This research is to study the psychological, emotional, physical pains of the spouses of gambling addicts and the recovery process from the suffering. From this, we expect to propose a supportive program to help the recovery. Nine of the spouses of gambling addicts joined this research and the hermeneutical grounded theory methodology was applied to interpret it. Data were collected by the depth interview and various written records and they were analyzed by Rennie(2007)'s methodology. We could construct 20 categories by analyzing and categorizing meaningful units of the data. The core theme of the recovery experience was presented as "Stopping rolling the Sysyphus's boulder, and returning to the routine peace." Based upon the research outcomes, we suggested a supportive program considering male and female differences and a way to improve the accessibility to the therapy system for the spouses of gambling addicts and the need for a meaning therapy.

This paper proposes a new query-based document summarization method using the semantic feature matrix and the semantic variable matrix. The proposed method doesn't need the training phase using training data comprising queries and query specific documents. And it exactly summarizes documents for the given query by using semantic features and semantic variables that is better at identifying sub-topics of document. Because the NMF have a great power to naturally extract semantic features representing the inherent structure of a document. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves better performance than other methods.

To construct machining databases, which are reusable and sharable their meanings, semantic metadata management is required. In this study a semantic data modeling process for machining data is developed. It combines conventional data models with ISO/IEC 11179 standard, metadata registry(MDR). Names of object classes and properties constituting data element names are identified using conventional data model while data elements are named and specified based on ISO/IEC 11179 in order to obtain semantic interoperability of data. An experimental application to electrical discharge machining(EDM) is performed to explain the process.

Nam(2008a) suggested that the role of teacher for helping students to learn mathematical structures should be the manifestor of tacit knowledge. But there have been lack of researches on embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge. This study embodies the manifestation of tacit knowledge by showing that exemplification is one way of manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method. First, the goal of the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification is helping students to learn mathematical structures. Second, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by perceiving invariance in the midst of change. Third, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by constructing explicit knowledge creatively, reflection on constructive activity and social interaction. In conclusion, exemplification could be seen one way of embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method.

Semantic role labeling is the research area analyzing the semantic relationship between elements in a sentence and it is considered as one of the most important semantic analysis research areas in natural language processing, such as word sense disambiguation. However, due to the lack of the relative linguistic resources, Korean semantic role labeling research has not been sufficiently developed. We, in this paper, propose an automatic predicate-argument analyzer to begin constructing the Korean PropBank which has been widely utilized in the semantic role labeling. The analyzer has mainly two components: the semantic lexical dictionary and the automatic predicate-argument extractor. The dictionary has the case frame information of verbs and the extractor is a module to decide the semantic class of the argument for a specific predicate existing in the syntactically annotated corpus. The analyzer developed in this research will help the construction of Korean PropBank and will finally play a big role in Korean semantic role labeling.

This research aims to find out what pre-service teachers are seriously concerned about and what they contemplated during the process of discovering the meanings of teaching, and to reveal the meanings compiled by the pre-service teachers. Furthermore, this research intends to identify the elements considered to help the pre-service teachers continue to construct the meanings of teaching in the education for pre-service daycare teachers by reviewing the process of contemplation. To do so, this study selected a target group of 29 seniors of M University who took the class of 'Teaching Method for Young children' given in the first semester of 2012 and 'Child Care and teaching Practice' given in the second semester of 2012. Research data collection was done based on the paper materials on participant observation, interview, student journals and professor feedbacks and small group discussion. According to the research, the pre-service teachers created the meanings of teaching as they experience confusion between one extreme to another of power and looking easy, having children focused and being focused, just giving and leaving and discrimination and equality. They considered teaching as a process of continuous reconstruction by choosing the best place between the opposites within the context of teaching and understood that teaching is to respect the right of learning for children and at the same time to make efforts to develop inner-self. In addition, to support the pre-service daycare teachers in their efforts to find the nature of teaching in the education program, it is required to review the teaching process from a variety of aspects in the atmosphere where they are not afraid of confusion, and to provide time to meditate alone and share ideas with others.

본 논문에서는 주어진 영상으로부터 보다 빠르고 효율적인 의미정보 추출을 위하여 블록분할 및 영역구성에 의한 기본영역 및 확장영역을 제안하며, 각 영역들을 구성하는 블록들의 구성관계에 의한 블록탐색 기법도 제안하고 있다. 기본영역은 영상의 중심을 기반으로 구성되는 중심영역과 이웃영역으로 구성되며, 확장영역은 기본영역들의 결합에 의해 생성된다. 블록탐색은 영역을 구성하는 블록간의 구성관계를 기반으로 블록들이 가질 수 있는 특징들의 유사도와 영역정보에 따라 탐색할 수 있는 방법이다. 얼굴추출은 분할된 블록들로부터 피부색상 존재여부를 판별하여 피부색이 존재하는 블록들로부터 얼굴 후보영역들을 획득한 후, 추출된 후보영역들로부터 얼굴을 구성하는 지역적 특성을 비교평가하여 얼굴을 추출할 수 있다. 또한 추출된 얼굴 영역정보는 연속적인 영상이 주어졌을 때, 해당영역들의 블록들에 대한 정합을 통하여 이동경로와 얼굴영역을 탐색할 수 있다.

벤처창업 연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동 및 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 핵심 고리로 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 선행연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 요인으로 고려되고 있지만 아직까지 구성원의 개별 성향과 복합적으로 고려했을때 기업가적 리더십이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 조절 초점 성향을 토대로 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 성향에 따라 자기효능감과 혁신행동에 각기 다른 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정, 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 변수 간 인과관계 검정을 위해 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원을 대상으로 점화 기법 기반 실험연구를 진행할 예정이다. 실험연구를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동을 어떻게 높일 수 있는지에 대한 단초를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 벤처기업 및 스타트업에서 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 조직운영 프로세스에 관한 시사점과 함께 학문 및 실무적 관점에서도 의미 있는 기여도를 제공할 예정이다.

Multicultural family members have difficulty in educating their children due to language differences. In order to solve these difficulties, it is necessary to provide smart translation services that enable them easily and quickly access real-life vocabularies. However, the current automatic translation technology is being developed in dominant languages such as English, Chinese, and Japanese. There are also limitations to translating special-purpose terms such as documents of schools and instructions of public institutions. In this study, we propose a real-time automatic word translation service for multicultural family members who understand beginner level Korean. The service automatically analyzes the semantics of each word in the Korean sentences and provides a word-by-word translation. This study includes semantic analysis research for Korean language, building multilingual translation knowledge, and fusion study of language education. We evaluated the word translation service for migrant women from Vietnam and Japan and obtained meaningful evaluation results.

The purpose of this study was to analyze mathematical storytelling in Korean elementary mathematics textbooks and propose some applications for better storytelling, Storytelling strategies were introduced for enhancing students' understanding on mathematical concepts and improving students' attitudes toward mathematics. For this study, the researcher analyzed the 2nd grade mathematics textbook that employs storytelling strategies. The results are as follows. First, current storytelling textbook chapter is designed to appreciate students' intellectual autonomy. Second, current storytelling textbook chapter includes the storytelling that helps understand mathematical concepts and exercise mathematical skills. Third, current storytelling textbook chapter is designed for enhancing students' interest and helping students' character education. The researcher suggested the followings. First, a long term field-based research should be continued for more improved mathematical storytelling materials. Second, a digital format storytelling also needs to be developed as an alternative strategy of mathematical storytelling, which reinforces interactions between teller and listeners.
