 대한 지각 학습으로 적절한 단서에 선택주의 하게 되었다면, 같은 지각 차원에 따라 세 범주로 구분되는 양순음의 경우에도 치경폐쇄음 학습 후 음성자극들을 옳게 범주화를 할 것이다. 실험 결과, 치경폐쇄음 자극(/다/, /따/, /타/)만으로 이루어진 동일-상이판단 학습 과제에서 치경폐쇄음 파악의 정확율은 29.1%(표준오차=3.02) 증가하였고, 조음 위치의 변화에 따른 음향적 차이에도 불구하고 양순폐쇄음의 정반응율도 15.8%(표준오차=3.27)의 향상을 보였다. 이 전이효과는 치경음 지각 학습 때문에 일본인들이 폐쇄음의 세 음소 범주를 구분하는 적절한 지각 차원에 선택주의하게 되었음을 시사한다.

트래픽 텔레매틱스 어플리케이션으로 알려진 차량 무선통신 서비스는 현재 교통에 대해서 차량 주행환경에 대해 더욱 안전하고 효율적으로 연구되고 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 차량 통신에서는 WAVE (Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments) 표준을 채택함으로써 차량 간 통신 과 차량과 기지국 간 통신에 WAVE 표준을 지킨다. 차량 통신에서는 다양한 주행환경에 따라 전파에 따른 경로 손실 모델이 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 파라미터에 따른 주행환경을 구분하고 구분된 주행환경에 따라 적합한 경로 손실 모델에 대해서 연구한다.

본 연구에서는 기술표준원이 (주)코리아데이터네트워크에 의뢰하여 작성된 설문조사결과를 활용하여 기업의 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동, 인증획득 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크, 기업조직특성, 산업별 특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 제조업에 속한 636개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형 (logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 기술혁신활동 변수 중 R&D집약도는 국제표준화활동을 제외하고 표준화활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동에 대해 정 (+)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 셋째, 소기업과 대기업보다는 중간규모의 기업에서 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동이 활발하다는 역U자 가설이 성립하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 모든 표준화활동의 유형에 대해서 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다.

Although BIBFRAME is recognized as a new bibliographic standard that can replace the existing MARC structure, the vastness of the descriptive items shows many limitations to be applied in library communities. Thus this study proposed separating the descriptive levels of BIBFRAME as a way to enhance the applicability of BIBFRAME. The descriptive level of BIBFRAME was divided into three stages: core, standard, and detailed levels based on the bibliographic area of ISBD 2011. This separation was semantically implemented using RDF/RDFS syntax. The levels of description in BIBFRAME was defined as Class Granularity and Class Element, and the Property Relation was defined for the linkage between the Classes defined and the BIBFRAME. By applying this syntactic structure, the relationships between the BIBFRAME descriptive items separated by each descriptive level could be linked with each other. This approach is expected to ensure applicability in the creation and sharing of bibliographic data using BIBFRAME.

This study suggests some ideas for the improvements of the classes of Language(700) and Literature(800) of the 4th Edition of Korean Decimal Classification(KDC). They includes some recommendations for the followings: introducing some new entries of the time table for the Korean Literature and English and American Literatures; relocating some entries for the improvements including language policy and administration; using new terminologies: adding new and revised notes for the appropriate entries; changing some specific classifying methods including the classification of bilingual dictionaries; introducing some options including those for the subdivisions of modern novels and those for American Literature; and discontinuing some entries not used, especially those in other Languages.
