As the strategy to support SMEs' innovation has shifted to induce market-oriented innovation, the Korean government increasingly invests in grant-type R&D projects proposed by SME firms. This study reveals the characteristics of grant-type R&D projects proposed by SME firms through a transition of national R&D strategy and demand-pull innovation perspectives. This study also examines the differences between grant-type R&D projects proposed by firms and R&D projects led by the government through logit-analysis and propensity score matching methods. As a result, we found that a national R&D project for SMEs yields better innovation performance when the project is proposed by a company than led by the government.

It is becoming harder and harder to philosophically defend liberalism in general under the circumstances in which neoliberalism is presumed to be blamed for today's global economic crisis. I nonetheless believe that liberal democracy can be revitalized with the help not from outside but from inside, although this might make my paper 'untimely'. Philosophical reflection on market is indispensible to the project of radical liberalism. Philosophy of market first delves into the nature of market in Principle. Next, it stipulates upon the complex interrelationships between the market order and the democratic order. This inquiry will cast light on that both the standard pro-market theory and the anti-market theory in relation to democracy are one-sided. The project of radical liberalism can be further articulated with the introduction of the concept of 'the political'. In conclusion, radical liberalism is expounded as a plausible version of Contemporary Korean social philosophy with a universal connotation.

This study analyzes various recent aspects of intellectual freedom restrictions in the domestic libraries, identifies difficulties facing librarians in the field, and suggests countermeasures. Specifically, we conducted literature research, including the definition and declaration of library intellectual freedom in core documents by domestic and international expert groups, the background of selection of 'Nadaum Children's Book', which is at the center of controversy, and analysis of previous research. Next, we investigated the patterns of intellectual freedom restrictions committed in libraries, difficulties encountered in the field, and cases of response at the individual library level among librarians. In addition, we surveyed the level of perception in the field about countermeasures against intellectual freedom restrictions at the level of associations and expert groups and future plans to guarantee intellectual freedom. Finally, based on this, countermeasures against restrictions of intellectual freedom were proposed at the level of the National Library Committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, associations and expert groups, and individual libraries.

Subsets pipelines are exposed to several potential risks of damage due to corrosion, soil instability, anchor impact and other hazards. One of the main risk factors for the safety of a subsea pipeline is its free spanning. This paper examines the safety of subsea pipelines with free span under axial compressive load. The variation of allowable lengths of dynamic free span is examined for generalized boundary conditions. The free span is modelled as a beam with an elastic foundations and the boundary condition is replaced by linear and rotational springs at each end. A dynamic free span curve is obtained with a function of non-dimensional parameters and can be used usefully for the design of subsea pipelines with a free span. A case study is carried out to introduce the application method of the curve.

3차원 자유곡면을 볼엔드밀을 사용하여 금형가공을 할 경우, 가공면에는 공구경로에 따른 흔적과 NC공작기계의 직선보간시 발생되는 가공오차에 의하여 공작물 상에 가공오차가 필연적으로 발생되게 된다. 따라서 공작기계상에 서 금형가공을 수행한 후에는 가공오차를 제거하고 금형의 표면을 매끄럽게 하기위하여 연마작업이 픽수적으로 요구 되고있다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 자유곡면으로 이루어진 금형의 연마가공에 로봇을 도입하고, 이를 위한 로봇 작업단의 경로 제어시비전문가라 할지라도 CAM시스템으로 부터 금형 가공용 NC공작기계의 공구경로데이타(Cutter Location Data)를 받으면 자유곡면을 모형화한 후 자유곡면의 법선벡터와 연마로봇 작업단의 위치벡터를 자동으로 생성하고, 그에 따른 로봇의 작업명령을 자동으로 생성할 수 있는 CAMPoli 오프라인 로봇 프로그래밍 시스템을 개발하였다. CAMPoli시스템은 마이크로소프트사의 WINDOWS/386 오퍼레이팅 시스템을 이용하여 IBM-PC/386 상에서 개발되었으며 그주요한 내용들은 다음과 같다. i) CAM시스템으로 부터 입력된 CL-데이타로부터 연마면에 대한 자유곡면을 생성하고, ii) 연마공정의 데이타베이스에 기초한 연마면수의 지정 및 변경을 수행하고, iii) 자유곡면 연마를 위한 로봇 작업단의 위치벡터와 법선벡터를 계산하고, iv) 기존의 로봇언어를 이용한 오프라인 소스프로그램(Source Program)을 생성 및 그래픽 시뮬레이션 하는 과정으로 구축되었다.

공정제어시스템을 위한 제어기로써 현재까지는 PID 제어기가 보편화되어 적용되어 왔으나 비선형 시스템이나 복잡한 시스템 제어를 위해서는 목표치 추종특성이 우수하며 환경이나 공정 파라미터변화에 둔감하여 외란에 대한 영향이 적은 제어기가 요구된다. PID 제어기로는 이러한 목적을 달성하는 데에 한계가 있기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위한 연구들이 활발히 수행되어 목표치 추종성능과 외란 억제를 동시에 만족토록 하는 다양한 2자유도 PID 제어시스템들이 제안되었고, 본 연구에서는 먼저 현재까지 제안된 2자유도 PID 제어시스템들 중 제어성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타난 목표치 필터형 2자유도 PID 제어시스템(Target Value Filter Type 2-DOF PID Control System: 이하 TVF-2DOF) [2]보다 우수한 2자유도PID 제어시스템을 제안하고, 이를 바탕으로 2자유도 선행필터(Pre-Filter)부분에 지능제어기법의 하나인 퍼지로직을 적용함으로써 PID 제어기의 장점과 퍼지로직의 장점을 동시에 활용하는 지능형 튜닝(Tuning)기법에 관한 연구를 수행하였고, 지능형 시스템이 2자유도 PID 제어시스템들보다 목표치 추종 성능 및 외란억제효과가 우수하다는 사실을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 입증하였다. 시스템으로는 유량 제어 밸브가 사용되었다.

This study analyzes Korea's Free Economic Zone (FEZ), by particularly focusing on Incheon and Busan-Jinhae zones, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and a questionnaire survey analysis. The study compares important selection criteria and satisfaction of resident companies in Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs. The findings are as follows. First, the AHP method results suggest that companies in both Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs are affected by location, economic society, and policy. In subordinate determining factor for land, it is ordered by ease of gaining land, inexpensive rental fee in Incheon and by convenient access to close markets and inexpensive rental fee in Busan-Jinhae. Second, the questionnaire survey results suggest high adjacent market size and easy access in Incheon FEZ and sound logistics infrastructure in Busan-Jinhae FEZ. For this reason, Incheon has a high value of logistics infrastructure and potential market near metropolitan area and Busan-Jinhae, has a high value of transportation Infrastructure near industrial district. These findings will contribute to policy data for activating and promoting the Free Economic Zone.

The present study investigates librarians perceptions of Free Learning Semester, and their commitment to program development for coordination with Free Learning Semester, and whether they currently offer programs for Free Learning Semester. The study results are as follows. First, the results on perceptions of Free Learning semester showed that 54.20% of the librarians who participated in the study were aware of Free Learning Semester, and 80.15% had participated in training related to Free Learning Semester. Regarding the anticipated outcomes of implementation of Free Learning Semester, "Participation in various experiential activities offered through Free Learning Semester" was the most common response, and regarding special considerations in Free Learning Semester, "Need for instituting the dedicated workforce and enhancing their sense of responsibility and expertise" was the most common response. Second, regarding the library program development and provision for coordination with Free Learning Semester, 58.02% thought that the implementation of Free Learning Semester was an opportunity to expand the role of libraries, while insufficient budget was listed as a barrier. In addition, 63.36% stated that they had no experience in providing a program in a library. Finally, the results on the perception on the Free Learning Semester program they want to provide in a library showed that "Human Library" and "Read! Think! Dream!" were the programs they want to provide most, with the mean score of 3.939.

본 연구에서는 동강성법을 이용하여 2자유도 진동시스템을 모델링하였다. 등가 모델을 구성한 후 Inertance의 크기에 따라 변화되는 시스템의 특성을 규명하였다. 2자유도 진동 시스템을 단일 모우드 소거에 적용할 경우 해석적인 설계 방법론을 1) 감쇠가 없는 경우 2) 1개의 감쇠기를 갖는 경우로 나누어 제시하였다.

현재 제품의 보다 향상된 의장성과 기능성을 위해서 정밀한 자유곡면 형상의 제품에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 자유곡면 형상 제품의 효율적이고 정밀한 설계 및 가공과 함께 제품에 대한 수치 검사가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 자유곡면 형상 제품의 예로는 금형, 헬리콥터 프로펠러, 비행기 날개 등이 있다. 이러한 제품의 설계 및 가공을 위해서 많은 CAD/CAM 시스템이 개발되었다. 수치 검사 분야에서는 기하학적으로 복잡한 제품에 대한 정밀하고 효율적인 검사를 위해서, 3차원 좌표측정기을 포함한 컴퓨터의 구동의 수치 검사 장비가 개발되고, 그러한 장비를 이용한 CAI 시스템사용이 다양한 분야에서 점차 증가하고 있다.
