The environment pollution is very important problem. Even at the field of architecture, a study about method of saving energy and constructing environment friendly building will have performed with activity. But trends of Korea housing market are changed that the height of building become more higher and the level of comfort going up. Therefore, these requirements force to increase the energy usage for indoor environmental controls. Thus, the purpose of this study is to reduce the heating and cooling energy requirements of High-rise Residential Buildings by the analysis of Energy Performance. From now on, we search improvement plan for the most efficient Energy Saving at present High-rise Residential Buildings.

This study is to analyze the units of flexible high-rise mixed use apartment(Chereville) targeting at Guwidong in Seoul. In order to analyze the different type of units, it is selected 60 unit plans. The results were as followings . 1) It is revealed from the request of residents in regard to the LDK that kitchen and living room are recognized as sharing spaces and thereby, the importance of them grows bigger. 2) The need for storage space appears compared to the Past, and actual residents add new built-in cabinet of drawer in kitchen, diningroom, and balcony. Therefore, the storage planning is needed in order to keep and store life goods in addition to clothing closet.

In the late of 1990s, a super-high-rise residential started with the concept corresponding to a natural view, as the habitants' desire for spaciousness worked on an initiative factor. The appearance of the new style of residential form was encouraged and habitants' items desired were increased by the security of spaciousness for view. The purpose of this study is to understand spatial trans orientation through the plan type focusing the recent case study of super-high-rise and to interpretate spatial changes of residential space following it. For the case study, 20 apartments(or apartment complex) were selected from more than 25 storied super-high -rise located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. On the other hand, the objective facts about super-high-rise were cited in the results of the established studies and the selected cases were extracted from a catalogue and internet

주택유형의 변화와 친환경 주거에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 친환경계획요소의 정량적 검증에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 초고층 복합주거의 경우 친환경계획요소에 대한 정리와 실제 거주자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 초고층 친환경계획요소를 단지, 건물내부, 설비 및 유지관리로 구분하여 실제 거주자를 대상으로 중요도와 만족도를 평가하였다. 또한 거주만족도(만족도, 충성도, 선호도)와 친환경계획요소의 영향 관계를 PLS 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 단지 친환경 계획요소의 개선은 만족도를 충족시켜 실제 거주자의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 건물내부의 친환경 계획요소의 증가는 실제 거주자의 만족도와 선호도를 모두 충족시켜 충성도에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 설비/유지관리의 친환경 계획요소는 실제 주민의 선호요인으로 도출되었으나 만족도에 대한 가설은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

In the modern city in which the high-density and complex land use is needed, high-rise residential-commercial buildings appeared as a scheme to arrange a metropolitan residence with multiple high-techs and to induce activation of the city with leading the settled population to flow into the city. And the need of the times is to actively apply the eco-friendly notion to the architecture. In this study, the works of Ken Yeang who is regarded as an eco-friendly architect to make high-rise residential-commercial buildings ecological should be focused on with analyses of eco-friendly characteristics in inside, intersection between inside and outside, and outside of his works. The result o the study would be the suggestion to design eco-friendly high-rise buildings which make the city rise in quality.

우리나라의 최근의 건설공사의 형태를 보면 초고층 아파트, 대형 주상복합 건물 등 대형주거용 건축물들이 등장하고 입다. 이러한 건설공사의 대형차 추세에 따라 공사기간, 공사비용 등이 크게 증가하였다. 이에 공사기간 및 공사비용을 절약하고 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 건설관리 기법들의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층 주거건축의 마감공사 중에서 공사규모, 자재의 양중 측면에서 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 가구공사의 관리체계를 정립하기 위하여, 적시생산(Just-In-Time)방식과 린건설(Lean Construction)의 개념을 도입하였다. 생산성 향상을 위한 위의 두 가기 원리를 이용하여 가구공사의 프로세스를 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 분석과 개선방안의 제시는 마감공사의 원활한 흐름을 유도할 수 있으며, 또한 공사기간 및 공사 비용을 절약함으로써 프로젝트의 성공에 기여할 수 있다.

The Purpose of this paper is to analyze of community space of high-rise housing as a basic research towards developing a model of spacial convergence. For this, 10 cases of high-rise housing complexes are compiled. Research methods are as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 high-rise housing complexes, the types of community space program are categorized by concepts. Second, community space plans are analyzed by floor. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 cases, the types of community space program are classified 8 categories : Culture, Health, Leisure, Education, Life-style Assistance, Business Assistance, Open Space, Commercial Facility. Second, community space plans are arranged at the lower floor of the building at a high ratio. Third, the types of convergence model for community programs are suggested by 4 categories : Human, Time, Experience, Local Community. Fourth, community space configuration is categorized by 4 types.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the typological characteristics of super high-rise housings in Hong Kong. The results are as follows; 1) Most of the plan types of the residential building in Hong Kong are tower types and they show lots of curves on the external resident blocks so that each resident families can face maximum open air. 2) Each residential unit is arranged symmetrically and systematically around the central core. 3) The most of core types are central core types which are usually planned to place void light well to improve lighting and ventilation. 4) Rooms are arranged in line from entrance to kitchen, to living & dinning room, and finally bedroom and bathroom. Dinning area is arranged together with living area. 5) At least, more than two sides of the each unit were facing the open air; one side is for the view from a bedroom or a livingroom, the other side is for the ventilation of a kitchen or a bathroom.
