Recently, the size of semiconductor industry market is constantly growing, due to the increase in diffusion of smart-phone, tablet PC and SSD(Solid State Drive). Also, it is expected that the demand for TLC NAND-type flash memory would gradually increase, with the recent release of TLC NAND-type flash memory in the SSD market. There have been a lot of studies on SLC NAND flash memory, but no research on TLC NAND flash memory has been conducted, yet. Also, a test of NAND-type flash memory is depending on a high-priced external equipment. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a structure for an autonomous test with no high-priced external test device by modifying the existing SLC NAND flash memory and MLC NAND flash memory test algorithms and patterns and applying them to TLC NAND flash memory.

The trade war between the United States and China has been going on for many years, and sanctions against Chinese telecommunications companies in the United States are increasingly tightening. Despite these restrictions, ZTE (Zhongxing), China's leading communication equipment company, is rather expanding its market share in the global 5th generation mobile communication (5G) market. ZTE's growth and competitiveness are based on its unique corporate culture. ZTE places great importance on R&D, has a corporate culture of humility and moderation based on traditional Chinese culture. Besides, it has the placement and use of human resources in the right place. While ZTE strives to implement people-centered management, it makes good use of internal competition. Despite ZTE's global market share and corporate competitiveness, virtually nothing has been studied in Korea. The results of this study are intended to be helpful in enhancing the competitiveness of Korea's ICT industry and companies that want to expand to the world while fostering 5G.

The medical instrument industry which is one of the high value added industry has been neglected on the various system and political support because it has been recognized as an unknown field to the public although it is the very easy-approaching field for the export market that minimize a technological gap between advanced country and Korea. Especially, the product design that is very important element for the efficient medical treatment and the psychological stabilization of patient is a typical field of lack of investment and support by the unconcern and lack of understanding of design. Therefore this research suggests the current problem of design with the general inquiry of internal and external market situation and domestic medical instrument industry and also it has the conclusion of an alternative proposal for the solution with the design development processing of a moving type-image diagnostic equipment. We will emboss the importance of design competitiveness, suggest the model and basic data to the medical instrument company that starts later, and be a role of inspiration for the lasting investible desire with this research.

고석하 등(2002)은 인터넷 소매상이 상품 품목의 명목 가격과 배송료를 이용해서 고객의 일회 총 구매 비용을 조절한다는 것을 밝혔다. 고석하 등(2002)은 같은 내용의 상품 조합을 인터넷 시장에서 구매하기 위한 비용과 전통 시장에서 구매하기 위한 비용을 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 그 교호작용과 함께, 상품 종류와 일회 구매액/가격의 크기의 두 요소가 인터넷 시장의 전통 시장에 대한 총 구매비용 할인율의 변동의 약 60%내지 80%를 설명할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 한편, 구매액/가격은 인터넷 시장에서의 해당 산포도(전통 시장의 그것에 대비한)에는 거의 영향을 미치지 못하며, 상품의 종류도 산포도에는 할인율에서와 같이 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 인터넷 시장의 가격이나 구매비용 산포도는 상품 특성이나 구매액 크기 이외의 다른 요인에 의해서 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 가격 요인 이외의 경제적 경쟁요인에 관한 실증연구로서, 2002년 6월 17일부터 20일까지, 소프트웨어, PC와 주변기기, 휴대폰, 가전제품, CD, 화장품, 그리고 책의 7가지 산업 전문 쇼핑몰과 종합 쇼핑몰을 대상으로, 인터넷 시장에서 수행되고 있는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인에 관한 실증 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 인터넷 시장에서 수행되고 있는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인은 매우 다양하며, 상품별로도 다른 특성을 보이고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 인터넷 소매상의 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인은 크게 배송료 면제와 배송료 외 인센티브 제도로 구분된다 본 논문에서는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인의 모든 경우의 수를 고려할 수 있도록, 코드표를 작성하여 정리하고 분석하였다.전체 분석정보의 공유가 필수적으로 발생하게 됨으로, 유전체 정보와 임상정보의 통합은 미래 의료환경에 필수기능이 될 것이다. 3) 각 생명공학 연구소에서 사용하는 첨단 분석 장비와 생명공학 정보시스템의 자동 연계가 필요하다. 현재 국내에는 전국적인 초고속정보망이 가동되어 웹을 기반으로 하는 생명정보의 공유는 기술적으로 문제가 될 수 없으나 임상정보의 유전체연구에 그리고 유전체연구정보의 임상활용은 다양한 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 영상을 포함한 환자정보의 유전체연구센터와 병원정보시스템과의 효율적인 연계통합 운영을 위해 국내에서는 초기 도입단계에 있는 국제적인 보건의료정보의 표준인 Health Level 7 (textural information 공유), DICOM (image 및 wave 공유), 관련 ISO표준, WHO의 ICD9/10 (질병분류), LOINC (검사 및 관련용어), SNOMED International (의학용어) 등을 활용하여야 한다.matrix. This paper develops a framework for analyzing the effectiveness of broadband network from the value chain view. The value chain of broadband network is composed of activities such as broadband network building, application/equipments development, information systems utilization. The effectiveness from the interaction between these activities are defined as the effectiveness of informatization(private and public sector) and the effectiveness of IT Industry(effects on production on inducement of broadband carriers, IT equipments and service market creation, online digital contents market creation). For testing its real-world applicability, a case study is performed on the broadband network of Korea and the effectiveness of the framework for analyzing the effectiveness of broadband network is demonstrated.

인터넷의 도입 및 확대가 활발하게 이루어지면서 보다 많은 이용자들은 홈 네트워킹 기반의 정보 가전 기기, 텔레매틱스, 전자 물류 실현을 위한 전자 태크(RFID), 센서 네트워킹 등 모든 사물이 상호 통신할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 요구하고 있으며 이를 해결하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재인터넷의 기반이 되고 있는 IPv4 주소 체계는 약 43억 개의 주소를 생성할 수 있도록 설계되어 있으며, 그 동안 비효율적인 주소 할당으로 유효한 주소는 불과 5~6억 개 정도만을 사용할 수 있는 실정이다. IPv4 기반의 인터넷 주소 체계로는 앞으로 도래할 유무선 통합 서비스 혹은 방송과 통신이 융합되는 사용자 중심의 인터넷 서비스 네트워크 구축에 많은 문제점을 갖고 있기 때문에 주소 자원을 거의 무한대로 제공하는 IPv6 기반의 인터넷(128비트 IPv6 주소는 2128개의 주소 지원) 도입이 필수적이다. 따라서 현재 IPv4 기반의 인터넷에서 IPv6 기반의 차세대 인터넷으로 전환되고 있으며, 또한 라우터 장비 시장은 차별화된 IPv6 기능을 제공하는 장비 중심으로 재편될 것으로 보인다. 본 고에서는 IPv6 라우터에 대한 IPv6 도입 배경 및 프로토콜에 관련된 제반적 기술을 살펴 보고, 이를 기반으로 외국 시스템들의 현재 구현 상태, IPv6 라우터를 개발하는 데 연구되어야 할 주요 사항 및 국내외 IPv6 도입 추진 현황을 살펴 본다.

최근 들어 위치 기반 서비스(Location Based Service)는 치안, 인명 구조, 물류 추적, 길안내 등 다양한 분야로 적용 가능성 때문에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 기술이다. 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 단말기의 보급이 가속화되면서 사용자는 위치 정보를 이용한 각종 서비스에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 관련 산업의 사업성이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세다. 실외 위치 추적 기법은 인공위성을 이용한 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기법이 시장을 거의 평정하여 이에 수렴해 가고 있는 상황이고 실제로 많은 상용 제품이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 실내에는 인공위성 신호가 직접 전해 지지 못하는 상황이기 때문에 이와 다른 기법이 존재하나 아직 상용화하기에 그 정확도와 기술력이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 건물 밖에 존재하는 GPS 기능이 탑재된 모바일 단말기를 이용하여 실내에 존재하는 모바일 단말기와 협력 통신(Cooperative Communication)하여 위치를 추적하는 기법을 제안한다. 최근 들어 GPS 장비의 단가 하락으로 이 기능을 가지고 있는 모바일 단말기가 증가하고 있는 추세이기 때문에 실내 위치 추적 시스템을 구축하기 위해 별도의 장비를 설치하지 않아도 된다는 것이 이 기법의 가장 큰 장점이다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 통해 본 기법의 효용성을 확인해보았다.

지구 온난화의 원인이 되는 이산화탄소를 저감하며 유해한 배기가스를 배출하지 않는 수소연료전지자동차(FCV)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한국가스안전공사에서 현재 구축하고 있는 평가장비는 이러한 수소연료전지자동차용으로 사용되는 고압용기의 수압반복시험 및 밸브류로 구성된 고압수소저장시스템의 단품 및 시스템 평가를 통한 안전신뢰성 검증을 목적으로 하고 있다. 현재 수소연료전지자동차는 차량이나 부품의 시험 방법에 대한 통일된 기준/표준/시험법이 아직 완전하게 정비되어 있지 않고, 시장에서의 도입 제도, 기준 등이 만들어지고 있는 현실이다. 또한 연료로 수소를 사용하는 도입단계에 있기 때문에, 수소용기가 반복압력변동에 따라 어떤 거동을 나타내는지에 대한 실험관련 연구가 미진한 상태이다. 따라서 수소연료전지자동차용 고압수소저장시스템에 대한 내구성, 안전성 확보를 위하여 수소연료전지자동차에서 중요한 부품인 용기에 대한 반복피로시험이 필요하다. 특히 복합재 용기 분야에서 Type3용기에 대한 높은 안전성과 내구성이 보고되고 있지만 실질적으로 얼마나 다른 용기에 비해 높은 성능을 가지고 있는지 국내에서는 체계적으로 검증된바 없다. 따라서 구축된 수압반복 장비를 이용하여 Type3 용기에 대한 수압반복시험을 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 수소용기의 거동을 확인하고자 한다.

TV is Device best known to everyone. Showing off a smart TV in the TV industry has recently become a new blue ocean in the TV market. As with other smart devices, smart TV is also an important factor is a very important application. In this paper, by using the Samsung SDK to application of Web-based that can be used in smart TV environment of Samsung, we have developed a board game that has been created based on JAVA SCRIPT, CSS, and HTML. Rules of the game of the board game format using the dice is easy, this application is a four-person game that also men and women of all ages who enjoy.

열화상 장비는 빛이 없는 암흑 상태에서도 물체에서 발산하는 적외선을 탐지하여 이를 영상으로 제공하는 장비이다. 이러한 장점으로 기존 활용되던 군사 분야와 더불어 자동차 및 감시시스템 등 다양한 민수 분야로 활용분야가 넓어지고 있다. 따라서 기존 방식인 FPGA 기반 열화상 이미지 모듈은 민수 시장의 다양한 요구사항과 환경을 반영하기에는 힘들 실정이다. 그에 따라 FPGA 기반 시스템의 단점을 보완하고 추가적인 요구사항을 만족하는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 상용 이미지 프로세서 기반 열화상 이미지 처리 모듈을 제안한다. 기존 FPGA 기반 열화상 이미지 처리 방식이 아닌 상용 이미지 프로세서 기반 구조 설계로 함으로써 다양한 영상 입·출력 인터페이스 수신 및 표준 영상 출력 포멧을 지원한다. 따라서 상용 프로세서 기반 열상 처리 모듈을 통한 시스템 개발 시 뛰어난 접근성으로 시스템 구축이 용이하고 다양한 요구사항 적용이 가능함에 따라 개발 기간 및 비용 단축, 다양한 응용에 사용이 가능할 것으로 예상한다.
