  • A vast amount of the national college entrance information and a broad range of contents make it more difficult for user to find, collect and compare the data. In this study, we find out how users work to collect, compare data through the usability test and take cognizance of difficulty and requirements on national college entrance information web-site. And then we give the planning for designing national college entrance information web-site through a personalized information architecture(PIA) system. Namely, this paper provides a guideline for designing a user-centric personalized information architecture(PIA) system through the usability test.

A Study on Structural Relationship Among Perceived Interactivity and User Related Variables in Health Information Websites (건강정보 웹사이트에서 지각된 상호작용성과 이용자 변수간의 구조적 관계 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effect of perceived interactivity in health information websites on users. First, this study analyzed the effect of users' individual characteristics on the perceived interactivity. As a result, hypochondriasis had a negative relationship with perceived interactivity, and health literacy had a positive relationship with it. On the other hand, although the perceived interactivity had a positive effect on users' attitudes toward health information websites and expected outcomes, it did not have an effect on continuous usage intention. However, their attitudes and perceived outcomes had a positive influence on continuous usage intention and at the same time mediated the perceived interactivity. Eventually, the perceived interactivity had an effect on continuous usage intention of health information websites by the medium of other positively related variables.

  • 개인화된 제품과 서비스에 대한 소비자의 요구는 성공적인 전자상거래 플랫폼을 기반으로 하고 있다. 성공적인 전자상거래 플랫폼을 개발함에 있어 자주 간과되고 있는 중요한 요소는 바로 웹 페이지의 HTML 구조이다. HTML 구조는 전자상거래 웹사이트의 속도와 랭킹을 결정짓는 기본적인 요소이다. 본 논문은 HTML 구조를 분석하기 위한 효율적이고 다소 생소한 시각화 기법을 제안하는데, 이러한 기법을 사용하여 개발자는 잠재적인 프로그래밍 오류와 개선 사항을 발견할 수 있다. 본 논문은 하나의 사례를 이용하여 제안된 기법을 더욱 구체화 시킨다.

  • 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 콘텐츠 관리 시스템은 드루팔(Drupal)은 백악관을 비롯해 대규모 사이트에 적용되어 사용되고 있으며, 매우 수준 높은 보안성을 유지하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 잘 알려지지 않아 적용 사이트가 매우 드문 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 두루팔의 기여모듈과 코어모듈 등 구조 분석하고, 실제 웹 사이트를 구축해 두루팔의 실효성을 보인다.

  • In this study, the six types of menu were suggested according to analysis of elementary school website about informational structure, depth and width of the menu, method of arrangement, suggesting form of the menu, ease the menu usage. And we design and develop the menu, and test, adapting the six types of menu on the same control condition, for the purpose of test about affective response and effectiveness, efficiency in user's utilizing these menus. As a result, the menu type of upper part drop-down type and left part suggesting after upper part suggesting type were testified as a menu type of high approach and recognition in the elementary schools web site.

  • With the rapid growth of WWW, the existing systems are integrated into web and various web-based systems are developed. Unlike the general applications, web aplications are developed by combining the various technologies and have their own complexities. So, we have much difficulties in the development and maintenance of web applications. To accommodate to the rapidly changing business environments and user requirements, the continuos evolution is required. In this paper, we present a method for supporting the effective development and maintenance of web applications. Our method involves the extraction of web application's structure information and analyzes web log ales containing the useful information about web site. We also describe a web testing method using the attracted information and our system developed for extracting hyperlink information and analyzing web log.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Web site usability on trust, satisfaction, and repurchase intention in Internet shopping malls. The Web site usability construct consists of the factors such as contents, ease of use, navigation, and interactivity. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and it suggests that the Web site usability, through the mediation of trust and satisfaction, eventually affect the repurchase intention of online customers in Internet shopping malls. The results of the study show that Web site usability has statistically significant effect on the repurchase intention of online customers and this effect is mediated by satisfaction. This research confirms the importance of usability construct in designing Web sites and understanding the use of Web sites. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

  • 기존의 웹 수집 로봇에서 처리하지 못하는 자바스크립트 함수 링크를 처리하기 위하여 인터넷 익스플로러의 "Active Script Engine"을 사용하였다. 또한 자바스크립트 함수 링크를 처리 하였을 경우 웹 수집 로봇의 수집량을 측정하기 위하여 웹 수집 로봇을 개발하였다. 웹 수집 로봇을 개발하기 위해서 구글봇과 네이봇 등 웹 수집 로봇의 구조를 파악하여, 수집 로봇에 활용되는 구성요소를 구현하고 분산처리형태의 웹 수집 로봇을 설계하여 개발했다. 또한 개발된 웹 로봇에 제안된 자바스크립트 처리 모델을 추가하여 성능 평가를 하였다. 성능평가 방법은 자바스크립트를 사용하는 웹사이트의 게시판을 대상으로 하여 웹 수집량을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 웹사이트 게시물 1000개인 경우, 일반 웹 로봇의 경우에는 1페이지밖에 수집하지 못하였고, 제안된 웹 로봇의 경우 1000개 이상의 웹 페이지를 수집하는 결과를 얻었다.

Structural Causal Relationship between Atmospherics of Web-sites and Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Malls (인터넷쇼핑몰 사이트 환경과 재구매의도 간의 구조적 인과관계)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how atmospherics of web-sites such as graphics, colour, menu and link have an effect on consumers' emotion and satisfaction, which in turn have influence on repurchase intention in internet shopping malls. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with consumers who have experience purchase or search on internet shopping malls. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: Menu and link are positively associated on consumers' emotion, but graphics and colour have not influence on both consumers' emotion and satisfaction. Consumers' emotion is positively associated on both satisfaction and repurchase intention, and then satisfaction is also positively associated on repurchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study identifies how attributes of the website influences on consumer attitude toward the website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variables(interactivity, search and visual information of website), mediated variables(utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value) and dependent variables(attitude toward website). The data were collected from a sample of 271 internet shopper of university students(male: 82, female: 189). They visited the website for apparel shopping and, after searching a casual clothing which they wanted to buy, requested to answer the questionnaire. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using AMOS 4.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity of the website has a positive impact on perceived utilitarian and hedonic shopping values of the website and visual information of the website also influence hedonic shopping value of the website positively. Third, utilitarian and hedonic shopping values have a positive influence on attitude toward the website for apparel shopping.
