This research aims to design a system capable of generating real web pages based on deep learning and big data, in three stages. First, a classification system was established based on the industry type and functionality of e-commerce websites. Second, the types of components of web pages were systematically categorized. Third, the entire web page auto-generation system, applicable for deep learning, was designed. By re-engineering the deep learning model, which was trained with actual industrial data, to analyze and automatically generate existing websites, a directly usable solution for the field was proposed. This research is expected to contribute technically and policy-wise to the field of generative AI-based complete website creation and industrial sectors.
The paradigm of warfare is undergoing a revolutionary transformation due to the advancements in technology brought forth by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Specifically, the U.S. military has introduced the concept of mosaic warfare as a means of military innovation, aiming to integrate diverse resources and capabilities, including various weapons, platforms, information systems, and artificial intelligence. This integration enhances the ability to conduct agile operations and respond effectively to dynamic situations. The incorporation of mosaic warfare could facilitate efficient and rapid command and control by integrating AI staff with human commanders. Ukrainian military operations have already employed mosaic warfare in response to Russian aggression. This paper focuses on the mosaic war fare concept, which is being proposed as a model for future warfare, and suggests the strategy for introducing the Korean mosaic warfare concept in light of the changing battlefield paradigm.

A number of studies have been conducted recently regarding the development of automation systems for the construction sector. Much of this attention has focused on earthwork because it is highly dependent on construction machines and is regarded as being basic for the construction of buildings and civil works. For example, technologies are being developed in order to enable earthwork planning based on construction site models that are constructed by automatic systems and to enable construction equipment to perform the work based on the plan and the environment. There are many problems that need to be solved in order to enable the use of automatic earthwork systems in construction sites. For example, technologies are needed for enabling collaborations between similar and different kinds of construction equipment. This study aims to develop a construction system that imitates collaborative systems and decision-making methods that are used by humans. The proposed system relies on the multi-agent concept from the field of artificial intelligence. In order to develop a multi-agent-based system, configurations and functions are proposed for the agents and a framework for collaboration and arbitration between agents is presented. Furthermore, methods are introduced for preventing duplicate work and minimizing interference effects during the collaboration process. Methods are also presented for performing advance planning for the excavators and compactors that are involved in the construction. The current study suggests a theoretical framework and evaluates the results using virtual simulations. However, in the future, an empirical study will be conducted in order to apply these concepts to actual construction sites through the development of a physical system.

This paper suggest a way to detect a specific wanted figure in public places such as subway stations and banks by comparing color face images extracted from the real time CCTV with the face images of designated specific figures. Assuming that the characteristic of the surveillance camera allows the face information in screens to change arbitrarily and to contain information on numerous faces, the accurate detection of the face area was focused. To solve this problem, the normalization work using subsampling with $20{\times}20$ pixels on arbitrary face images, which is based on the Perceptron Neural Network model suggested by R. Rosenblatt, created the effect of recogning the whole face. The optimal linear filter and the histogram shaper technique were employed to minimize the outside interference such as lightings and light. The addition operation of the egg-shaped masks was added to the pre-treatment process to minimize unnecessary work. The images finished with the pre-treatment process were divided into three reception fields and the information on the specific location of eyes, nose, and mouths was determined through the neural network. Furthermore, the precision of results was improved by constructing the three single-set network system with different initial values in a row.

For high accuracy of forecast using numerical weather prediction models, we need to get weather observation data that are large and high dense. Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) mantains Automatic Weather Stations (AWSs) to get weather observation data, but their installation and maintenance costs are high. Mini-AWS is a very compact automatic weather station that can measure and record temperature, humidity, and pressure. In contrast to AWS, costs of Mini-AWS's installation and maintenance are low. It also has a little space restraints for installing. So it is easier than AWS to install mini-AWS on places where we want to get weather observation data. But we cannot use the data observed from Mini-AWSs directly, because it can be affected by surrounding. In this paper, we suggest a correcting method for using pressure data observed from Mini-AWS as weather observation data. We carried out preconditioning process on pressure data from Mini-AWS. Then they were corrected by using machine learning methods with the aim of adjusting to pressure data of the AWS closest to them. Our experimental results showed that corrected pressure data are in regulation and our correcting method using SVR showed very good performance.

In this paper, we propose a BERGPT-chatbot, a domestic AI chatbot that can alleviate negative emotions based on text input such as 'Replika'. We made BERGPT-chatbot into a chatbot capable of mitigating negative emotions by pipelined two models, KR-BERT and KoGPT2-chatbot. We applied a creative method of giving emotions to unrefined everyday datasets through KR-BERT, and learning additional datasets through KoGPT2-chatbot. The development background of BERGPT-chatbot is as follows. Currently, the number of people with depression is increasing all over the world. This phenomenon is emerging as a more serious problem due to COVID-19, which causes people to increase long-term indoor living or limit interpersonal relationships. Overseas artificial intelligence chatbots aimed at relieving negative emotions or taking care of mental health care, have increased in use due to the pandemic. In Korea, Psychological diagnosis chatbots similar to those of overseas cases are being operated. However, as the domestic chatbot is a system that outputs a button-based answer rather than a text input-based answer, when compared to overseas chatbots, domestic chatbots remain at a low level of diagnosing human psychology. Therefore, we proposed a chatbot that helps mitigating negative emotions through BERGPT-chatbot. Finally, we compared BERGPT-chatbot and KoGPT2-chatbot through 'Perplexity', an internal evaluation metric for evaluating language models, and showed the superity of BERGPT-chatbot.

This study evaluates the accuracy in identifying the burned area in South Korea using multi-temporal data from Sentinel-2 MSI and Landsat 8/9 OLI. Spectral indices such as the Difference Normalized Burn Ratio (dNBR), Relative Difference Normalized Burn Ratio (RdNBR), and Burned Area Index (BAI) were used to identify the burned area in the March 2022 forest fire in Uljin. Based on the results of six indices, the accuracy to detect the burned area was assessed for four satellites using Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8/9, respectively. Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8/9 produce images every 16 and 10 days, respectively, although it is difficult to acquire clear images due to clouds. Furthermore, using images taken before and after a forest fire to examine the burned area results in a rapid shift because vegetation growth in South Korea began in April, making it difficult to detect. Because Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8/9 images from February to May are based on the same date, this study is able to compare the indices with a relatively high detection accuracy and gets over the temporal resolution limitation. The results of this study are expected to be applied in the development of new indices to detect burned areas and indices that are optimized to detect South Korean forest fires.

As the manufacturing paradigm shifts, various collaborative robots are creating new markets. Demand for collaborative robots is increasing in all industries for the purpose of easy operation, productivity improvement, and replacement of manpower who do simple tasks compared to existing industrial robots. However, accidents frequently occur during work caused by collaborative robots in industrial sites, threatening the safety of workers. In order to construct an industrial site through robots in a human-centered environment, the safety of workers must be guaranteed, and there is a need to develop a collaborative robot guard system that provides reliable communication without the possibility of dispatch. It is necessary to double prevent accidents that occur within the working radius of cobots and reduce the risk of safety accidents through sensors and computer vision. We build a system based on OPC UA, an international protocol for communication with various industrial equipment, and propose a collaborative robot guard system through image analysis using ultrasonic sensors and CNN (Convolution Neural Network). The proposed system evaluates the possibility of robot control in an unsafe situation for a worker.
Smart speaker is a device that provides an interactive voice-based service that can search and use various information and contents such as music, calendar, weather, and merchandise using artificial intelligence. Since AI technology provides more sophisticated and optimized services to users by accumulating data, early smart speaker manufacturers tried to build a platform through aggressive marketing. However, the frequency of using smart speakers is less than once a month, accounting for more than one third of the total, and user satisfaction is only 49%. Accordingly, the necessity of strengthening the user experience of smart speakers has emerged in order to acquire a large number of users and to enable continuous use. Therefore, this study analyzes the user experience of the smart speaker and proposes a method for enhancing the user experience of the smart speaker. Based on the analysis results in two stages, we propose ways to enhance the user experience of smart speakers by model. The existing research on the user experience of the smart speaker was mainly conducted by survey and interview-based research, whereas this study collected the actual review data written by the user. Also, this study interpreted the analysis result based on the smart speaker user experience dimension. There is an academic significance in interpreting the text mining results by developing the smart speaker user experience dimension. Based on the results of this study, we can suggest strategies for enhancing the user experience to smart speaker manufacturers.
Machine learning is a field of artificial intelligence. It refers to an area of computer science related to providing machines the ability to perform their own data analysis, decision making and forecasting. For example, one of the representative machine learning models is artificial neural network, which is a statistical learning algorithm inspired by the neural network structure of biology. In addition, there are other machine learning models such as decision tree model, naive bayes model and SVM(support vector machine) model. Among the machine learning models, we use SVM model in this study because it is mainly used for classification and regression analysis that fits well to our study. The core principle of SVM is to find a reasonable hyperplane that distinguishes different group in the data space. Given information about the data in any two groups, the SVM model judges to which group the new data belongs based on the hyperplane obtained from the given data set. Thus, the more the amount of meaningful data, the better the machine learning ability. In recent years, many financial experts have focused on machine learning, seeing the possibility of combining with machine learning and the financial field where vast amounts of financial data exist. Machine learning techniques have been proved to be powerful in describing the non-stationary and chaotic stock price dynamics. A lot of researches have been successfully conducted on forecasting of stock prices using machine learning algorithms. Recently, financial companies have begun to provide Robo-Advisor service, a compound word of Robot and Advisor, which can perform various financial tasks through advanced algorithms using rapidly changing huge amount of data. Robo-Adviser's main task is to advise the investors about the investor's personal investment propensity and to provide the service to manage the portfolio automatically. In this study, we propose a method of forecasting the Korean volatility index, VKOSPI, using the SVM model, which is one of the machine learning methods, and applying it to real option trading to increase the trading performance. VKOSPI is a measure of the future volatility of the KOSPI 200 index based on KOSPI 200 index option prices. VKOSPI is similar to the VIX index, which is based on S&P 500 option price in the United States. The Korea Exchange(KRX) calculates and announce the real-time VKOSPI index. VKOSPI is the same as the usual volatility and affects the option prices. The direction of VKOSPI and option prices show positive relation regardless of the option type (call and put options with various striking prices). If the volatility increases, all of the call and put option premium increases because the probability of the option's exercise possibility increases. The investor can know the rising value of the option price with respect to the volatility rising value in real time through Vega, a Black-Scholes's measurement index of an option's sensitivity to changes in the volatility. Therefore, accurate forecasting of VKOSPI movements is one of the important factors that can generate profit in option trading. In this study, we verified through real option data that the accurate forecast of VKOSPI is able to make a big profit in real option trading. To the best of our knowledge, there have been no studies on the idea of predicting the direction of VKOSPI based on machine learning and introducing the idea of applying it to actual option trading. In this study predicted daily VKOSPI changes through SVM model and then made intraday option strangle position, which gives profit as option prices reduce, only when VKOSPI is expected to decline during daytime. We analyzed the results and tested whether it is applicable to real option trading based on SVM's prediction. The results showed the prediction accuracy of VKOSPI was 57.83% on average, and the number of position entry times was 43.2 times, which is less than half of the benchmark (100 times). A small number of trading is an indicator of trading efficiency. In addition, the experiment proved that the trading performance was significantly higher than the benchmark.
