I compare my parameter estimation methodoloay with existing method, considering both of testing effort and fault detecting rate simultaneously in software reliability modeling. Generally speaking, fault detection/removal mechanism depends on how apply previous fault detection/removal and testing effort of S/W. The fault removal efficiency makes large influence to the reliability growth, testing and removal cost in developing stage S/W. This is very useful measure during all the developing stages and much helpful for the developer to estimate debugging efficiency, and furthermore, to anticipate additional working amount.

In order to jointly utilize research infrastructure and to build efficient construction, which are essential in science and technology research and development process. Although various classification methods have been introduced for efficient utilization of registered information, functions that can be directly utilized such as similar research infrastructure search is not yet been implemented due to limitations of collection information. In this study, we analyzed the similar search technique so far, presented the methodology for the calculation of similarity of research infrastructure, and analyzed the learning result. Study suggested that a technique can be use to extract meaningful keywords from information and analyze the similarity between the research infrastructure.

전 산업분야의 변화 사이클이 짧은 격변의 시대에 공공부문의 IT는 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"에 따라 구축되고 운영되고 있으며, 정부의 국정기조 아래 각 기관 조직의 전략실행 수단으로 활용되고 있으며 조직목표 달성에 기여하고자 EA를 구축하고 있다. 또한 조직의 통 폐합 등 변화에 따라 기존에 운영되고 있는 시스템 및 서비스들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 작은 예산을 통하여 적기에 빠르게 모형이 표준화되고 EA 지원시스템에 목표 아키텍처로 등록되며 현행화 되는 구조개선 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 새 정부 출범시마다 변화되는 주변 환경에 따라 해당조직의 통 폐합 과정에서 추진한 지난 정부에서의 사례 제시를 통하여, 민간과 다른 특성을 가지고 프로세스의 변화에 능동적으로 대응이 어려우며 현업의 참여가 소극적인 특성을 가진 공공기관에 적합한 EA 현행화와 구조개선 사례를 제공하고 이것을 바탕으로 다른 유사 공공기관들의 업무에 활용이 가능하도록 제안 한다.

Knowledge resources are classified with two groups, the records produced by internal parts of company and general information materials from external organizations. Production, acquisition, storage, retrieval and utilization patterns of two groups became similar due to digitization of knowledge resources. And separated RM and IM should be changed integrated management concept. This paper compares RM and IM based on KM governance strategy and several methods to integrate RM and IM. Especially the selection and identification of knowledge resources, information systems to be integrated and the methods of integration and integrators of public enterprises are presented.

This study aims to consider the effects of the change in communication culture affected by 'Social Media' on the film marketing. Particularly, Twitter, a kind of Social Media which shows the most rapid growth recently, is examined for what kind of benefits it's functional characteristics would provide for film marketing. Twitter, which has distinctive characteristics such as free access, the high level of attention resulting from its simplicity, alarming speed of spreading information and low costs, offers a variety of marketing opportunities not only for general commercial films but for low budget or independent films that do not have sufficient marketing opportunity. In the case of the documentary film (2010, Woo-jung Kwon), starting from the process of the film production through release to the time after the screening, it continued to communicate with potential audiences via Twitter and tried every tool of film marketing like advertising, PR, promotion and word of mouth. By doing so, it provides a model for low budget or independent films about what alternative activities they might be able to conduct for film marketing.

The Goon-rearrangement in 1914 caused a significant change in the Goon office buildings' construction in the Japanese colonial period. The aim of this study was to discover the administrative procedure for the construction of them around the Goon-rearrangement and also in the 1910s generally, the Japanese government-general's policy for the construction and the buildings' condition. This study analyzes the official documents for the Goon-rearrangement between the Japanese government-general of Korea and the To, the digital images of the buildings kept in the National Archive of Korea and the newspapers published in 1910s. This paper examines what the effect the construction had under the stance of the Japanese government-general of Korea, which was very passive regarding the construction of new buildings.

The purpose of this paper is tthe first, diagnosing the effect of terminal operating strategy which Busan Port container operators established and executed by the strategy execution process (XPP) model, second, enhancing the competitiveness of Busan Port Container Terminal by presenting ways to improve the executive ability of strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, this study utilized XPP 6 steps diagnostic variables of Kaplan and Dr. Norton for problems of the strategy execution of Busan Port container operators and conducted the survey of 7-point scale targeting employees of Busan Port container operators for the variable measurement.

This research focuses on the issue of seismic retrofit prioritization based on the Caltrans' highway network serving Los Angeles and Orange counties. Retrofit prioritization is one of most important problems in earthquake engineering, and it is a problem that most decision makers face in the process of resource allocation. This study demonstrates the methods of prioritized resource allocation in the process of retrofitting a regional highway network. For the criteria of a retrofit ranking, seismic vulnerability and the importance of network link are first introduced. Subsequently, link-based seismic retrofit cases are simulated, investigating the effects of the seismic retrofit in terms of seismic performance, such as driver's delay. In this study, probabilistic scenario earthquakes are used to perform a probabilistic seismic risk analysis. The results show that the retrofit prioritization can be differently defined and ranked depending on the stakeholders. This study provides general guidelines for prioritization strategy for the effective retrofitting of a highway network system.

The purpose of this study was to explore the status of development, dissemination, and usage of web courseware for elementary school. Also, this study investigated the problems and improvement strategies. The subjects were 52 researchers from Offices of Education and private companies and 528 teachers and 527 students from elementary schools. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The study results indicated as follows: First, web courseware are insufficient. It is necessary to provide sufficient budgetary support for development of web courseware. Second, many of web courseware are inconsistent with the curriculum and class environment. To resolve this problem, more teachers should be involved in web courseware development. Third, web courseware usage level was very low because of the lack of information and training. In-service training program should be changed from computer literacy oriented to teaching method with web courseware.

This research is aimed at contributing to the education related to library space planning by carrying out a questionnaire survey on the recognition of libraries related to the education related to library space planning and supporting libraries in charge of library space planning through the result analysis. The following is a report on the direction and improvement of education based on a survey on the impact on subjects related to library space planning. First of all, education on library space planning should be centered on practical work of space planning. Second, the participation of librarians in the planning process of library space must be considered important for smooth communication with users and experts. Third, it is expected to be necessary to plan education methods and curriculums related to the planning of library space according to the size and budget of the library. Fourth, active public relations regarding library space planning education is necessary. The active promotion of library space education will emphasize the participation and necessity of librarians in space practice, and further contribute to the operation of libraries and the provision of library services to users.
