The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in life-long education for people with disabilities by analyzing journal article related to special education and disabled welfare in Korea, present suggestions for future study in the field. For the purpose, the author selected 94 studies listed on 16 kinds of journal articles related to special education and disabled welfare, analyzed trend journals by year, trend research topics, research methods. The results through data analysis are as follows. First, the studies on life-long education with disabilities were increasing, expecially representing a sharp increase from 2014. Second, the research topic areas most referred were studies related life-long education curriculum and program, life-long learner and learner group. Third, most of the first authors came from universities in Metropolitan and Yeongnam area. The research study using a questionnaires was that the majority method. Based on this results, the implications for future studies on life-long education for people with disabilities were discussed.

We conducted a survey methodology to study current state of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) application for teachers in special education. The analysis of 103 sample data shows the media type and usage frequency, the reason of ICT application, the awareness of ICT training program necessity and the detail training program. We divided two groups by work experience in education based on time when ICT curriculum adapted in special education department. The several differences of ICT usage and skill levels in managing ICT of two groups are statistically significant.

An aims of this study is to examine substitute or complementary among types of special interest tourism and a causal relationship between total individual tourism demand and each types. Of 500 surveyed respondents in Seoul, 348 was valid to analyse. As statistical analysis method, correlation analysis was utilized for substitute or complementary and Econometrics models were applied for causal relationship. The results of this study demonstrate that agro tourism and ocean tourism lie on substitute which means competitive. Also, ocean tourism has had more impacted on total individual tourism demand than any other types of special interest tourism.

Special logistics, such as steel coils or steel plates, are being shipped and deployed depending on experienced personnel. Therefore, there is a great possibility of accidents due to immaturity by human error or lack of experience. There is a need to prevent the possibility of such an accident in advance, to apply security requirements required for special logistics, to ensure the stability of cargo, and to operate an management system to check the correct loading list. In addition, accurate shipping inspection is necessary to balance the ship. This paper analyzes the problems of shipping inspection currently being implemented and proposes a web-based port special logistics shipping inspection and balancing operation system to improve it.

The purpose of this study was to develop and to explore the possibility of the serious language training game for students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, words of language training program were extracted from the National Common Basic Curriculum of Special School and the contents design of language training program were developed based on the evaluation of significance and difficulty by special teachers, special education professors, and special education experts. To explore the possibility of applying the serious language training game, a usability evaluation was conducted with 45 special school teachers and 31 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed that the serious language game had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.25 and the students with intellectual disabilities received 4.33 out of 5. But there is no difference of usability evaluation on the level of school and the arrangement of school. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a high possibility of applying the serious language game to language education for students with intellectual disabilities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, organizational trust and organizational performance of special guard organization. This study had selected special guards from 4 different private guard companies which are in Seoul area on March 2011. Using Judgement Sampling, 161 samples were drawn for the use of final analysis. Questionnaire used in this study was consisted of the total 42 question, and executed frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which represents the reliability of the survey came out to be over .592. The results are following: First, the organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational trust. That is, when a developmental, reasonable, consensual and hierarchical culture is activated, cognitive emotional and behavioral trust is increased. Second, organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a reasonable and consensual culture is activated, job-satisfaction becomes higher. On the other hand, when a developmental, reasonable and hierarchical culture is activated, organizational flow becomes higher. Third, organizational trust of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a cognitive emotional and behavioral trust works highly, job-satisfaction and organizational flow is increased. Fourth, Special security organization's organizational culture affects as a result in organization result. As well as organizational culture exerts direct influence on organization outcome, I exert effect that is indirect in organization outcome through action trust which is low rank factor of organization trust.

Cases of TBM tunnelling have been consistently increasing worldwide. In many recent subsea and urban tunnelling projects, TBM excavation has been preferably considered due to its advantages over drill and blast tunnelling. Difficult ground conditions are highly probable to appear in subsea and urban tunnels because of the shallow working depth and alluvial characteristics. Under the difficult ground conditions, ground reinforcement measures should be considered including grouting, while it is of great importance to select the optimal grout material and injection method to cope with the ground condition. The benefits from TBM excavation, such as fast excavation, increased safety, and reduced environmental impact, can be achieved by applying appropriate ground reinforcement with the minimum overrun of cost and time. In this report, various grouting methods were reviewed so that they can be applied in difficult ground conditions. In addition, domestic and international cases of successful ground reinforcement for difficult grounds were introduced for future reference.

This study aimed to suggest the tasks to develop the Inclusive Education Model for Remote Islands by analyzing the characteristics of special needs education in remote islands of Okinawa, Japan and the current states of the implementation of special needs education in them. For these purposes, the survey using the Inclusive Education Assessment Tool (hereafter IEAT) was conducted to evaluate the special needs education system of remote islands of Okinawa and its results were analyzed through t-test. Finally, the tasks to develop the inclusive education model for remote islands by comparing and analyzing the results of this study with the tasks that were proposed in the Outcome Report on the Project to Build Inclusive Education System Model(2016) were suggested as follows: first, the expertise of special needs education should be guaranteed; second, the network among various professionals and organizations needs to be established; third, the awareness of disabilities needs to be promoted; fourth, the independence of students with disabilities needs to be improved; and finally equal opportunity should be guaranteed.

This study was conducted to seek the innovation challenges of "University Department of Special Education" with convergence on lifelong education of the disabled which is constantly stressed due to the educational needs of the disabled. For this purpose, the study first examined the compatibility between special education and lifelong education of the disabled based on the universal basis and then suggested faculty competence development for the foundation of organization and an integrated cooperation system of "University Department of Special Education" with support of National Institute for Lifelong Education of Disabled, lifelong education centers, related local organizations, and local colleges. In regards to the curriculum, the study also suggested lifelong education curriculum of disabled within the university lifelong education centers and a foundation for gradual restructuring of the curriculum of the "Department of Special Education". A program for 'lifelong education instructors for disabled (temporary name)' was introduced based on interdisciplinary course with "University Department of Special Education" for qualification of instructions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teacher preparation programs with project-based learning for strengthening preservice special education teachers' practical teaching abilities. The results of this study showed that the practical teaching ability of preservice special education teachers (n = 39) improved by a total of 6.76 points after receiving action learning-based instruction. The improvement was 1.49 points for planning and designing, 1.49 points for communication, 0.49 points for interactions with students, 2.49 points for teaching and learning environment, and 0.89 points for sincerity and enthusiasm. The results of paired t-test showed that preservice special education teachers' practical teaching ability has significantly improved on the total scale score (p < 0.01). Preservice special education teachers' improvements were also significant on three out of five subscales: planning and designing, communication, and teaching and learning environment. Correlations between the practical teaching ability subscales ranged from 0.64 to 0.90, indicating a statistically significant correlation.
