Vertiport Location Problem to Maximize Utilization Rate for Air Taxi (에어 택시 이용률 최대화를 위한 수직이착륙장 위치 결정 문제)

  • This paper deals with the operation of air taxis, which is one of the latest innovative technologies aimed at solving the issue of traffic congestion in cities. A key challenge for the successful introduction of the technology and efficient operation is a vertiport location problem. This paper employs a discrete choice model to calculate choice probabilities of transportation modes for each route, taking into account factors such as cost and travel time associated with different modes. Based on this probability, a mathematical formulation to maximize the utilization rate for air taxi is proposed. However, the proposed model is NP-hard, effective and efficient solution methodology is required. Compared to previous studies that simply proposed the optimization models, this study presents a solution methodology using the cross-entropy algorithm and confirms the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorith through numerical experiments. In addition to the academic excellence of the algorithm, it suggests that decision-making that considers actual data and air taxi utilization plans can increase the practial usability.

  • 디지털운행기록장치(DTG)는 차량의 운행정보를 기록하고 저장하는 장치로, 여객 및 화물자동차에 의무적으로 장착되어 여러 실시간 운행기록을 수집하고 관리할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 대부분 버스, 택시, 화물차 등에 사용되며, 상용 자동차의 운전자를 인증하고 과도한 운행으로 인한 사고를 줄이는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 국내 디지털운행기록장치 관련 지침 및 표준 사양의 보안 기술 관련한 내용을 살펴보고 더 나아가 문헌조사를 통해 발견된 디지털운행기록장치 데이터 보호 관련 기본적 보안원칙을 소개한다. 더불어, 디지털 포렌식을 위한 데이터 식별 방법에 대한 실험적인 시도 사례의 결과를 함께 소개한다.

Impacts Analysis of the operation of DVR(Driving Video Recorder) on Driver's Behavior Change and Reduction of Traffic Accident (교통사고 영상기록장치(DVR : Driving Video Recorder)의 설치가 운전자의 운전태도 변화와 교통사고 저감에 미치는 효과 분석)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of DVR(Driving Video Recorder) operation on decreasing the number of traffic accidents, the cost of traffic accident claim, and the behavioral change in drivers' driving. The data for this research are obtained from taxi drivers in Busan. For this, Structural Equation Model and two-way ANOVA are employed for empirical analysis. Overall results of this study show that the number of traffic accidents of 4 taxi corporations in Busan has decreased by average 32.7 percent after using DVRs. In addition, as to the cost of taxi accident claims, it is expected that the DVR operation has a considerable effect on economic benefits of taxi corporations. Moreover, this study could make clear the difference in behaviors between DVR users and non-users, and discriminate the positive and negative impacts of the DVR operation on the drivers' driving behavior. The study quantitatively examined the indirect impact of 'attitude', 'subject norm' and 'behavioral control' factors on planned 'behavior', and the direct impact of 'behavioral control' factor on the planned 'behavior'. This study suggests that they should add the video recoding function of DVRs when operation recorder(blackbox for the car) is obligatorily set up on cars for business by traffic security law.

A Study on the Development of Sharing Taxi Service Platform and Economic Value Estimation (공유택시 서비스 플랫폼 개발과 경제적 가치추정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is two things. First, it is to develop and demonstrate a sharong taxi platform. To this end, the implications for platform development were derived by analyzing consumers' perceptions of existing taxi services using IPA. As a result, abnormal business activities and safe services in the maintenance area were found to be safe rides and easy rides in the key improvement area. Safety such as usage fee level and driver information provision were derived in the areas subject to improvement, and friendly response and internal and external cleanliness were derived in the areas of excessive investment. The second purpose of this study is to estimate the value given to users for sharing taxi service platforms using the CVM. As a result of estimating the value of the demonstration service of the shared taxi platform developed through this study, the WTP was 3,621 won/per household/per year when expanding throughout Gimhae-si, and 2,515 won/per household/per year. Compared to the willingness to pay for empirical services, only 69.5% of the willingness to pay for the spread project in Gimhae-si. This is the result of a combination of service spread to an unspecified number of people and concerns about service quality due to spatial expansion. This suggests that it is necessary to build data through continuous demonstration and to carefully build a roadmap for spread by upgrading services based on this.

  • 본 논문은 제주 택시 텔레매틱스 시스템에 축적되고 있는 택시들의 실제 이동 히스토리 정보를 이용하여 노변-차량 네트워크를 설계하는데 필요한 통신 분석기를 구현한다. 구현된 분석기는 지도처리, 좌표변환, 거리 환산 등 기본적인 사용자 인터페이스와 함께, DSRC 프로토콜에 따르는 전송 거리 등과 같이 노변-차량 통신에 있어서의 분석에 필요한 환경인자를 설정할 수 있다. 히스토리에 포함된 이동객체 위치 정보를 기반으로 현재의 RSU 배치에 대해 연결성을 계산함은 물론 각 객체의 시간적인 이동에 따라 객체들이 RSU에 연결되는 시간과 연결이 불가능한 시간 간격 등을 측정하여 현재의 배치가 시스템의 요구사항에 부합하는지 결정할 수 있다. 결국, 본 시스템은 RSU 들간의 연결성을 실제 데이터를 기반으로 분석할 수 있도록 하여 설계자로 하여금 효율적인 RSU 배치, 연결성 예측, 추후계획 등을 가능하게 한다.

  • COSMOS system which was developed in Seoul for real-time signal control was designed to judge traffic condition for practicing signal operation. However, it occurs efficiency problem that stop line detection and queue length detection could not judge overflow saturation of street. For that reason, following research process GPS data of Seoul city's corporationowned taxi to calculate travel speed that excluded existing system of stop line detection and queue length detection. Also, "Research of calculating queue length by GPS data" which was progressed with following research expressed queue length. It is based on establishing algorithm of judging congestion situation. The algorithm was applied to a few areas where appeared congestion situation consistently to confirm real time traffic condition with established network.   • Recent studies in Big Data Analysis are showing promising results, utilizing the main memory for rapid data processing. In-memory computing technology can be highly advantageous when used with high-performing servers having tens of gigabytes of RAM with multi-core processors. The constraint in network in these infrastructure can be lessen by combining in-memory technology with distributed parallel processing. This paper discusses the research in the aforementioned concept applying to a test taxi hailing application without disregard to its underlying RDBMS structure. The application of IMDG technology in the application's backend API without restructuring the database schema yields 6 to 9 times increase in performance in data processing and throughput. Specifically, the change in throughput is very small even with increase in data load processing.

Development of Queue Length, Link Travel Time Estimation and Traffic Condition Decision Algorithm using Taxi GPS Data (택시 GPS데이터를 활용한 대기차량길이, 링크통행시간 추정 및 교통상황판단 알고리즘 개발)

  • As the part of study which handles the measure to use the individual vehicle information of taxi GPS data on signal controls in order to overcome the limitation of Loop detector-based collecting methods of real-time signal control system, this paper conducted series of evaluations and improvements on link travel time, queue vehicle time estimates and traffic condition decision algorithm from the research introduced in 2016. considering the control group and the other, the link travel time has enhanced the travel time and the length of queue vehicle has enhanced the estimated model taking account of the traffic situation. It is analyzed that the accuracy of the average link travel time and the length of queue vehicle are respectably both approximately 95 % and 85%. The traffic condition decision algorithm reflected the improved travel speed and vehicle length. Smoothing was performed to determine the trend of the traffic situation and reduce the fluctuation of the data, and the algorithms have refined so as to reflect the pass period on overflow judgment criterion.

  • 현재 국내외에 거실을 잡기위한 노력들이 전방위적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 거실에서 쉽게 쇼핑을 하고, 커튼이나 조명을 켜고, 음악을 듣고, 피자를 시켜 먹으며, 외부 약속을 위해 택시를 부르는, 글로벌 기업들의 '스마트 홈'의 기능으로 인공지능과 음성인식을 통한 산물이 되었다. 또한 이러한 데이터를 중심으로 빅데이터의 보고가 되어간다. 때문에 구글, 아마존, MS, 삼성과 우리나라의 SKT와 LG 등의 기업들이 이러한 기술기반으로 접근하는 현황을 파악하고, 기술에 대한 적정성을 제안할 필요가 있다.
