현재까지도 본질병의 원인체인 Eperythozoon에 대한 생활환 감염경로 및 매체등 역학적인 연구가 되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 더욱이 우리나라에서는 본증의 연구 조사가 거의 전국적 규모에서 이루어져 있지 않은 실정인데, 본인등이 건강돈으로 도살되는 성돈에서 $72\%$의 자연 감염율을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 대단위 양돈장에서 높은 자돈의 치사율을 보이는 본증의 유행상을 경험한 점을 감안할때 앞으로 우리나라에서 효과적인 양돈사업의 육성을 위해서 본질병에 대하여 더욱 관심과 연구를 집중해야 될 줄 믿는다. 또한 본 원인균은 일반 전염병 치료제로 많이 애용되는 Sulfa제나 항생제에 대하여 전혀 감수성이 없으며 매독성이 비소제인 Arsphenamine만이 특효가 있다. 점도 임상수의사들이 관심을 기울여야 할 사항이면, 보다 저독성이며 효과적인 치료제 개발도 시급히 요구되는 실정이라 하겠다.

The purpose of this research aims to find the changes resulted from the collaboration of colors, harmonies, and dynamics within a music. Through this research model, psychologically change of color and harmony, dynamics have explored to collect the resources for the research of the visual media music therapy program. In video media, music is utilized as non-verbal communication in many areas. The connection between melodies and colors, especially, is one of the most effective instrument to reduce the gap between realities and imagination, thus leading emotional inspiration. Gim's(Guided Imagery and Music) model of musical therapy strives to understand inner-side of human nature, and gives an insight into self-understanding. We would like to promote active, and physical model of musical therapy aside from passive existing mode, and apply it as the base resource for our ever-changing society, and teenage education.

Inefficiency of in vivo gene transfer using currently available vectors reflects a major hurdle in cancer gene therapy. Both viral and non-viral approaches have been described to improve gene transfer efficiency but suffer from a number of limitations. Here we tested an adenovirus carrying the small peptide ligand derived from heregulin${\beta}$ EGF-like domain onto fiber, the adenoviral capsid protein, to deliver transgene to ovarian cancer cells which overexpress ErbB, the cognate receptors for heregulin. The attachement of 53 amino acids to fiber didn't affect on the fiber's trimer structure that is critical for the viral entry to cells. The fiber-modified adenovirus can mediate entry and expression of a ${\beta}$-galactosidase into cancer cells in an increased efficiency compared the unmodified adenovirus. Particularly, the gene transfer efficiency was improved up to 5 times in OVCAR3 cells, an ovarian cancer cell line. Such transduction systems hold promise for delivering genes to ErbB receptor overexpressing cancer cells, and could be used for future cancer gene therapy.

The structure of modern society are complex, fast, overflowing of individualism and losing of independence through the standardization of human relationship. The frequency increased that children watch television and play computer game alone through this structure. Also, the mental disorder like as autism tend to be increase for childhood because, parents overprotect, unmethodical bringing up children, emotional disturbance and effect of genetic. Therefore, research and case study of art therapy publish that illustrates a tendency of developing and growing. On the base of this situation art therapy realize more important than before and gain power. Therefore, this research consider that clay therapy effect for autistic just children and investigate function of catharsis through the case study. Also, make study that social rappot and function of catharsis develop for children who has autism. The suggest effect of synergy which come from clay therapy(education of ceramic) and development of education program.

Rapid growth in computer and digital-based technology has brought about changes in various human services including psychotherapy. This paper will look into one of these changes, focusing on a rising area of mental health therapy : Art therapy. Although development of art therapy is not so fast compared to other branches of psychotherapy, some art therapists are studying how to adopt and use it properly. Both art therapists and mental health experts have concluded that technology is a powerful tool despite its limitations and reservations. While some of them think that patients have benefited from the implementation of technology, others have felt concerns about the replacement of basic professional practices. The use of digital technology in the area of art therapy, however, continues to increase, encouraging patients to benefit from it in various therapeutic processes. This thesis therefore focuses on the analysis of literature related to digital art therapy published up to now. The following field study on Korean art therapists aims to examine the current practice of digital art therapy and discuss its feasibility and future. These two methods will contribute to enhancing the understanding of art therapy not only in theory but in practice and also suggest how digital art therapy may overcome limitations of conventional art therapy by exploiting its advantages. Furthermore, this study will present some clues on a possible new position of digital art therapy in the future. I hope that this analytical examination on digital art therapy will stimulate further discussion on this issue and particularly encourage more interdisciplinary work between art therapy and digital technology.

This study was conducted to identify the social perception of schizophrenic patients through films expressed in schizophrenic patients. We analyzed 48 films and scenarios that have been screened for the last 40 years by content analysis method to perceive interpersonal and emotional perception, perception of families and treatment measures. Patients were violent, dangerous, and burdensome to the family. However, specific experience or internal description has increased, and attitude of family or patients related to treatment has been more actively described since 1996. In conclusion, the perception of patients seen negative, want to avoid, giving burdens and pain to others. Therefore, to improve the social perception of mental disorders, it is necessary to make active use of films that have a high impact on public perception, and try to study the influence of visual media on perception change.

In order to verify the effects of cinema therapy on decreasing a sense of uneasiness and improving interpersonal relationship, this study carried out 7 sessions of cinema therapy and consultation with 10 schizophrenia patients. According to the qualitative analysis, the participants were found to be emotionally relaxed through improving their sense of alienation and nervous behaviors as well as revealed the improved interpersonal relationship with communicating lively and expressing actively, Meanwhile, according to the quantitative analysis, 7 of 10 displayed more stable figures than the average of normal people in uneasiness quotient and 6 of 10 showed higher numbers in interpersonal relationship measure. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the treatment applying the cinema therapy has significant effects on decreasing a sense of uneasiness and improving interpersonal relationship.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the change in self-efficacy and writing ability after applying a Task-Oriented Multi-Sensory Movement Program to children with ADHD tendency accompanied by learning delays. Methods : A Task-Oriented Multi-Sensory Movement Program was implemented to children with ADHD tendency accompanied by learning delays attending S elementary school. The research proceeded in the order of a pre-test, Task-Oriented Multi-Sensory Movement intervention, and a post-test. The first session involved a pre-test, in which the children's self-efficacy and writing ability were examined using self-efficacy test and type 'A' KNISE-BAAT writing test. The multisensory group activity program intervention was conducted for a total of 8 sessions. In the last session, a post-test was conducted using self-efficacy test and type 'B' KNISE-BAAT writing test. Data collected from the tests were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 18. Results : According to the tests taken before and after implementing the Task-Oriented Multi-Sensory Movement Program, there was a significant improvement in self-efficacy (school, society), writing ability(command of vocabulary and sentence). Conclusion : Task-Oriented Multi-Sensory Movement Program may be used as a beneficial measure to improve the self-efficacy and writing abilities of children with ADHD tendency accompanied by learning delays. It is necessary to design various intervention models by combining educational media based on a multisensory approach.

Objective : This study aimed to categorize the lifestyles of older adults into two types - healthy and unhealthy, and use machine learning to identify the personal values that influence these lifestyles. Methods : This cross-sectional study targeting middle-aged and older adults (55 years and above) living in local communities in South Korea. Data were collected from 300 participants through online surveys. Lifestyle types were dichotomized by the Yonsei Lifestyle Profile (YLP)-Active, Balanced, Connected, and Diverse (ABCD) responses using latent profile analysis. Personal value information was collected using YLP-Values (YLP-V) and analyzed using machine learning to identify the relative importance of personal values on lifestyle types. Results : The lifestyle of older adults was categorized into healthy (48.87%) and unhealthy (51.13%). These two types showed the most significant difference in social relationship characteristics. Among the machine learning models used in this study, the support vector machine showed the highest classification performance, achieving 96% accuracy and 95% area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The model indicated that individuals who prioritized a healthy diet, sought health information, and engaged in hobbies or cultural activities were more likely to have a healthy lifestyle. Conclusion : This study suggests the need to encourage the expansion of social networks among older adults. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity to comprehensively intervene in individuals' perceptions and values that primarily influence lifestyle adherence.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the theoretical background of music therapy interventions for the improvement of mathematical concepts among young children with special needs. The researcher provides a basis of theoretical background about musical activities as an effective tool for young children to understand and promote their mathematical concepts, and the necessity of practical application in the field of mathematics education is suggested. Music, as a multi-sensory modality, has an ability to hold and maintain one's attention, and can be used as a memory aid and a powerful and effective motivator and reinforcer for young children. Therefore, musical activities can be used to facilitate mathematical concepts in the field of education for young children. Possible musical activities for promoting mathematical development are suggested, and the necessity for developing various musical activities is discussed.
