Implementation of facemask wearing identification and body temperature measurement system using deep learning (딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한 마스크 착용 판별 및 체온 측정 시스템 구현)

  • COVID-19 확산으로 인해 우리나라는 공공장소 출입 시 마스크 착용이 의무화되었고, 체온이 37.5℃ 이상일 경우 발열로 간주하여 출입을 금지함에 따라 이를 효율적으로 검사할 수 있는 자동화 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 각도, 마스크의 착용 위치에 따른 자료를 수집하여 모델에 적용하였고, 실시간 영상은 96.5%의 높은 정확도를 보였고, 영상 처리 추론 속도는 28fps임을 확인했다. 본 논문은 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한 마스크 착용 판별 및 체온 측정 시스템을 제시한다.

  • 전 세계적으로 유행하는 COVID-19(코로나19)로 인해 사람들은 대면 접촉을 피하게 되었고, 전염성이 높은 이유로 마스크의 착용이 의무화되고 있고, 이를 검사하는 업무가 증가하고 있다. 그래서, 인공지능 기술을 통해 업무를 도와줄 수 있는 출입자 통계와 출입자 마스크 착용 검사를 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한 출입자 통계와 마스크 착용 판별 시스템을 제시한다. 또한, 실시간 영상인식에 많이 활용되고 있는 YOLO-v3와 YOLO-v4, YOLO-Tiny 알고리즘을 데스크탑 PC와 Nvidia사의 Jetson Nano에 적용하여 알고리즘별 성능 비교를 통해 적합한 방법을 찾고 적용하였다.

  • The modern culture has changing its type, characteristic and genre by the times. And the modern culture has providing good resources to reader that he/she can see the times. Recently, the modern culture has changed the providing method for reader. That is, the attempt is to provide the various and many literary works to reader as the digital devices or the types of content. In this paper, we propose e-learning system based on a modern literary work's ontology. And we provide this system to reader for supporting easy and diverse process to reader. The modern literary work's contents in this system is processed by SCORM, and we construct LMS and LCMS. In order to evaluate this system, we construct the test group by 80 people, and we show the efficiency of this system process with modern literary work by the test.

  • This study was about design and development of the Mobile Learning Evaluation Announced Systems, which could operate the e-learning and send the result of that to the parents. From this, teachers and parent can communicate with each other dynamically. Especially, this system does not simply present results of student' learning but provide the extra learning which can make up for student' wrong questions in the base of the evaluation standard. this paper suggests this total learning solution so that parents can perceive the state of their children's learning under the mobile learning environment.

  • 미국의 ADL(Advance Distributed Learning)에서 제안한 스콤(SCORM; Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 2000년 미국 국방부에서 발주한 6억달러에 이르는 e-러닝(e-Learning) 구축 입찰 계약에서 가이드라인으로 쓰여졌다. 용역 입찰 제안서에 스콤을 기초로 해 e-러닝 시스템을 구축하겠다는 내용이 명시돼야만 입찰에 참여할 수 있었던 것이다. 현재 제안된 e- 러닝 기술표준안들에 대한 국제인증 여부와 관계없이 e-러닝 실수요자 및 공급자의 움직임에 따라 이러한 추세는 향후 더욱 확대될 전망이다. 이 글에서는 실질적인 국제 표준으로 가장 근접해 있는 스콤의 내용 및 기술적 특징에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

Performance Verification of Deep Learning based Transmit Power Control (딥러닝 기반 송신전력 조절방안의 성능검증)

  • Recently, the deep learning technology has gained lots of attention which leads to its application to various fields. Especially, there are recent attempts to overcome the limit of wireless communications systems through the use of the deep learning. In this paper, we have verified the performance of deep learning based transmit power control scheme. Unlike previous transmit power control schemes where the optimal transmit power is derived by solving the optimization problem explicitly, in the deep learning based transmit power control, the general solver for the optimization problem is derived through the deep neural network (DNN). Especially, by using the spectral efficiency as the loss function of DNN, the training can be performed without needing labels. Through simulation based on Tensorflow, we confirm that the transmit power control based on deep learning can achieve the optimal performance while reducing the computational complexity by 1/200.

  • In this paper, we developed a web-based DApp system based on a private blockchain by applying machine learning techniques to automatically identify Android malicious apps that are continuously increasing rapidly. The optimal machine learning model that provides 96.2587% accuracy for Android malicious app identification was selected to the authorized experimental data, and automatic identification results for Android malicious apps were recorded/managed in the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain system. In addition, a web-based DApp system was developed so that users who have been granted the proper authority can use the blockchain system. Therefore, it is possible to further improve the security in the Android mobile app usage environment through the development of the machine learning-based Android malicious app identification block chain DApp system presented. In the future, it is expected to be able to develop enhanced security services that combine machine learning and blockchain for general-purpose data.

  • During COVID-19, education industry is organizing the concept of 'Edutech', which has evolved one step further from the existing e-Learning, by introducing various intelligent information technologues based on the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution and spreading it through diverse contents. Meanwhile, each industries are creating new industries by applying new technology to existing businesses and ask for needs of cultivating human resources who understand the existing traditional ICT technology and industrial business which can solve a newly rising problems. However, it is difficult to build contents for cultivating such human resources with the existing e-learning of transferring knowledge by one-way or some two-way commnication system which has established some interactive conversational system. Accordingly, this study conducted a research on a cooperative e-learning system that enables educators to communicate with learners in real time and allows problem-solving education based on the existing two-way communication system. As a result, frame for contents and prototype was developedp and artially applied to the actual class and conducted an efficiency analysis, which resulted in the validation of being applied to the actual class as a simulation-based cooperative content.

  • The self-regulated learning was making an alternative idea to improve a learning effect of student who takes part in a study course. This research aimed the self- regulated learning of E-learning system. Also. in this system, the students were able to select the learning object according to the learning method for improving learning effect that students take part in study spontaneously. And the learning logic was implemented for development efficiency and operation by web service. Finally, the test result of study group who had the similar studying level displayed that the proposal method was better learning effect than exist one.

  • 데이터 베이스에 저장된 사용자의 위치, 성격정보를 자동으로 받아서 머신러닝으로 회귀분석하여 방문 장소에 대한 선호도를 예측한다. 사람의 성격 요소로는 BFF 와 다른 기본 요소들을 사용하였다. 이를 위하여 자동화된 시스템을 구성하였고 위치 방문 선호도를 예측하기 위한 머신러닝 기법으로는 앙상블기법을 사용하였다. 예측 결과는 장소 카테고리별로 방문 선호도가 나타나고 이를 사용자 별로 나누어 저장할 예정이다. 데이터의 양이 많아지면서 나타나는 문제들을 해결하여 향후 연구에 도움이 될 것이다.
