A Study on the Historical Changes and Trends in the Dance of Ethnic Koreans in China (중국 조선족무용의 역사적 변천과 작품 경향)

  • Chinese Korean dance has been handed down in its original form, and some of the dances have changed slightly due to changes in the names of people or places, but it is a creative dance developed based on the roots of the Korean people. Therefore, it is a unique form of dance art that reflects the history and life of the ethnic Koreans while imbuing the unique psychology, emotions, artistic symbols, and creative talents of the Korean people. In this study, however, it is most important to identify the identity of Korean dance through historical changes in Korean dance and representative works by period, and to increase awareness by examining the characteristics of Korean dance. Therefore, based on the literature, this study will understand the concept and formation process of Korean dance, and examine the characteristics of the representative works of each period by dividing the history of Korean dance into four periods. On the other hand, this study suggests that the biggest challenge of the present era is not to establish and protect the identity of Chinese Korean dance, rather than simple dance.

A Theoretical Model of Executive Voluntary Turnover (기업내 임원의 자발적 이직에 관한 이론적 모형)

  • For the current organizations, retaining executive members is one of the most important functions of human resource management. Given that importance, although executives' mobility becomes prevalent, most prior studies tended to focus on involuntary turnover of executive members. To fill this gap, the current theoretical paper suggests a model of executive voluntary turnover, drawing on the lierature of employee mobility and entrepreneurship. First, running a new business as a CEO negatively affects prior-firm performance, but collaboration between two firms mitigate the negative association. Second, spin-off positively affects prior-firm performance, but this is weakened as spin-off firm performance decreases. Finally, moving to a competitor negatively, while moving to a collaborator positively affects prior-firm performance.

The Convergence Relationship between Rejection Sensitivity and Gender Sensitivity of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 성인지 감수성과 거부민감성의 융합적 관계)

  • This study was attempted to understand the relationship between gender sensitivity and rejection sensitivity of nursing students. From August 26 to September 4, 2022, a survey was conducted on 180 people attending nursing universtity in I Metropolitan city, and then analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 Program. As a result of the study, nursing students' gender sensitivity had a high score of openness to gender identity and openness to gender roles, and overreaction was high among the sub-factors of rejection sensitivity. The gender sensitivity of nursing students was statistically significantly higher when female students, under the age of 23, without religion, experienced gender discrimination, and when there were LGBT people among family, relatives, or friends. In addition, rejection sensitivity was statistically significantly higher only when female students. Finally, among the sub-factors of gender sensitivity, there was a positive correlation between introspection and rejection sensitivity. In order to improve the introspection of gender sensitivity for nursing students, it is necessary to include education or programs on rejection sensitivity.

  • In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.

Predictors of parental behavioral intentions for vaccinating their children against COVID-19 as determined by the modified theory of planned behavior (자녀의 코로나19 백신접종에 대한 부모의 행위의도 예측요인: 계획된 행위이론의 수정모형 적용)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to present a strategy to increase behavioral vaccination intention by identifying factors affecting parents' intention to have their children vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by applying the modified theory of planned behavior. Methods: An online survey was conducted with 146 parents of children aged 5 to 17 from August 1 to 30, 2022, and, as a result, 146 data were analyzed. The moderating effect of perceived behavioral control in the relationship between parents' attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral intention for children's COVID-19 vaccination was analyzed using the Process Macro (10,000 bootstrapping, 95% confidence interval), and a simple slope analysis was performed to identify differences by group. Results: The moderating effect of perceived behavioral control was statistically significant in the relationship between parent's attitude and subjective norms for COVID-19 vaccination and behavioral intention. In the simple slope analysis, the reinforcement effect was greatest when the level of perceived behavioral control was high. Conclusion: Since vaccination is most likely when recommended by healthcare providers, it is necessary to ensure that health education through community health experts or mass media can be effectively conducted. In particular, objective information on the effectiveness and safety of COVID-19 vaccinations for children, including monitoring of potential side-effects, should be actively reported.

The Effect of Undergraduate Nursing Students' Nursing Professionalism and Rejection Sensitivity on Moral Courage (간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 거부민감성이 도덕적 용기에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of nursing professionalism and rejection sensitivity on moral courage of undergraduate nursing students. It was collected from August 26, 2022 to September 2, 2022 for nursing students at two universities in the metropolitan area, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the study, the moral courage of nursing students showed a positive correlation with nursing professionalism, but did not show a correlation with rejection sensitivity. Nursing professionalism was found to have an effect on moral courage of nursing students(F=16.11, p<.001). In order to improve the quality of nursing in the clinical field, it is necessary to develop an education and non-regular program on moral courage with great interest in nursing professionalism in the undergraduate course.

Information Needs and Information Seeking Behaviors of Students in the Science School for Gifted (과학영재학교 학생들의 정보요구 및 정보이용행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze students' information needs and information-seeking behavior at science schools for gifted through in-depth interviews. The research design was conducted based on previous studies. Through in-depth interviews, this study examined ten students from six out of eight science schools for the gifted in Korea for information needs and overall information-seeking behavior. The results showed the information needs of students at science schools for gifted in the areas of curricular and extracurricular activities as well as the information-seeking behavior in teaching, learning, and research activities, which were the main topics of interest to students based on the ISP model. Based on these results, we identified the preferred information sources in the information-seeking process and discussed the peculiarities and implications of students' information-seeking behavior. The research is meaningful as it can be used as a basis for further research on the science school for gifted library and as a resource for providing services for students with deep interests and talents in science subject areas.

  • 싱가포르의 물분야는 선도적 글로벌 하이드로허브(Global hydrohub)로, 글로벌 물시장에서 싱가포르의 위상을 견고하게 하면서, 지속적으로 괄목할만한 성장세를 이어가고 있다. 200개 이상의 물관련 기업, 25개 이상의 연구소와 더불어, 싱가포르 물분야는 2018년까지 25억 싱가포르달러의 부가가치 창출과 14,400개의 일자리를 창출하면서, 세계 각국으로부터 투자를 유치하고 있다. 또한, 싱가포르는 2006년 이래 국립연구재단(National Research Fund: NRF)에 6억 7천만 싱가포르 달러만큼 기금을 누적하여 2020년에는 28억 싱가포르달러의 부가가치 창출과 15,000개 일자리 창출이라는 목표를 달성 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이와 더불어 연구, 혁신 및 기업 (Research, Innovation, and Enterprise: RIE) 2020 계획을 달성하기 위하여, 싱가포르 국가 물기관인 PUB, 경제개발이사회(Economic Development Board: EDB) 및 기업싱가포르(Enterprise Singapore)는 싱가포르의 물분야 강점을 활용하여 다음과 같은 세 가지 분야에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 즉 1)"글로벌 국가가 요구하는 솔루션 개발", 2)"기술의 상업화(commercialization)"와 수출"을 가속화하고 3)"다양한 역량과 재능을 육성"하는 것이다. 본 연구는 싱가포르 PUB의 자국 물기업 지원을 위한 전략사례를 분석함으로써 한국 물분야 SOC공공기관의 인프라 건설 및 운영 노하우를 활용한 물분야 부가가치 창출 및 일자리 확대를 통해 현(現)정부의 경제정책 기조인 물분야에 대한 혁신성장과 일자리 창출 방안 마련에 기여하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 물분야 대표적 성공사례인 싱가포르 물분야 공공기관의 운영정책과 PUB의 경영전략을 분석하여, 국내 물기업의 해외진출 활성화를 위한 지원전략 수립의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The Effect of Perceived Overqualification on Loyalty through Benefits and Risks of Workers (지각된 과잉자격이 직장인의 혜택과 위험을 통해충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Uncertainty in the employment market from the COVID-19 created incomplete employment. As a result, job seekers were required to have overqualifications than job requirements. In previous studies, overqualified workers by incomplete employment were not satisfied with their jobs. A representative result is the intention to change jobs. However, within COVID-19, the perceived overqualification of workers will appear differently. This is because in a rapidly increased employment competition environment due to COVID-19, it will appear as loyalty to maintain a stable job. As a result of this study, work experience was the greatest benefit and high risk for office workers. In addition, both the benefits and risks of overqualification affected loyalty. Unlike the negative impact as in previous studies, workers tried to remain stable at work in an unstable employment environment caused by COVID-19.

Nursing Students' Experiences of Participating in Habruta Teaching Method: A Phenomenological Study (간호대학생의 하브루타 수업 참여 경험: 현상학적 연구)

  • This study was attempted to identify the essence by confirming the experiences of students who participated in Habuta classes in their major subjects. From November 22, 2022 to December 6, 2022, eight nursing students were individually interviewed to collect data, and the data were analyzed by applying Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. The study's finding derived 6 categories. The specific categories were 'Coexistence of anxiety and expectation', 'Process of understanding and acquisition', 'Constant burden and discomfort', 'Progress and regression under pressure', 'Sense of security that is being recognized', 'Shift of thought to positivity'. In order for nursing students to participate in Havruta classes positively in the future, appropriate class design, active communication channels between professors and students, and strengthening of instructors' competence are required.
