An analysis of factors affecting the participation in a labor union shows that the attitude toward the participation behavior (positive results), subjective norm (specific individuals), subjective norm (social constituent members), and perceived behavior control in the analysis model, male, lower position in officers, and lower educational attainment in democratic characteristics, and lower democratic and professional managements in officers and longer working hours in labor environmental conditions affect positively the participation in a labor union. These results suggest several assignments for the successful organization of the social welfare labor union. First the activities that make social welfare workers recognize the beneficial results bringing about by the participation in a labor union need to be carried out, second strategies that persuade the influential individuals to supports the participation in a labor union need to be developed, third activities that make the social constituent members understand the ethical, professional, and non-productive characteristics of social service works not to be confronted with the organization of a labor union should be pursued, fourth the organizational environments in which social welfare workers can freely participate in a labor union according to their intentions need to be made up, fifth the policy countermeasures which attain the support of social welfare workers, clients and citizens should be developed and carried out, and finally the basic organizations that effectively propel the formation of a labor union need to be constituted.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of safety culture on the safety consciousness and safety behaviors of manufacturing workers, and to suggest ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve safety consciousness and safety behavior. To achieve this research objective, out of 176 industrial complexes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province registered with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, workers at 50 industrial complexes, including the Korea Export-Industrial Complex and Seoul's Onsuji, were subject to research. The implementation of this survey distributed 300 questionnaires through the mid-level managers of manufacturers and environment safety and health managers over a period of one month from August 1st to 31st, 2019, finally statisticalizing the data in 282 parts excluding 18 questionnaires deemed to have been unresponsive. First, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and participation inducement) of the manufacturing workers. Second, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Third, safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) has a positive influence on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Fourth, the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) appears to have a partial mediating effect in relation to safety culture (safety climate, safety procedure) and safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. The implication of this study is that although the industrial accidents have occurred in the manufacturing industry in recent years, the studies on the workers in the manufacturing industry are insufficient. However, this study is meaningful that it has suggested ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve the safety consciousness and safety behavior by analyzing the effects of safety culture on safety consciousness and safety behavior of manufacturing workers.

This paper has made an empirical research on airline staff working at Incheon international airport, who perceived safety culture in their organization and delivered safety information while the staff were providing service against passengers. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the relationship among safety culture, service quality and service provider efficacy to find out which factor of safety culture had a significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. Following the results from empirical research, this paper would provide administrative implications which could be applied to improve airline's service quality and to manage effectively the airline staff at field. According to research, it was found fairness culture among safety cultures had a positive and significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. However, reporting/studying culture had a negative effect on them. In other words, it would decrease airline service quality and prevent active service provider's efficacy at airport if a airline management focused reporting/studying culture of safety. It is important to settle down fairness culture of safety to motivate and improve service quality.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of infection control of angiography room workers through a survey, and to find out their awareness and performance. A survey was conducted from January 3 to February 28, 2022 on 126 workers working in angiography room of 10 hospitals at or above general hospital level located in Busan City. The questionnaire consists of 10 general characteristics of the subject and 56 items in total, divided into 4 main items of infection control in an angiography room: infection control system in a medical institution, personal hygiene, angiography room environment, and angiography room equipment. was measured on a Likert 5-point scale. Data analysis was performed statistically using SPSS for WindowTM release 25.0. t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the awareness and performance of each domain according to general characteristics, and Pearson correlation analysis was performed for the relationship between variables. As a result, the awareness level was higher than the performance level in all areas, indicating that the performance level was lower than the awareness level. In addition, awareness and performance showed a positive correlation, suggesting that the degree of awareness of workers is an important variable in infection control that has a significant effect on performance. Therefore, for effective and systematic infection control, workers in angiography room must improve the performance of infection control. In order to do that, infection control education is needed, and it is judged that infection control guidelines for angiography room should be systematized in the future.

The questionnaires were administered to 379 students and 141 employees in 13 high school, in Busan and then the data evaluated by 5 scales method of Likert were statistically analyzed. The mean scores of the importance and the performance evaluated by students (4.26/3.24) were significantly (p<0.01) lower than those by employees (4.71/4.51). Both the students and the employees percepted that, among sanitary characteristics, cleanliness of meals was most important. The student assessed the performance of withdrawal of plate waste as lowest scores, however the employees assessed student's hygiene as lowest scores, among sanitary characteristics. The gap score of the student (-1.02) between the importance and performance for sanitary factor was higher than that of the employees (-0.02) in high school foodservice. The importance grid of students and employees revealed that the items of tray cleanliness, dining table cleanliness, restaurant cleanliness, and handwashing before serving were high scores to the students, but low scores to the employees. The performance grid of students and employees revealed that the items of tray cleanliness, dining table cleanliness, restaurant cleanliness, the sanitation of treatment process of Plate waste, cleanliness of utensils of platewaste, not touch utensils before serving, handwashing before serving, handwashing before eating and not touch inside of tray were low scores to both the students and the employees.
