An Analysis of Effects of Emergency Fine Dust Reduction Measures and National Petition Using Regression Analysis and Text Mining (회귀분석과 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 미세먼지 비상저감조치의 실효성 및 국민청원 분석)

  • Recently, the Seoul government implemented 'Free Public Transportation' policy and 'Citizen Participatory Alternative-Day-No-Driving' system as 'Emergency Fine Dust Reduction Measures'. In this paper, after identifying the effectiveness of the two traffic policies, suggestions for direction of future fine dust policy were made. The effect of traffic on the fine dust was analyzed by regression analysis and the responses to the two traffic policies and petitions were analyzed using text mining. Our experimental results show that the responses to the policy were mostly negative, and the influence of the domestic factors was considerable unlike expectation of citizens. Moreover, the result made us possible to know people's specific needs on fine dust reduction policy. Finally, based on the result, the suggestions for fine dust reduction policy direction were provided.

  • In this paper, we studied a discrete-time queuing system that operates under a mixed situation of D-policy and T-policy, one of the representative server control policies in queuing theory. A single server serves customers arriving by Bernoulli arrival process on a first-in, first-out basis(FIFO). If there are no customers to serve in the system, the server goes on vacation and returns, until the total service time (i.e., total amount of workload) of waiting customers exceeds predetermined workload threshold D. The operation of the system covered in this study can be used to model the efficient resource utilization of mobile devices using secondary batteries. In addition, it is significant in that the steady state waiting time and system sojourn time of the queuing system under a flexible mixed control policy were derived within a unified framework.

Procedural Modeling Algorithm for Traditional Stone Fence Creator (전통 돌담 생성을 위한 절차적 모델링 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we present a procedural modeling algorithms to create Korean traditional stone fence using the fractal subdivision. The main process of the algorithm is to get the next step mesh by subdividing each triangle in the previous step triangular mesh. This process is repeated recursively. Dividing each triangle into four sub-triangles after choosing a random point on each side of the triangle and moving each vertices in the normal direction with random perturbations make the bumpy appearance of stone fences. In each step we remove flat vertices which does not influence the shape of the stone. The discrete curvature determines the flatness of a vertex. New triangles whose vertices are the vertices around the removed vertex are added to make a triangular mesh.

  • Today, the development and performance of a variety of smart phones is increasing with the number of smart phone users were. Advances in mobile networks and devices are spread smart phones. Smart home was increasing the interest. But until now, the study of user-centric services that the service was not implemented. Therefore, in this paper, the situation of the user, the user-centric service model that provides a smart home provisioning system OWL modeling is proposed.

A Study on the Analysis of R&D Trends and the Development of Logic Models for Autonomous Vehicles (자율주행자동차 R&D 동향분석과 논리모형 개발에 대한 연구)

  • This study collected 1,870 English news articles related to research and development of autonomous vehicles in order to identify various issues emerging in the research and development process of autonomous vehicles at home and abroad, and conducted topic modeling after data pre-processing. As a result of topic modeling, we extracted 20 topics, and we performed naming operations for topics and interpreted their meanings. A logical model for autonomous vehicle research and development projects was presented in response to the R&D process of input, activity, output, and outcome of derived topics. The analysis results of this study will be used as basic data to accurately determine the progress of domestic and foreign self-driving car research and development projects and prepare for the rapidly changing technology development.

  • 하나의 프로젝트에는 다양한 기능과 역할을 가진 소스코드가 존재한다. 그러나 기존 정적 분석 도구들은 이러한 특성을 고려하지 않고, 모든 소스코드에 동일한 탐색 정책과 우선순위를 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 프로젝트로부터 수집한 소스코드들을 토픽모델링을 이용하여 특정 토픽으로 분류하고, 분류된 토픽에 해당되는 코드 안에서 높은 영향력을 갖는 잠재결함(Potential Bug)의 특징을 분석하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 개발자에게 개발 중인 소스코드의 특성에 따라 어떤 잠재결함에 더 우선순위를 두어야 하는지에 대한 지침을 제공할 수 있다.

  • 농공단지 조성사업은 농공단지 조성에 따른 기업유치로 지역주민의 농외소득증대를 도모하여 고용효과는 물론 수도권 및 대도시권 공업과밀지역 공장이전을 촉진하여 도시인의 농촌유입 유도 및 농촌거주자의 이촌을 억제하여 이 지역 주민의 소득제고와 제천지역 인구증가 및 지역경제 활성화를 도모하는데 그 목적과 필요성이 있다. 농공 단지조성은 지형여건, 토지이용의 효율성, 공사비 등을 고려하여 활용 가능한 지구계를 최대한 확보토록 한다. 따라서 이러한 지역의 지형공간분석을 위해서는 GIS 기반의 다양한 매핑과 공간 분석을 입체적으로 접근하여 현황을 상세히 파악하고 단지조성으로 인한 주변 환경의 변화와 더불어 홍수나 여러 자연재해에 대응할 수 있는 정책 및 계획이 재검토 되어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대상지의 상세한 지형분석 및 모델링을 통하여 사전에 위험요소를 제거하고 그에 대응한 시스템을 강구하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 이곳의 농공단지의 부지조성공사에 따른 우기 시에는 토사유출이 예상되므로, 우수 유출량 및 토사유출량에 따른 재해영향에 대한 저감대책을 수립할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였다.

Learning User Profile with Reinforcement Learning (강화학습 기반 사용자 프로파일 학습)

  • 정보검색 태스크에서 사용자 모델링의 목적은 관련정보 검색을 용이하게 해주기 위하여 사용자의 관심도 또는 필요정보의 모델을 학습하는 것으로 시간적인 속성(temporal characteristics)을 가지며 관심 이동을 적절하게 반영하여야 한다. 강화학습은 정답이 주어지지 않고 사용자의 평가만이 수치적으로 주어지는 환경에서 평가를 최대화 한다는 목표를 가지므로 사용자 프로파일 학습에 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 문서에 대해 행하는 일련의 행위를 평가값으로 하여 사용자가 선호하는 용어를 추출한 후, 사용자 프로파일을 강화학습 알고리즘으로 학습하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용자의 선호도에 적응하는 능력을 유지하기 위하여 지역 최대값들을 피할 수 있고, 가장 좋은 장기간 최적정책에 수렴하는 R-Learning을 적용한다. R-learning은 할인된 보상값의 최적화보다 평균 보상값을 최적화하기 때문에 장기적인 사용자 모델링에 적합하다는 것을 제시한다.

  • Recently, housing prices have surged, and the government has implemented various regulations, such as finance and taxes. Because of the policy, the nationwide housing price have stabilized, but polarization has occurred. Some argue that regulation can adversely affect the actual demand. Therefore, not only the correlation between market variables but also ripple effect of policy has to be analyzed in policy planning and analysis from a microscopic point of view. In this study, a simulation model was developed by integrating system dynamics for analyzing market structure and agent-based model for modeling decision process of market participants. This research applied the financial regulation and the tax regulation to the model and evaluated the policy effectiveness. This study reveals which feedback dominates according to the policies, which have same purpose. It is because market participants make different decision for each policy. Furthermore, there were other ripple effects not only in the policy target submarket but also in other submarket.

  • An insider's information security incidents continue to occur, there is a growing demand for strengthening information security within the organization. However, when strict information security policies and rules are applied to employees of the organization, it can result as an information security stress and resistance behavior. The purpose of this study is to suggest the causes of insiders' negative information security behavior and factors that mitigate the cause. In particular, the study identifies how the mutual influence of individual (psychological empowerment) and organizational (justice climate) factors mitigates negative behavior. In this study, a sample was obtained by surveying workers of organizations that reflect information security policies to insiders, and hypothesis testing was performed by structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, role stress had a partial mediating effect on the effect of psychological empowerment on security policy resistance, and the justice climate strengthened the effect of psychological empowerment. Our results suggest a direction for reducing insider information security policy resistance, so it helps to establish a strategy for achieving internal information security goals.
