For this study, "Senior Job Replacement Project Participants" data collected by the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged were used and analyzed employing logistic regression analysis technique. This study found that three human capital variables(education, income, physical health) had positive effects on volunteering participation and continuous participation intention among older adults; of the two social capital variables, informal interaction had a positive effect on both volunteering participation and continuous participation intention, whereas formal interaction had a positive effect only on continuous participation intention; three cultural capital variables(religion, cultural organization participation, quality of life) had positive effects on both volunteering participation and continuous participation intention; and of three ecological variables, housing tenure and residence area had positive effects on volunteering participation and continuous participation intention, whereas existence of spouse had no significant effects on dependent variables.
In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors influencing the intention to the crowdfunding participator of China. The research model includes the platform factors, investor factors, and social factors, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and funding participants' intention. In this research, the data was collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 439 participators' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 23.0. This paper provides a useful scheme for the better operation and promotion of crowdfunding. In the future, a comparative study of different types of crowdfunding is needed.
The boycott of Japanese products triggered by Japan's economic retaliation has heated up the Republic of Korea. This study examined the factors affecting the boycott participation intention in 217 college students and ordinary people in their 20s and 30s. The results of the study showed that perceived egregiousness, self-efficacy, and subjective norm had a positive effect on boycott participation intention, and perceived egregiousness had an indirect effect on boycott participation intention through anger. In addition, these overall impacts were moderated by online and SNS news usage. This study is significant in providing academic and practical implications for understanding boycott phenomena by verifying various influencing factors on consumer boycott intentions and comprehensively reviewing the mediating effect of anger and the moderating effect of online and SNS news usage.

In July, 2015, the Korean national assembly passed 'Act on Capital Markets and Financial Investments,' and therefore, it was expected that the crowd funding would be activated owing to a variety of fundraisings and investments. Hence, for the success of the crowd funding, this paper tried to identify the factors affecting the funding. In this study we analyzed the core variables of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) and their perceived risks on the crowd funding participants' intentions as well as the mediating effects of the attitudes; the core variables of UTAUT were performance expectancy, perceived risk, facilitating conditions, social influence, and the like. As a result, it was found that such facilitating conditions as performance expectancy and social influence would affect crowd funding participants' intention positively, but that effort expectancy and perceived risk would not significantly affect their intention. On the other hand, as a result of testing the mediating effects of the attitudes, it was found that performance expectancy and social influence would have significant mediating effects on participants' intention.
