2006년도 적용 건설공사 기계설비부문 표준품셈 개정내용

  • 한국건설기술연구원은 지난 해 12월 30일 2006년 1월 1일부터 적용되는 46개 항목의 건설공사 표준품셈을 관계기관 실무자로 구성된‘품셈 위원회’의 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정, 공표했다. 건기연은 신기술의 적용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용되는 공법을 중심으로 기계설비부문에서는 발열선등 5개의 품셈이 신설되었고, 기존 품셈의 조문정리 등 체계보완이나 적정성 조정을 위해 재료 할증률등 4개 항목을 보완했다. 기계설비부문의 발열선 품은 배관 동파방지를 이해 가구내 급수 급탕 계량기 주위, 가스보일러 하부배관 및 옥외지하주차장 배관 등에 발열선을 설치하고 있으나 적정품이 없어 전기표준품셈의 Heat Tracing System을 준용하고 있어 가구내와 공용부위로 구분해 신설한 품이다. 건기연은 품셈개정을 위해 지난해 3월 각 발주기관과 관련단체의 의견을 수렴해 대상항목을 선정한 데 이어 지난해 10월까지 건설현장에 대한 실사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 품셈을 신설∙보완했다고 밝혔다.

Prediction of the Flow Characteristics of Jet Fan in a Confined Space (제한공간에 설치된 제트팬의 기류특성 예측)

  • In this paper, the flow characteristics of an axial fan spraying isothermal compact jet in a confined space were investigated by the experimental methods, the numerical method, and the free jet theory According to the results, the numerical result and the experimental result are agreed well qualitatively and different quantitatively within $\pm1.0%$ for the centerline velocity, the entrainment ratio, and the maximum throw. However, the free jet theory can reasonably predict the centerline velocity except the entrainment ratio and the maximum throw. In other words, the entrainment ratio and the maximum throw by 1.he free jet theory are hard to estimate the characteristics of jet because of restriction of c confined space.

  • This study was carried out about construction management plan to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing. To minimize effect of upper working load, installation position of jack support and paving with rubble on the top of underground parking lot were studied. By calculation shrinkage strain of underground parking lot scale, water leakage risk in design of level difference was studied. In this study, the basic data about construction management was provided to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing.

  • In the present study, the diffusion process of hydrogen leaking from a FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) in an underground parking lot was analyzed by numerical simulations in order to assess the risk of a leakage accident. The temporal and spatial changes of the hydrogen concentration as well as the flammable region in the parking lot were predicted numerically. The effects of the leakage flow rate and an additional ventilation fan were investigated to evaluate the ventilation performance in the parking lot to relieve the accumulation of the leaked hydrogen gas. The present numerical analysis can provide useful information such as the distribution of the leaked hydrogen concentration for safety of various hydrogen applications.

  • Concrete has cracks from shrinkage that necessarily result from in hardening process. Shrinkage-reduced concrete developed for crack reduction was utilized at a sample construction project. As a result, it is confirmed that crack initation ratio was remarkably reduced when compared to the case of normal concrete utilization. Additional sample project is supposed to use delay joints as well as srinkage-reduced concrete. Subsequently, the result will be reported. The greatest factor which affects in drying shrinkage is unit quantity of water. However, there are a lot off difficulties in field supervision because proper measuring means is not presented in present standard. Therfore, problems depending on ready-mixed concrete concrete companies should be improved by preparing the related standard assoon as possible.

  • 전력대란으로 인해 에너지 절감이 많은 이슈가 되고 있으며, 이로 인해 다양한 부분에서 에너지절감방식이 개발되고 있다. 많은 방식 중에서 최근에는 IT기술을 융합한 조명제어시스템의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 IT기술을 융합한 조명제어시스템을 설계하여 공용 주택부문에서 가장 많이 낭비되고 있는 지하주차장 조명을 효율적으로 제어하여 에너지를 절감할 뿐만 아니라 조명관리의 효율성까지 높일 수 있는 에너지절감형 조명제어시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • 일반 건물과 달리 특별한 화재특성을 가지는 단독주택, 주차장, 지하대공간, 다중이용시설 등의 화재 시 유효하게 진압할 수 있는 용도별 맞춤식 스프링클러헤드를 개발하기 위한 성능검증방법을 마련하고자 시험방법 및 성능요건을 연구하였다. 먼저 용도별 장소의 화재특성을 고찰하였으며, 아울러 기존의 관련 국내외 시험기준을 면밀히 분석하여 시험항목 선정 및 적용방법 수립방안을 검토하였다. 시험항목은 환경시험과 기능시험, 화재시험으로 대별할 수 있는데 이 중 용도별 헤드의 성능을 좌우하는 살수분포와 화재시험에 대해 시험방법과 성능요건을 제시하였다.

  • In recent years, residential apartment building parking lots are built in underground spaces, and with conjunction to improve the environment of the urban area, artificial greeen roof systems are installed on the upper slabs. However, early plant growth are resulting in root penetration into concrete cracks and in turn into the waterproofing membranes, leading to degradation and damaging of the waterproofing system and structural durability. This issue highlights a problem of conventional maintenance system of concrete structures, and proposals for amendments follow. In this study, a waterproofing and root barrier construction design for the upper slabs of residential building underground parking lots is proposed, and motioned to be added into future construction specifications.

  • The structural behaviors under wheel loads are much different from those under uniform loads which are generally adopted for the design of parking garage. In such a viewpoint, the structural behavior of a Half-PC concrete underground parking garage under wheel loads was investigated using the site instrumentations. The static wheel loads were applied on the structure to evaluate the actual static resistance, and moving load tests were also performed to evaluate the impact factors of the structure. Besides, the impact tests were also conducted to estimate the modal parameters of the structure. Through the experimental investigations, it was found that the structural performance of the underground parking garage can be improved by use of structural type such as Half-PC concrete structures.

  • In case of Korea, it goes frequently that underground parks has been burned. Based on standard temperature time curve(ISO-834), gerber, walls, slab of structures are constructed. However, Standard temperature time Curve is not considered that buildings are affected by vehicle fire. that is why it has the hazard that makes building reinforcement feeble. Based on the result that got from vehicle experiment before, we made four RC slab in this experiment and set the fire severity. according to the loading experiment after heating, we measured the effects that makes reinforcement and shape changes. Furthermore, we examined the safty of the structure by comparing before and after heating.
