데이터 품질의 패러다임 변화에 따라 기업에서는 효과적인 의사결정지원을 위한 정보서비스의 품질 관리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 데이터 거버넌스 관점에서 행정기관 간 정보연계를 통해 민본 녹색 행정을 위한 '행정정보공동이용시스템'의 데이터 품질관련 현황을 분석하였다. 이와 관련하여 향후 정확하고 안전한 행정정보의 공동이용을 위한 정보서비스 품질관리체계 구축을 위한 대안으로서 데이터 거버넌스 관점의 행정정보 공유 데이터 품질관리체계 구축을 제시하는 바이다.

It is necessary to investigate the relationship between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence of hospital administrative staff and the effect of these factors on emotional intelligence. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between these factors and emotional intelligence and identified the convergence effect on emotional intelligence in hospital administrative staff. The subjects of the survey were randomly selected 212 administration staffs at 19 hospitals selected from the J area. The data collection was conducted for about a month from May 1 to 31, 2019. The form of the questionnaire used structured anonymous self-administered responses. Emotional intelligence showed a positive correlation between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment. According to the analysis, efforts to enhance ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment are needed to increase the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. The findings may be used as basic materials for hospital job management and industrial health education that will raise the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. Future research needs to investigate additional factors related to emotional intelligence and various emotional factors of hospital administrative staff.

As the citizens have the high level of knowledge and information in this society, they tend to participate the local government adminstration in various methods. The purpose of this study is to review the citizen participation programs which have been applied in local government administration, to determine the appropriate citizen participation programs for public libraries, to survey the Korean public libraries' citizen participation programs through the questionaries which have been developed and analyze the data, and to propose the success strategy of citizen participation programs in the public libraries. Also, tips for the efficient and dynamic public library administration by the citizen participation programs were provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the changes, complexity and ill effects of the public library administrative system in Korea, to analyze its previous research and improvement issues, and to suggest reform plans and subsequent action. To do so, the author has proposed a unification model for the library administrative system, the library status in the local administrative organization, and the library management plan of the local government. And the author has suggested various subsequent actions for the unification of the library administrative system, that is, the transfer of property, relief of the financial burden, removal of the disadvantages caused by the status change, adjustment of the library director's position, improving the personnel system of librarianship, and amendments to the relevant laws and regulations.

The archival objects are tangible evidence reflecting public work as forming archives which are administrative, historic, symbolic, cultural and artistic value. They are produced from the various countries so that they have different material and manufacture techniques. However there are difficulties in conservation and management because the material investigation and conservation management system are not established. Therefore this research presents fundamental data for the efficient conservation management by material investigation and condition check metal archival objects. Among the public official presents made of metal, 12 pieces which are discoloration, oxidation, loss or crack are chosen for this research. In order to examine extensive condition of metal archival objects, the condition check card used from the domestic museum and the national museum in Japan are collected and then the new check card is produced. X-ray is used to know the making technique, binding means between different material. Portable-XRF is also used for the chemical composition analysis of metal archival objects, and then classifying respectively according to their material. As a result of condition check, it is possible to investgate the appearance character, deteriorated parts and weak parts of structure. Also P-XRF could find out the composition of metal archival objects which is different from existing condition check card. Therefore the research results can be used as fundamental data for further conservation and management as well as long-term conservation.

Currently, 1/5,000 Digital Topographic Map covers the whole country with administrative boundary of Gu, while some region has already been constructed with 1/1,000 digital topographic map has legal boundary of Dong. Here, Dong in 1/1,000 scale represents the legal boundary which is used in the address most of time. Therefore, there is no administrative-Dong yet although it is very useful in various fields. In this study, we suggested a method to construct the administrative boundary extending to the level of Dong empirically. In addition, the practical application of the administrative boundary in GIS is discussed. Two methods are applied to construct the administrative boundary to the level of administration-Dong; using the edited cadastral map and the digital topographic map. When the edited cadastral map is used, some problems such as boundary discordance to superordinate administrative area is appeared. On the other hand, using digital topographic map showed simple construction processes and easy connection with other framework data. Therefore, it is recommended that the digital topographic map should be used in the construction of the administrative boundary. It would be useful as framework data in various industries and public operations.

Voice over Internet Protocol calls using administrative agency to build a national information and communication service, 'C' group, providers, the KT, SK Broadband, LG U+, Samsung SDS, as there are four operators. To prepare for an attack on Voice over Internet Protocol for administrative agency, security is a need for research to support the model. In this paper, the Internet telephone business of Administrative Agency to investigate and analyze the specific security measures to respond. Should set priorities around confidentiality about five security threats from NIS to Study of Voice over Internet Protocol Security Response Model for Administrative Agency. (1) Illegal wiretapping, (2) call interception, (3) service misuse, (4) denial of service attacks, (5) spam attacks, write about and analyze attack scenarios. In this paper, an analysis of protection by security threats and security breaches through a step-by-step system to address the research study is a step-by-step development of the corresponding model.
