Many areas of human activities are computerized with the wide spread use of computers and communication networks.Electrinic voting is an important social activity in democtatic society.The realization of electronic democracy is based on the sectrity of edectronic voting scheme.Therefore, it is necessary to use the cryto-graphic technique for secure electronic voting scheme.Therefore, it is necessary to use the cryto-graghic technique for secure election.In this stusy, an dedctronic voting scheme sutiable for large election is proposed.In order to make practi-cal volting scheme, we assume that the voting authorization center is trustful and the chaum's anonymous com-munication channel[6] prepared before the election day.The center authorizes the ballot of eligible voter by using the ID based digital signature scheme in the registeation stage.During the voting stage, undeniable chal-lenge/ response prorocol is performed between the center and the boters to ensure that the intemediate voting results should not affect the entire.The proprsed scheme fully conforms to the requirments of large scale election such as privacy of the voters, fairness, unresuability, unforgeability and eligbility.

The main purpose of this paper is to account for the so-called "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication in terms of Niklas Luhmann's communication theory. The communication theory of Niklas Luhmann which is constructed on the basis of the system theory is, despite its complexity, effective to shed light on many unique communicative phenomena. To understand the thematic diversity and ceaseless conjunction as the obtrusive characteristics of the "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication the adoption of the system-theoretical communication theory is required. Unlike Habermas's the theory of communicative action highlighting the consensus as decisive goal of communication, Luhmann maintains that the proliferation through diversification and persistence of communication even through refusal are also the communicative elements for its operation. This paper tries to demonstrate the uniqueness of "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication by virtue of the system-theoretical perspective.

Die Erkenntnistheorie von Berkeley entwickelt sich in der Auseinandersetzung mit den Lehren von Descartes und Locke, und sie ist als die idealistische Linie durch Hume mit dem deutschen Idealismus verbunden. Berkelez nimmt die Erfahrung als Ausgangspunkt der $M{\ddot{o}}glichkeit$ des Denkens an, und bei ihm kann die Erkenntnis durch die radikale Untersuchung des Objekts zur Sicherheit gelangen. Durch diese Untersuchung will er den Skeptizismus und die Spekulation, die sich auf das innere, unerfahrbare Wesen der Dinge bezieht, vernichten. Wir $k{\ddot{o}}nnen$ also bei ihm die Sinnesideen(ideas imprinted on the sense) als die Objekte der Erkenntnis, den Geist (mind) als das Subjekt der Erkenntnis und das $Ged{\ddot{a}}chtnis$ und die Einbildungkraft (memory and imagination) als die Vermittlung der Erkenntnis auffassen. Berkeley nennt solche Objekte die sinnlich von uns wahrgenommenen Dinge. Solche Dinge sind zwar wirkliche Dinge, aber sie bestehen als die durch die Sinne wahrgenommenen Ideen nicht $selst{\ddot{a}}ndig$ $au{\ss}erhalb$ der Geister, der sie wahrnimmt oder erkennt, existieren. Daher ist nach Berkeley 'esse'(das Sein solcher Dinge) 'percipi'(Wahrgenommenwerden): "esse est percipi".

Purpose - Our study examines the determinant factors of corporate financial fraud and whether the characteristics of outside directors tend to decrease the fraud in China. Design/methodology/approach - The data come from the enforcement actions of the Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The multiple regression analysis were hired in order to analyze the data. Findings - Firms that have smaller size, higher debt ratio, or lower return of assets are associated with the incidence of fraud. However, the firms that have a high proportion of outside directors on the board or whose outside directors have a high compensation are less likely to engage in fraud. Our results show that outside directors monitor the actions of managers and thus help deter fraudulent acts. On the other hand, fraud is more associated with the local outside directors rather than outside directors who are from other locations. Since local outside directors tend to be more related with managers of firms, they can lose their independence. Research implications or Originality - Our findings have implications for the design of appropriate outside directors systems for China-listed firms. Moreover, our results imply that recruiting outside directors from other regions can improve the expertise and independence of outside directors in China. Our study contributes to provide more useful information about investors' investment decisions or management oversight and regulators' decisions on audit activities by disclosing information relating to the characteristics of outside directors.

Recently, due to COVID-19, online remote classes and non-face-to-face exams have made it difficult to manage class attitudes and exam cheating. Therefore, there is a need for a system that automatically recognizes and detects the behavior of students online. Action recognition, which recognizes human action, is one of the most studied technologies in computer vision. In order to develop such a technology, data including human arm movement information and information about surrounding objects, which can be key information in online classes and exams, are needed. It is difficult to apply the existing dataset to this system because it is classified into various fields or consists of daily life action. In this paper, we propose a dataset that can classify attitudes in real-time online tests and classes. In addition, it shows whether the proposed dataset is correctly constructed through comparison with the existing action recognition dataset.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of North Korea defectors' living experiences in South Korea on their self-perceptions and perceptions of South Korea. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 66 defectors with no living experiences at all and 99 defectors with living experiences of an average of 2.7 years in South Korea. They were asked to rate their own as well as South Koreans' values, personality, attitudes toward sexual misbehavior, gender stereotypes. Also, they evaluated the society of South Korea and its political control. The results indicated that those defectors with living experiences tended to perceive more negatively their own and South Koreans as well, and yet that they were less negative for sexual misbehavior and weaker for gender stereotypes. Also, results suggested that living experiences led defectors to perceive South Korea in a more negative way. Those findings were discussed in terms of changes in culture.

Kon Satoshi is a representative animation film director who explores human's intrinsic self-identity based on ambivalence and delivers a message for self-reflection of entity. The aim of this study is to analyze the persona of character according to the way how a self incorporates with another self in his film; that is to say, how a mask of the personality expresses and realizes itself from the perspectives of the Jung's analytical psychology. The persona, defined as the upmost external personality, involves social behavior playing a specific role to establish constant relationship with others in a society. With increasing demand in a society, individuals get to adapt to outer environment by playing his/her given role in various masks of personality. In this way, although persona acts as a major function in relationship with outer world, it would exert a negative influence on formation of self-identity because of the inconsistency between consciousness and unconsciousness when immersed only in mask of personality, complying excessively with the demand of group. However, persona does not always have a negative effect on relationships. Developed adequately to fulfill its social function, persona is helpful to establish a healthy self-identity with balanced control between inner world of unconsciousness and outer world of consciousness. From these perspectives, this study can identify how the desire of mask hidden inside of each character expresses to function in a positive or negative way by analyzing characters in the film according to integrated pattern and correlation between consciousness and unconsciousness. Additionally, I hope that the psychological research methods in this study will be full of help for interpreting on a character analysis as a theoretical approach.

This purpose of this study was to address the issue of forgiving unforgivable crimes, inevitably raised in Paul Ricoeur's thoughts. He explores the possibility of righteous historical representation of tragic events in Western history. Being aware of injustices of amnesty indiscriminately extended by the government, he studied the process through in which a genuine pardon should unfold before granting amnesty. He believes that this process called the "odyssey of forgiveness" presupposes the process of "imputability," in which the perpetrator should acknowledge his/her wrongdoing as his/her act and take reasonable responsibilities for it in a modest position. However, such acknowledgement of wrongdoing cannot be any reason for the victim to necessarily grant forgiveness to the perpetrator. According to him, forgiveness is a gift and the power of love enabled by a complete forgiver only. The initiative of forgiveness is attributable to the forgiver only. To never relinquish tension between love and justice in the forgiving process, he devises a way of planning an equation of forgiveness in a vertical scheme. Finally, he explains the process of requesting and granting forgiveness in a form of a righteous historical representation against the oblivion of past tragic events. He contends that this event of forgiveness promises a new life and a new era to all seeking and granting forgiveness, and that write a righteous history in eschatological hope.

Macro(automatic hunting) of mobile game is a program that touch the screen by defined rules like a game bot in PC online games, and it is used by make various ways like android application or windows application program. This gives honest users deprivation and make to lose their interest. Finally they would leave the game and gradually game life would be shorten. Although many studies to prevent these problems in PC online game are conducted, applying mobile game to PC's way is difficult because mobile games are limited to use the network and device performance is different with PC. In this paper, we propose a framework for macro detection by using the touch event information. A touch event on the mobile game is a necessary control command to the game. Because macro touches the screen with the same pattern, there is a difference between normal user's behavior and macro's operation. In mobile games that casual games are mostly, Touch event is the best difference that identify normal user against macro for a short period of time. As a result of detecting macros used in real mobile game by using the proposed framework it showed 100% accuracy and 0% false positive rate.

Design prototype is described from the stately aspect as a principle of formative art, and from the shapeable aspect of physical feature. The prototype can be a common denominator which is contained in one nation's culture, art and life, as the thing which corresponds to the daily industrial craft, architecture and art's production intention and activity with the thought and background of the culture. We have formed the design prototypes with time and space in the process which absorbs and integrates the new culture. Modern Korean design's prototype can be seen in the late Chosun. As the upper culture and sub-culture were combined, the active culture was developed. Nobody can deny that Chosun's culture and art becomes a basis of today's design and Korea's beauty. In creating the design prototype, the natural environmental factors such as topography and climate are the most important. Such natural environmental factor led the design recognition of art and craft art, as well as an architecture and indoor environment's form. Korea design produced the artisan sprite which is devoted to a moral duty and instinct as our nation's nature and emotion, and ensured the emotional process not the rational process. So, it created naturalism which accepted the material and shape. Our design prototype's path tracking as an energy of future society's new design identity, can be the important theme for our design development.
