전 세계적인 에너지 절약 정책에 대응하여 새로운 고효율 LED 및 드라이버 IC의 출시가 활발하다. 단색 또는 칼라 LED를 사용하여 경관조명, 무대조명, 음악분수 등에 많이 활용되는데 다양한 전압 및 LED 구동 방식 등에 따라 LED의 수명과 비용이 달라질 수 있다. 또한 LED의 밝기 및 색상 등을 조절하여 멋진 연출을 위해 마이크로컨트롤러의 사용이 필수적이고, 다수의 장치를 함께 연동하는 경우에는 이들을 통신으로 연결하여 사용하는데, 본 논문에서 조명 장치에 표준으로 많이 사용하는 DMX512 통신 프로토콜, 몇 가지 정전류 구동 방식에 대해서 살펴보고, 저가격의 마이크로컨트롤러를 사용하여 DMX512 수신 장치를 구현해 보았다.

소프트웨어와 음악파일, 영화 등의 불법복제로 인한 사회적인 문제가 대두되어 왔다. 온라인디지털콘텐츠의 산업규모와 중요성이 증대되고 있는 시점에서 동일하게 불법복제로 인한 피해규모와 이용자들의 불법복제 행동이 만연해 있다. 이 연구는 계획된 행동이론(TPB)를 통해 개인의 온라인디지털콘텐츠의 불법복제 행동에 대한 모형을 검증하고 불법복제에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하고 인과관계를 확인하고자 한다. TPB의 확대모형을 제안하고자 하는데 단속, 교육 및 홍보, 이전경험, 자기효능감이 불법복제 행동의도와 의도에 영향을 미치는 태도와 주관적 규범에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증해보고 한다. 단속과 교육 및 홍보가 개인의 인식과정을 통해 태도와 내적인 자기 규범에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지는 정책적 전략적 시사점을 얻는데 중요한 요인이 될 것이다. 파일럿 테스트 결과 기존 TPB 모형은 온라인디지털콘텐츠 영역에 있어서도 적합한 모델임이 검증되었고, 단속과 교육 및 홍보가 태도와 주관적 규범에 유의한 영향을 미침을 나타내었다.

This study examines mutual perceptions between general public and nuclear plant employees on understanding nuclear policy communication applying the co-orientation model. The total of 414 responses were analyzed including 211 of the general public and 203 of plant employees. Results indicate that agreement between general public and plant employees is relatively high, in that general public tends to have negative evaluation to nuclear policy communication, but plant employees tends to have positive one. In terms of congruence, general public perceive that plant employees might have more positive evaluation than themselves, and nuclear plant employees perceive that general public might have more negative evaluation than themselves. Finally, in terms of accuracy, general public accurately estimate how nuclear plant employees perceive on policy communication, whereas nuclear plant employees unaccurately estimate how general public perceive on policy communication.

This paper intends to propose a technology for recommending convergence/composite art playlist contents that are fused with tags suitable for the user's situational information and taste to users for non-face-to-face art appreciation education. For the implementation of the proposed technology, the characteristics of works of art are analyzed, and related music and works of art are matched based on the tags of the analyzed works. In addition, we would like to propose a technology that automatically creates content for fusion and complex art viewing playlists using matched works.

In the current mainstream pop music scene, Stevie ray vaughan's status is a singer-songwriter and electric blues guitarist, who occupies a very large position despite his short period of activity. His influence has remained to the present day as the voice of many guitarists ranging from his unique sound to his explosive stage performances. Let's take a look at the technical parts of his performance, rhythm and solo performances, among the various traces of his constant reproduction. Based on one of his most famous works, 'Pride and Joy' I analyzed the solo and rhythm, scale that Stevie Ray Vaughan played. Through the African American blues, a peripheral heritage he has been trying to influence and influence, how his traces congregate in the center of today's mainstream pop music scene. This will give us little clues to appreciate before the research that will have a variety of influences and values.

The importance of cultural arts education utilizing digital tools is increasing in terms of enhancing tech literacy, self-expression, and developing convergent capabilities. The creation process and evaluation of innovative multi-modal AI, provides expanded creative audio-visual experiences in users. In particular, the process of creating music with AI provides innovative experiences in all areas, from musical ideas to improving lyrics, editing and variations. In this study, we attempted to empirically analyze the process of performing tasks using an Audio and Music Generative AI platform and discussing with fellow learners. As a result, 12 services and 10 types of evaluation criteria were collected through voluntary participation, and divided into usage patterns and purposes. The academic, technological, and policy implications were presented for AI-powered liberal arts education with learners' perspectives.

현재까지의 국가 정보화 정책은 초고속 국가망, 전자정부 시스템, 유비쿼터스 기술개발 및 산업현장 적용 등 정보화 기반 구축 및 서비스 촉진 중심으로 추진되어 왔다. 유 무선 통합, 전화 인터넷 게임 음악 등 단말의 융 복합, 통신과 방송의 경계 붕괴 등 새로운 기술 환경으로 빠르게 변화 하고 있으며, 전자정부, 인프라산업 등 국가 정보화와 관련된 정책간 시너지를 극대화 하기위한 정책 방향이 필요하다. 이러한 기술 발전과 초고속 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 가능하게 기반을 제공한 것이 2000년 이후 급속적인 광케이블망 보급 확대와 2006년 하반기부터 FTTH에 대한 투자를 활발히 진행되어 왔기 때문이다. FTTH를 기반으로 하는 다양하고 고품질의 서비스 개발 확대와 지속적인 인프라 투자 증가에 따라 향후 모든 가입자 댁내까지 효율적인 FTTH 구축을 추진하기 위해 그동안 발생되어진 문제점들과 이를 해결하기 위한 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. 특히 FTTH 구축에 따른 국사내 시스템 상면배치 문제를 비롯하여 현재까지 RN(스플리터)의 지하 맨홀 내 광접속함 설치에서 전주 광단자함으로 배치이동에 대한 장점 등 가입자 수요 요구에 탄력적으로 대처하기 위한 경제적이고 지하 맨홀 내 광접속함 설치에서 전주 광단자함으로 배치이동에 대한 장점 등 가입자 수요 요구에 탄력적으로 대처하기 위한 경제적이고 효율적인 구축방법에 대해 분석하였다. 또한, 광단자함의 2차RN 스플리터를 설치하여 가입자를 개통하는 방법에 대한 문제점과 가입자 개통시 적용하는 현장조립커넥터에 대한 사용상의 불편함, 손실증가 문제, 가입자 개통구간 고장발생시의 대처방안 문제점 등에 대해 살펴보았으며, 다양한 가입자 주거 환경에 따른 댁내 망구성에 현재 까지 발생된 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Summary. With the advent of the internet and the concept of social network service, people of present days are flooded daily with new varieties of the communication channel. One of the most affected group of people may be singing artists. This over-growing number of communication channels pushes singers to put just as many efforts to establish and groom his or her unique identity as an artist. In old 'pre-internet' days, any singing artist's superficial features, like the tone of voice or stage presentation, were the only transcriptive criteria upon which the artist was adjudicated. New developments in technology, however, have set a new paradigm for singing artists of the present day. Respective criteria of today extend beyond the realm of music and comprise musicianship, requiring much scrupulous attention on the various area to propagate and protect one's unique identity as an artist. In light of this phenomenon, this study looks into Mr. Lee, Seung Hwan whom may undoubtedly be one of the most representative ballad singers of 90's. We can probably see his music in 5 features such as Rock Sound based on using various instruments, World Music Sound, Massive Choir, Challenge for the New Style, Lyrics of Life. As a singer-songwriter, he colored numerous albums and influenced the era, unlike many others. He still works vigorously, worthy of his epithet, a 'present-progressive' artist. The object of this study is how Mr. Lee has been proactively dealing with the phenomenon above.

The purpose of this research is to explore the selection attributes that the director of a taekwondo gym places importance on when purchasing a work of taekwon gymnastics for the competition. We conducted in-depth interviews with 6 participants using qualitative case study techniques, and analyzed data using Creswell's (2015) spiral analysis method. The data analysis results show music, trainees, characteristics of the work, criteria for evaluating the competition, producer competence, and price factors. As a result of the research, music should be produced around diverse and differentiated genres and music preferred by the trainees, and the appropriate theme should be selected considering the expressiveness and level of the trainees. The work should be considered creative works that harmonize the movement ratio of Taekwondo movements and dance, and the length of the work should be adjusted according to the purpose of the buyer, and the construction of the work should be based on the regulations of the competition. The manufacturer should ensure smooth communication with the buyer, including coaching ability and experience at the convention site. Prices will be affordable and affordable, and prices will need to be calculated based on special prices or mentoring periods for a small number of buyers.

Our society is rapidly changing with the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, the emergence of a generation with new characteristics, and the untact era following the With Corona policy. Although the transition to untact is accelerating in the field of performing arts, in the case of opera, face-to-face performances are mainly conducted by experts and enthusiasts through on-site performances. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of creating opportunities through the influx of new customers such as the MZ generation and the departure of existing experts and enthusiasts. In this study, in order to examine these existing problems, we conducted literature review and case analysis, compared the opera face-to-face/non-face-to-face performance characteristics, derived an activation plan, and conducted expert interviews to secure the coherence and validity of the plan. In conclusion, we thought that it was difficult to improve the sound and sound quality, impairing the sense of presence and emotion due to many shortcomings when operating non-face-to-face as a music genre with the characteristics of opera. Therefore, we established the direction of activating the opera mainly face-to-face, but making good use of the advantages of non-face-to-face, which is not limited by region and time, and promoting the direction of activating face-to-face and non-face-to-face performances complementary to each other through the concept of cultural enjoyment.
