  • 본 논문에서는 상용 소프트웨어나 웹, 앱, 클라우드 서비스 등 다양한 IT 서비스에서 취약점이 발생하는 근본적인 원인을 알아보고 그에 대한 효과적이고 미래지향적인 대응 방안을 제안한다. 이 대응 방안은 공개된 취약점들을 학습한 인공지능 모듈을 기존의 개발환경에 도입하는 것을 통해 개발 중인 서비스의 설계 문제에 대해 즉각적인 피드백을 줌으로서 작업 효율을 높이고 피드백한 취약점의 위험도를 함께 알려줌으로 혹여 미흡했을 수 있는 개발자의 기존 보안 의식 수준을 높여서 IT 시장에 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있을 것이라 보여진다. 이 과정을 통해 IT 보안 관점에서 인공지능의 양면성을 바라보고 점점 발전해 가는 인공지능 기술 앞에 우리가 각추어야할 자세를 제안하고자 한다.

  • Artificial intelligence itself has the value of advancing technology, and it is used in various industrial fields to enhance the added value of products and services produced in various industries. Therefore, regulations and policies related to artificial intelligence should be considered from a broader perspective. However, researchers have different understandings, and there is no agreement on how to regulate artificial intelligence. Therefore, we will examine the direction of government regulation on artificial intelligence technology in an exploratory manner. First, accountability, transparency, stability, and fairness are derived as the goals of artificial intelligence regulation, and the system itself, development process, and utilization process are set as the scope of regulation, and users and developers are subject to regulation. The academic significance of this study can be seen as analyzing the current level of artificial intelligence technology and laying the foundation for consistent discussions on artificial intelligence regulations in the future. Considering the life cycle from AI development to application, what is important is the balance of promotion policies to promote the artificial intelligence industry and regulatory policies to respond to the resulting risks. The goal of law related to artificial intelligence is to establish a system in which artificial intelligence can be accommodated in a positive direction to all participants, including developers, companies, and users.

  • This paper deals with AI education service that enables developers who have completed basic programming education to program in C/C++ language in order to learn big data and artificial intelligence. In addition, a customized development environment configuration system according to the development environment and how the user implements and tests artificial intelligence are explained. And also it has a function to check the effect on artificial intelligence through manipulation of various internal parameters. It is expected that it will be possible to develop artificial intelligence education services without language restrictions through networks in the future.

  • With the development of artificial intelligence, a lot of platforms have emerged that enable anyone to easily access and learn about artificial intelligence or create artificial intelligence models. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed various artificial intelligence education platforms and developed and proposed a SW education class plan using a framework-based artificial intelligence education platform for activating artificial intelligence based SW education. The artificial intelligence-based SW education framework aims to cultivate artificial intelligence literacy on the basis of computational thinking. In addition, a learner-centered project class was formed to include elements that could be fused with real life contexts or other subjects. Using this, with the theme of creating an artificial intelligence program to help separate garbage collection, a six-hour project-based class was developed and proposed using practical arts, social studies, and creative experiential activities. This project class was organized using a platform that is not difficult, such as AI Oceans and Entry.

Analysis of the Current Status of the AI Major Curriculum at Universities Based on Standard of AI Curriculum

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the implications for the systematic operation of the AI curriculum by analyzing the current status of the AI major curriculum in universities. To this end, This study analyzed the relevant curriculum of domestic universities(a total of 51 schools) and overseas QS Top 10 universities based on the industry demand-based standard of AI major curriculum developed through prior research. The main research results are as follows. First, in the case of domestic universities, Python-centered programming subjects were lacking. Second, there were few subjects for advanced learning such as AI application and convergence. Third, the subjects required to perform the AI developer job were insufficient. Fourth, in the case of colleges, the ratio of AI mathematics-related subjects was low. Based on these results, this study presented implications for the systematic operation of the AI major education.

Analysis of Error Types Occurring in Programming Classes for Non-majors (비전공자의 프로그래밍 수업에서 발생하는 오류 유형 분석)

  • 본 논문은 비전공자의 프로그래밍 수업에서 발생하는 오류들을 수집하고 오류 유형을 분석하여 초보 프로그래머의 오류 문제 해결을 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하고 교수자가 하는 피드백을 인공지능을 통해 자동화하는 시스템을 개발하는 기초 연구가 되는 것을 목표로 하였다. 결과로는 분석한 오류 유형에는 컴파일 타임에러가 가장 많이 발생하였고 그중에서도 구문에러(syntax error), 그중 missing 에러가 가장 많이 나타났다. 비전공자 학습자는 에러메시지를 이해하는 것을 가장 어려워하였고, 교수자의 피드백을 가장 절실하게 필요로 하였다. 좋은 오류 메시지는 초보자 프로그래머를 위한 프로그램 사용성에 큰 차이를 만들 수 있어 오류 메시지 내용을 단순화시킬 필요가 있으며, 학습자와 교수자의 상호작용을 효율적으로 이루어지게 할 필요가 있고, 인공지능을 통한 피드백을 자동화할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다. 향후 과제로는 오류 유형 중 자주 발생하는 구문에러부터 해결할 수 있는 인공지능을 이용한 자동 피드백 프로그램을 만들어 학습자와 실시간 상호작용하여 온라인에서 프로그래밍 수업이 가능한 학습시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

A Study on the Utilization of Artificial Intelligence-Based Infringement Analysis Tools (인공지능 기반 침해분석 도구 활용에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, in order to build a cyber threats have increased in number and complexity. These threats increase the risk of using personally owned devices for work. This research addresses how to utilize an AI-enabled breach analysis tool. To this end, we developed and proposed the feasibility of using an AI-based breach analysis tool that reduces the workload of analysts and improves analysis efficiency through automated analysis processes. This allows analysts to focus on more important tasks. The purpose of this research is to propose the development and utilization of an AI-based breach analysis tool. We propose a new research direction in the field of breach analysis and suggest that automated tools should be improved in performance, coverage, and ease of use to enable organizations to respond to cyberattacks more effectively. As a research method, we developed a breach analysis tool using A.I. technology and studied various use cases. We also evaluated the performance, coverage, and ease of use of automated tools, and conducted research on predicting and preventing breaches and automatically responding to them. As a result, this research will serve as a foundation for the development and utilization of AI-based breach analysis tools, which can be used to respond to cyberattacks more effectively through experiments.

Review on Artificial Intelligence Education for K-12 Students and Teachers (K-12 학생 및 교사를 위한 인공지능 교육에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of AI education in K-12 education through investigating and analyzing aspects of the purpose, content, and methods of AI education as the curriculum and teacher training factors. We collected and analyzed 9 papers as the primary literature and 11 domestic and foreign policy reports as the secondary literature. The collected literatures were analyzed by applying a descriptive reviews, and the implications were derived by analyzing the curriculum components and TPACK elements for multi-dimensional analysis. As a result of this study, AI education targets were divided into three steps: AI users, utilizer, and developers. In K-12 education, the user and utilizer stages are appropriate, and artificial intelligence literacy must be included for user education. Based on the current computing thinking ability and coding ability for utilizer education, the implication was derived that it is necessary to target the ability to create creative output by applying the functions of artificial intelligence. In addition to the pedagogical knowledge and the ability to use the platform, The teacher training is necessary because teachers need content knowledge such as problem-solving, reasoning, learning, perception, and some applied mathematics, cognitive / psychological / ethical of AI.

Development and Application of an Artificial Intelligence Convergence Education Program Linked to School Library Reading Activities for Middle School Students (중학생을 위한 학교도서관의 독서활동 연계 인공지능 융합교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용)

  • Recently, there has been a growing demand for school libraries to take on the role of curriculum convergence and content development. This study purposed to develop a program that integrates reading activities and artificial intelligence (AI) education in a middle school library as a platform for convergence education. The program aimed to enhance creative problem-solving skills by integrating an understanding of AI concepts and principles through reading activities related to AI topics. The program, comprising 18 sessions (6 modules), was implemented with 36 first-year students at A Middle School, Gyeonggi-do, in 2022. After implementation, a paired-sample t-test revealed significant improvements in AI learning self-efficacy and creative problem-solving skills. Participants also showed positive attitudes toward class engagement and reading activities. Implications for AI convergence education in connection with school libraries were discussed.

Optimal Structural Design Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques (인공지능 기술을 이용한 최적 구조설계)

  • 구조설계 과정에서 설계대안을 효율적으로 생성하여 평가하면서, 특히 다목적 환경 속에서 최적구조의 위상과 부재의 치수까지 동시에 결정할 수 있는 새로운 방식을 제시하고자 한다. 설계자가 설계대안을 생성하기 위해 설계자의 경험과 노하우를 체계적으로 구축해 놓고 이를 적절한 시기에 활용할 수 있게 하는 방법으로는 인공지능 기술의 하나인 사례기반 추론 기법을 사용하였다. 이와 더불어, 설계대안들 간의 효율적인 비교와 평가를 위해서 구조물의 계층적인 면을 고려한 새로운 유전적인 표현법을 개발하였다. 여기에 기존의 유전적 표현법을 변경시켜 생긴 여분의 효과와 계층적인 특징을 가지는 Structured Genetic Algorithm(StrGA)를 변형시켜서 사례기반 추론에 의해 생성된 설계대안들을 표현하였다. 일반적인 구조설계 과정에서는 구조물을 평가하는 기준이 여러 개가 존재하므로, 모든 대안들을 동시에 최적화 하는 과정에 Multicriteria Optimization for Genetic Algorithm(MOGA)를 병합하였다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능 기술을 이용하여 구조물의 위상설계를 할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안하여 그 유용성을 truss 설계문제에 대해 검토하였다.
