For effective building maintenance, the collection and management of various maintenance date such as work history information and material information is required. Despite the introduction of information management technologies and systems to reduce the amount of maintenance work of buildings, which have become larger and more complex, the maintenance information is not being utilized properly. As an alternative, research on the introduction and utilization of BIM is being conducted continuously. However, the BIM models generated at the design phase are not utilized in practice due to a lack of architectural maintenance information. This study proposed a COBie document prototype to support BIM-based smart maintenance tasks performed by building managers. In order to formalize various types of maintenance work procedures, a BIM-based maintenance process model is presented in two categories: inspection and maintenance. Among the BIM attribute data of the BIM model generated at the design phase, the parameters corresponding to the maintenance necessary information for each basic process are derived. Based on this, we proposed a COBie document prototype consisting of seven spreadsheets. The results of a case study confirmed that the KBIMS library-based BIM model created at the design phase without the maintenance information can be used at the maintenance phase.

Many large-scale enterprises have developed software systems to build management information system for their business. However, it is hard to maintain share ability of data, compatibility of operation methedology, and interoperability among subsystems when the development project progresses since each distributed team prepares a development plan for its subsystem and must have poor communication problem among those teams. We must apply software configuration management to the whole life cycle of the software system in order to solve those Problems. We need a model and a repository in order to execute configuration management on configuration products like document, data, and source code which are generated through the life cycle of software development. In this paper, we suggest a model for configuration change control where cross- referencing among life cycle Phases and data-sharing are highlighted, and define ER model to use IRDS(Information Resource Dictionary system) and IRD schemas.

정보 시스템 개발은 크게 계획, 분석, 설계, 구축의 네 단계로 이루어진다. 이중 사용자 요구사항을 파악하는 분석 단계는 시스템개발 수명주기에 있어 가장 큰 비중을 갖는다. 또한 수명주기의 초기 단계에서 발견되지 못한 결점은 개발이 진행될수록 수정하는데 많은 비용과 노력을 필요로 하게 되어 분석 결과물의 품질은 전체 시스템 품질에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 분석 단계의 주요 작업은 데이터 모델링과 프로세스 모델링이다. 이중 데이터 모델리을 위한 지식베이스 시스템 개발에 대한 노력은 기존 연구에서 수행되어 왔으나 프로세스 모델링을 위한 지식베이스 시스템에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 특히 최근 User Interaction이 많은 시스템이 점점 증가하고 있는 추세에 적합한 프로세스 모델링 방법과 지식베이스에 대한 연구가 필요하다.이 연구에서는 사용자 상호작용이 많은 시스템 환경에서의 프로세스 모델링을 위한 절차를 제안하고, 제안된 절차를 효과적으로 지원하고 결과물의 품질을 보증하기 위한 지식베이스 시스템을 구축한다. 모델은 다음의 주요 작업들로 구성된다: 이벤트 분석, 프로세스 분석, 이벤트/프로세스 상호작용 분석. 이벤트 분석은 영향을 주는 이벤트와 그로 인해 수행되어야 하는 업무 절차(Response)를 파악한다. 프로세스 분석은 이벤트 분석과는 독립적으로 수행되며 상위 수준의 업무부터 최하위 수준의 프로세스까지 도출한다. 이벤트/프로세스 상호작용 분석은 이벤트와 프로세스의 분석 결과를 상호 검증하기 위하여 실시된다. 제안된 프로세스 모델링 방법을 지원하기 위한 지식베이스 시스템을 웹 환경에서 구현하였다. 구현된 지능형 robot과 spider 등으로 구성된, 신뢰성 있고 지능적인 MP3 검색 엔진 지원 시스템의 설계와 구현 결과 그리고 성능 등을 종합적으로 요약한다.실어증 환자들은 화시적 대명사를 조응적 대명사보다 더 잘 처리하는 동일한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 실험 결과들은 실어증 환자들이 뇌손상으로 인해 문법적 언어처리에는 어려움을 보이지만 비언어적인, 세상 지식과 관련된 화시적 대명사의 처리는 가능할 것이라는 가설을 뒷받침 해준다. 또한 이러한 실험 결과를 통해 대명사의 기능적인 측면에서 화시와 조응의 처리가 구분되어 있음을 보여준다.l mechanism is concentrate on only the reaction zone. As a part of efforts to reduce the global emissions of greenhouse gases, the Kyoto Protocol was signed by major developed countries ("Annex I" countries). According to the Kyoto protocol, the Emission Trading Scheme that derives a trading market of the $CO_2$ emission rights is appeared. It causes that business institutions give lots of efforts to reduce $CO_2$ by using new environmentally sound technologies or increasing efficiency in production. On the while there have been several studies trying to develop a methodology to measure the effect of $CO_2$ reduction and its monetary value. In this research we suggest ECRE (Evaluation of $CO_2$ Reduction in E-transformation) model which can measure the $CO_2$ reduction effect through the introduction of G2B system. ECRC model was developed based on the IPCC methodology. ECRC model measures the two major effects of the $CO_2$ reduction which are '$CO_2$ reduction effect from transportation' and '$CO_2$ reduction effect from the decrease of paper use'. In this paper, we calculate the economic effect of $CO_2$ reduction with the case of the G2B system in Korea. This research suggests a basic methodology to measure the $CO_2$ reduction performance for the e-transformed institution.

Various problems are occurring as teachers and student's parents communicate directly through mobile phones. In this study, a service model was proposed that allows teachers and student's parents to communicate through SNS platforms without knowing each other's mobile phone numbers. In the civil complaint communication service model proposed in this study provides, communication key sets are provided as public data, and a commonly used SNS platform uses the relevant relationship information to implement communication. This model also has expandability that can be applied not only to teachers, but also to ① officers who need to communicate with the parents of soldiers, ② nursing, health and nursing care personnel who frequently contact patient caregivers, and ③ welfare officials.

As more than 80 percent of tasks within corporations are performed through information systems, they have become large in scale and complicated, which make the range of the system users diverse and specialized. and as recent corporate strategies focus on the real-time environment in businesses, the organizational structure within companies tend to show frequent changes. In order to ensure the business continuity in this environment, the most important aspect is to prevent incompleteness of business by narrowing the gap of understanding of business process between the system users and the maintenance managers. In order to address this problem, this study suggests a modeling method that utilizes business scenarios reflecting actual business rules and procedures which ultimately transforms the optimized and standardized form of business scenarios into the actual software maintenance activities. This modeling method improves reusability and usability through the repeated feedback mechanism for modified software by leading to gradual fine-grained process. The feasibility of this is to be proven by applying the modeling method to the real business environment.

The development of smart devices has affected employees' working environments and their lives. However, using smart devices is causing employees to experience technostress. This study aims to investigate the effects of technostress in using smart devices on usage intention in an organization. Moreover, the study investigates the effect of employees' stress-coping methods on the intention to use smart devices. This study posits familiarity, use innovativeness, role ambiguity, system vulnerability, technological limitation, and ubiquity as the antecedents of technostress. Data collected from 317 users who have experience in using smart devices in organizations are empirically tested against a research model using the PLS graph. Analysis results show that role ambiguity, system vulnerability, and technological limitation significantly influence technostress. Moreover, users take up emotion-focused coping behaviors because of technostress. Emotion-focused coping behaviors affect usage intention in organizations. However, technostress and problem-focused coping behaviors do not directly affect usage intention in organizations.

최근에 ITU-R에서 30～3,000MHz 주파수 범위에서 사용할 수 있는 포괄적인 전계 강도 커브를 제시하고 있다. ITU-R Question 중의 하나인 의제 210/3에서 요구하는 내용은 '30MHz～3GHz 대역의 육상이동과 지상방송 업무를 위한 전파전파 예측절차'이다. 이러한 의제를 WP SG3에서 연구하여 부속서 3K/TEMP/4에 정리하였다. 본 논문에서는 위 부속서 3K/TEMP/4에 나와있는 전송손실 예측 그래프의 적용범위와 적용환경을 알아보기 위해 일반적인 실험적 경로손실 예측식인 Okumura-Hata 모델 그리고 Cost231-Hata 모델과 비교 분석하였다.

As the systematic management of knowledge within an organization is recognized as a core factor for the continuous growth of an organization, organizations are increasing their interest in knowledge management. Knowledge management requires the active sharing of knowledge by insiders of the organization, but there are cases of failure due to the lack of participation of leaders and employees of the organization. The purpose of this study is to suggest a mechanism by which the authentic leadership of leaders in small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), which are relatively lacking in knowledge production capacity, leads to intention to share knowledge of employees. In addition, the study confirms that reciprocal feedback and task interdependence moderate the relationship between antecedent factors and intention to share knowledge. In this study, a research model was derived based on precedent research, and 272 samples were obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey on employees of SME that introduced a knowledge management policy. And, the study verified the hypothesis by applying structural equation modeling based on AMOS 22.0. The results of the study proved that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge through organization identification and organization commitment, and confirmed that reciprocal feedback and work interdependence moderate the relationship between knowledge sharing intentions and antecedent factors. This study suggests the mechanism by which the authentic behavior of the leaders of SMEs affects the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, and suggests that work cooperation strengthens the influence of the mechanism.
