This paper aims to identify the major research trends in organizational effectiveness over the past 20 years. For this purpose, SCOPUS, an international academic database provided by Elsevier, was used to identify research trends in organizational effectiveness over the past 24 years (2000~2023). According to the frequency analysis, there were 2,789 cases of organizational, 2,714 cases of effectiveness, 850 cases of management, 689 cases of performance, 632 cases of organizations, and 597 cases of leadership. Trend analysis. While effectiveness and organizational have been consistently researched, the trends of leadership and management have been declining in recent years. LDA analysis shows that effectiveness and organizational are important topics. This shows that it is important to be able to predict the future when it is difficult to predict the future. The results of this study can be used as a guide for companies to establish organizational management at a strategic level and improve organizational effectiveness.

This study aims to identify the major recent research trends on person-organizational fit, and uses SCOPUS, an academic database, to identify research trends on person-organizational fit over the past 24 years (2000-2023). Frequency analysis showed that organizational was the most important term with 2,789 articles, followed by effectiveness with 2,714 articles, management with 850 articles, performance with 689 articles, organizations with 632 articles, and leadership with 597 articles. The trend analysis shows that research on fit, organization, and job is steadily increasing. The LDA analysis showed that fit, personorganization(po), and job are important topics, which shows that fit, i.e., the alignment of an individual's goals or values with the organization's goals or values, is important in the operation of an organization. The results of this study can be used as a useful guideline for organizations to establish measures to attract and cultivate excellent human resources and create organizational performance.

Information literacy is a necessary competency for all people living in the information society, but undergraduate students are especially in need of information literacy in the process of academic performance and career preparation. In this study, we conducted frequency analysis, network analysis, and topic modeling on the English abstracts of information literacy-related research on undergraduate students listed in KCI to identify trends in information literacy research on undergraduate students. The main keywords and subsequent research topics were derived by analyzing the frequency analysis and keyword network and comparing the results, and eight subtopics were derived from the topic modeling to observe the main research areas. Information literacy for college students was mainly studied for educational purposes, and nursing information and analysis model development were the main subtopics.

This study is designed to better understand the life and works of Soviet-Korean. Soviet-Korean had drifted from place to place, repeating Immigration and emigration. The journey extends from Korea to CIS(the Commonwealth of Independent States). They have adjusted to barren deserts. And, they wrote a series of historical facts and lifes. So, this study looked at unfamiliar place and space in Soviet-Korean Literature. The life of Koryo-saram was extended from Promorye Region of Russia to Central Asia(Commonwealth of Independent States). At first, studied unfamiliar place and space in Promorye Region of Russia. So, the text used to prepare this report is prose and verse in Soviet-Korean Literature, АВАНГАРД, ЛЕ НИН КИЧИ, КОРЕ ИЛЬБО from Soviet-Korean newspapers, and Hong-Beom-Do, Sip-O-Manwon-Sakeon from full-length novels. And, looked at the immigrant narrative of Sinsoseol(新小說), Sohakryoung. The methodology used to prepare this report is history, social history, cultural geography, anthropogeography. As a result, the essence of Soviet-Korean Literature was anxiety. Koryo-saram was tormented by feelings of insecurity.

E-commerce has emerged as a key economic driver in the digital age, and the importance of the e-commerce market has been highlighted, leading to rapid expansion in related research areas. This paper analyzes the research trends on e-commerce from 1996, when e-commerce emerged and research began, to the present day. To this end, we used R and LDA topic modeling techniques and conducted a validity test on the number of topics and an analysis of the predictive value of the topic model centered on the core keyword "e-commerce" using the SCOPUS, a foreign academic database. The analysis of topics showed that ecommerce, model, study, data, and online were among the important topics. Logistics was also found to be important. In the rapidly changing and complex e-commerce market environment, it is important to respond to the diversification of business models and the establishment of a stable revenue structure to survive. As the continuous growth of the e-commerce market is predicted, the results of this study can be used as basic data for entering the e-commerce market and expanding business through countermeasures and strategies.

This study explored effect of shotsize and concern on the elector's attitude. For this study, 2 different styles of TV address moving pictures were produced on the basis of TV address text of district leader candidate. They were exposed to two different groups composed of university students, and the degree of favor, confidence and support was measured and analysed. The result of this study showed that the group exposed to bust shot was more favorable and supportive than the group exposed to waist shot. However, interaction effect between shot size and concern was not found. The meaning of this study can be found in the fact that effect of shot size as an element of non-verbal communication on the politician's image was proved through experiment.

The user-centered design paradigm shift and the emergence of user-experience design have also increased the importance of user experience with products and services in specific spaces. In addition, with the advent of IoT services, new changes in the future work environment are expected. This study aims to propose a new user experience design considering the context of future work space. First of all, we examined the concept and nature of IoT, and defined various factors that affect the future work environment and grasped the relation of each element. Next, user research in the current work environment was conducted to identify the context that affects the behavior of users in various types of work environments, and to insight the possibility of a new user experience in the future work environment. Based on the above analysis and insights, various context models for a new future work environment were constructed, and UX models and UX scenarios and alternatives were presented. This study will contribute to the diversity of UX design research by expanding the viewpoint of UX design from device to space and context, and it will contribute to the collaborative research with space design and service design, also interdisciplinary research with IoT service related field.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the cliche for English-Korean interpretation and translation training with special reference to the cliche based on Shakespeare's works texts. The term of 'idioms' are generally used as figurative expressions instead of the term of 'cliche'. Thus, cliches must be reinterpreted in the lexicon that are used in useful expressions. Cliches are often idioms. Idioms are figurative phrases with an implied meaning; the phrase is not to be taken literally. This causes difficulty when translating to another language because the meaning may not be understood by people within that culture. Cliches are figurative or literal expressions and are overused expressions. Consequently, the cliches are distinguished from the idioms by the transparent meanings. This study was examined based on the cliches shown in Shakespeare's works texts. After all, anyone who wants to become an efficient English learners, interpretor and translator should be familiar with cliches. They had better use the cliche in English learning site. I hope this study will be helpful even a bit to his attempt.

The OGC(OpenGIS Consortium), which is standardization organization of geographic data, have been studied standard for geographic data such as GML and GML based annotation for image and map. Annotation for map is applicable in various ways, understanding about geographic data, decision making and exchange of communication. For instance, Map annotation can be used for highlighting tour-course as symbols or explaining it as text on a map in tourism. This study suggests some annotation methodology for national digital map and presents a simple implementation of it. Firstly, this study suggests a way of updating OGC annotation schema which corresponds with DXF format and creating a GML application schema using the updated OGC annotation schema. Also it suggest a way of converting instance documents of annotated map to VML document with XSLT and VML for display. Later, it is needed to study for supporting another formats as well as DXF format. In addition, it is needed to study for managing the history of updated map entity with annotation in Local governments UIS(Urban Information System) in practical aspects.

Digital signage is constantly being researched as new digital video platform to replace existing signage market. Traditionally, It conveys various information combining still images with text. Nowadays, it is rapidly exchanging to multi digital platform by high specificaton system, improvement of internet speed and advancement of video and audio compression technology with HTML5 technology. Not only a single wide-screen display but also the combination and adjustment of screens with setop box, OLED, media facades, and lase beam projectors are transformed into various forms to enable creative and diverse attempts for graphic designers. This study focuses on the application of motion graphics in rapidly evolving future platform - digital signage, and looking forward to help digital video content creator, researchers, and motion graphic designers.
