  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of membership type for subscription service (individual subscription vs. group subscription) on continuous intention, and to verify the mediating effect of ease of justification and the moderated mediating effect of uncertainty. An experiment was conducted on 78 university students. As a result, consumers who use subscription services in group subscription showed higher intention to continue using the subscription service than consumers who use the subscription service in individual subscription. Also, the ease of justification mediates the effect on the intention to continue using. In addition, uncertainty was found to moderating effect of ease of justification on continuous use intention according to the type of subscription. This study understands the psychological mechanism of consumers according to the type of subscription service subscription and provides useful implications for companies that provide subscription services.

  • This study examines the effect of used trading app's consumption value and protection motivation and the perceived usefulness and continuous use intention. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 293 customers with experience in used transaction app's. The results of the study confirm the positive effects of the used trading app's consumption value and protection motive theory is perceived usefulness of customer. In addition, there is a positive relationship between a customer's perceived usefulness and continuous use intention of used trading app's. The study provides On a theoretical level valuable insights into the sustainability of transaction app's after post-COVID 19 and the importance of developing used trading app's consumption value and protection motivation, but there is also a limitation that the region is limited.

  • This study provides a prospect for the fast growing the smartwatch market by investigating the relationship between the satisfaction and the continuous use intention of Apple watch users, as well as the factors influencing their satisfaction. Based on the TAM, this study uses system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy as independent variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and satisfaction as mediators, and continuous use intention as the dependent variable. We analyze the data of 256 individuals who completed an online survey with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software. This study conducts several tests and analyses to empirically evaluate the data including reliability analysis, factor analysis, feasibility analysis, path analysis, hypothesis verification, and mediation analysis. Our results investigate which factors may influence consumers' intention to continuously using Apple Watch devices in the future. In summary, satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to continuously use smartwatchs. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on satisfaction. Among the three factors (system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy), only self-efficacy has no significant impact on perceived usefulness but had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. In addition, system quality and information quality positively affect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use an Apple Watch. Taking the Apple Watch as the subject of our research topic, this study provides theoretical value by exploring the impact of user's satisfaction with their smartwatch on their continuous usage intention. This study further explains the influence of system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy on user satisfaction. Additionally, this research offers valuable insight to practitioners by confirming that information quality, system quality, and self-efficacy are important features for enhancing satisfactory user experiences which in turn may increase users' intention to continued using smartwatches.

  • This study examined the effects of perceived value (functional value, social value) and stress (complexity, insecurity) on continuous intention in SNS. In particular, this study examined the direct and indirect impacts of SNS type on the intention of continuing to use SNS. The research model was tested for 461 respondents that used SNS. SPSS 21.0 and PLS 2.0 techniques were used to perform reliability, feasibility, path and hierarchical regression analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, the results indicate that functional value and social value have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, the results indicate that complexity had a negative effect on satisfaction. Third, the results indicate that insecurity and satisfaction have positive effects on continuous intention. Fourth, the results indicate that SNS type had a negative effect on continuous intention. Fifth, it was shown that SNS type had a moderating effect in the relationship between insecurity and continuous intention. Specifically, Insecurity had a stronger effect on continuous intention at closed-type SNS than open-type SNS. These findings suggest that closed-type SNS companies will have to address the anxiety of SNS users by providing various items and system devices.

  • This study was conducted to empirically analyze the factors influencing the intention to continue using live commerce, which was active as digital contacts become more prevailed due to the progress of the 4th industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. A research model was established by paying attention to the characteristics of influencers among various influencing factors. Influencer characteristics were subdivided into attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment. In addition, the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust was also tested between influencer's characteristics and the intention to continue using of live commerce. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting people who have experience using live commerce, and 300 valid samples were analyzed. The empirical analysis utilized SPSS 25.0 and Process Macro 4.0. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment derived from the characteristics of influencers all had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue using live commerce. The impact of the influence of variables that directly affect the intention to continue using was in the order of entertainment, awareness, professionality, and attractiveness. On the other hand, as a result of examining the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust, it was found that they all tested a mediating role between attractiveness, professionality, awareness, entertainment, and intention to continue using live commerce. • Due to the intense competition and low switching cost, to find out which factors will significantly impact on user's continuance intention is very important for mobile instant messaging (IM) practitioners. In this study, we adopted network externalities and perceived service quality as independent variables based on the definition of mobile IM service. Network externalities also include direct externalities (referent network size) and indirect externalities (perceived complementarity). The result of this study shows that referent network size has a critical influence on perceived usefulness and perceived complementarity has a critical influence on perceived enjoyment; perceived service quality, as we expected, has significantly impact on not only customer's satisfaction but also perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Meanwhile, both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have directly critical influences on customer's continuance intention.
