The subjects were 300 working mothers who are aged under 50, have more than one child live in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The Results are follows. First, the analysis of work-family conflicts, spousal support and support systems for work-family compatibility, and psychological well-being of working mothers indicated that the working mothers perceived family-work conflict to be higher than work-family conflict. The working mothers received stronger support from support systems intended for work-family compatibility than from their spouses. The score of the psychological well-being of the working mothers was 3.27 (standard deviation = .91), which is higher than median. Second, the factors influencing the working mothers' psychological well-being were age, monthly household income, number of children, work${\rightarrow}$family and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and spousal support. Greater psychological well-being was linked to a young maternal age, a high monthly household income, a low number of children, low levels of work${\rightarrow}$family and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and strong spousal support. Third, spousal support mediated the relationship between family${\rightarrow}$work conflict and psychological well-being.

  • This study aimed to examine the impact of academic background on full-time employment and on other important issues concerning job security and care faced by single-parent youths. The study alse aimed to verify the effect of related support on full-time employment. The analysis targeted 262 single parents under 24 years of age who were raising their children, and the main results were as follows: First, the ratio of adulthood was high for those who were employed, and the academic achievement of full-time workers was also significantly high. However, the rate of discontinuities in school was also high among those who were employed, especially those seeking full-time employment, whose desire to stay in school was higher than that of other difficulties of single, teenage parents. Second, the vocational education experience of single, teenage parents was 32 percent overall, and the rate of those seeking full-time employment was also relatively high, reaching 44 percent. However, the results of this study did not verify the direct effect of vocational education experience on full-time employment nor the interaction effect of the academic background. Therefore, a thorough review of the effectiveness of a vocational education program for young, single parents wishing to gain employment is necessary. Third, the overall rate of those who received a public nanny service was 31 percent, while the rate of full-time workers who experienced this service was significantly higher reaching 59 percent. In the research model verification, single parents who received a public nanny service were 3.8 times more likely to get a full-time job than those who did not, and receiving a public nanny service showed a regulatory effect between academic studies and full-time employment. The higher the academic level of the parents, the higher their possibility of full-time employment.

Through purposive sampling, the study recruited 325 married employed mothers age 40-50 years who live in Seoul and who have more than 1 child and living parents or parents-in-law. The investigation was performed April 1-30, 2018, with the participants sampled from companies, schools and religious organizations in Seoul. The collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 package. The results of this study were as follows: First, of all categories of caregiver burden, the score for burden of caring for elderly parents was 3.01 (SD = .81), slightly higher than the median of 3 points; childcare burden scored 3.16 (SD = .73), also higher than the median value; and family support resources scored 3.40 (.89), higher than the median of 3. Overall psychological well-being rated 3.25 (SD = .56). Second, health and educational level, the burdens of caring for elderly parents and childcare and family support resources were found to significantly affect psychological well-being. Third, family support resources, a moderating variable, were found to significantly moderate and ease the effect of childcare burden on middle-aged working mothers' psychological well-being. • An online community serves as a communication hub among members who desire to share their opinions and emotions. Thus, it is often utilized as a corporate or brand marketing tool. While focusing on commercial online communities from the marketing perspective, however, researchers have barely discussed non-commercial online communities despite its popularity. This study examined the influence of flow on satisfaction in the context of the non-commercial online community as well as the role of social capital as a significant mediator between flow and satisfaction. The result also included the differences between employed mothers and non-employed mothers. This study has expanded the research scope of online communities and offered theoretical and practical implications based on the interdisciplinary discussion that involves one of the understudied populations, mothers.

  • This study purports to investigate the determinants of intent to leave of dental hygienists working at dental clinics. The sample used in this study consisted of 356 dental hygienists selected from nationwide Korea. The independent variables contain three groups of determinants: 6 structural variables, 2 psychological variables and one environmental variable. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were included in the model as intervening variables. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the path analysis indicate that the following variables have significant total effects on the intent to leave of dental hygienists: organizational commitment, supervisory support, job satisfaction, alternative job opportunity, positive affectivity, role conflict and job autonomy. The results imply that the administrators of dental clinics should make an effort to motivate dental hygienists by redesigning their work process, to provide them with more autonomy in doing their work, and to develop their job knowledge and skills through continuous training and education.

  • Data mining is the process of discovering hidden, non-trivial patterns in large amounts of data records in order to be used very effectively for analysis and forecasting. Because hundreds of variables give rise to a high level of redundancy and dimensionality with time complexity, they are more likely to have spurious relationships, and even the weakest relationships will be highly significant by any statistical test. Hence cluster analysis is a main task of data mining and is the task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group are more similar to each other than to those in other groups. In this paper system implementation is of great significance, which defines a new definition based on information-theoretic entropy and analyse the analogue behaviors of objects at hand so as to address the measurement of uncertainties in the classification of categorical data. The sources were taken from a survey aimed to identify of job guidance from students in high school pyeongtaek. we show how variable precision information-entropy based rough set can be used to group student in each section. It is proved that the proposed method has the more exact classification than the conventional in attributes more than 10 and that is more effective in job guidance for students.

  • The reason why NCS education is conducted in college is because students are expected to improve their skills through practical education. In addition, NCS education is expected to have a positive impact on job competence and competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explain the necessity of NCS education, and to analyze whether the education transition and practical performance are manifested. For this purpose, the research model was composed of "NCS Education ${\Rightarrow}$ Educational Transition ${\Rightarrow}$ Practical Results" and surveyed about 300 college students in the metropolitan area. If NCS education is necessary in practice, colleges and other educational institutions should plan to make NCS education operate efficiently. As a analysis result, it was confirmed that the internal consistency was secured and both the intensive validity & discriminant validity were confirmed in the validity. As a result of using the structural equation model, this research model was found to be suitable. As a result of the hypothesis test, it is analyzed that the standardization coefficient of the research hypothesis is above the appropriate level and the correlation is highly formed.

Secondly, all the sub-items used in the ePortfolio were organized into words and classified into 6 stages. Finally, this was analyzed by majors and companies. Through this, the interns of the IT companies can [2-2. Strategy development] and that they are actively utilizing the 'connectivity' attribute linking the links. In addition, interns confirmed that the ePortfolio was structured differently depending on their major and the desired company.
