과학 연구 윤리 가치관 변화를 위한 초등 과학교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Elementary Science Education Programs for Changing Students' Scientific Research Ethical Views)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop science education programs for changing students' science research ethical views, and to investigate the types and features of their views, and to examine their changes overtime. The subject of this study was one 6th grade class(41 students) at an elementary school located in Seoul. The scientific research ethical education programs developed in the study was applied through 8 lessons over 4 weeks. The results of this study show that 3 types of science research ethical views were appeared in elementary students participated in this study: 'human technology centered views', 'value ecology centered views' and the mixed views. The numbers of students, who changed their views from type I or type II to type III, were significantly increased. Students with type III appeared to actively involve in classroom activities aligned with science research ethical issues. The results imply that intended science ethical education program can affect students' ethical views on science. It is also important to aware that teacher's effective assistance and help contribute to students' meaningful changes on their traditional scientific ethical views. Educational implications on science education are discussed.

달 탐사위성 개발 현황

  • 인류는 달을 보며 우주개발에 대한 꿈을 꾸어왔다. 60년대에서 70년대 중반까지 미 소간의 우주경쟁으로 달 탐사에 큰 예산을 들여 마침내 인류를 달에 착륙시켜 달 탐사를 실현할 수 있었다. 이젠 화성에 인류를 보내기 위한 전초기지를 달에 구축하려고 다시금 미국이 달 탐사를 가동시켰다. 이에 따라 세계 여러 나라가 달에 대해 다시 관심을 고조 시키고 있다. 그래서 이 논문에서는 90년대와 최근에 재 시작된 달 탐사위성의 개발동향을 조사하여 기술하였다. 대상 위성 프로젝트는 미국의 클레멘타인과 루나 프로스펙터, 유럽연합의 스마트-1호, 일본의 셀레네, 중국의 창어-1호, 인도의 찬드라얀-1호, 미국의 LRO 달 탐사 궤도선, 러시아의 루나-글로브 위성들의 주요특성과 탑재체, 지상국, 임무궤적 및 달 임무 궤도에 대해 개괄적으로 기술하였다. 기술 특징으로는 위성 제작기술 발전에 따라 경량화에 중점을 두어 위성을 소형화 하였으며, 통신방식에 있어서는 X 및 Ka대역을 사용하여 데이터 전송속도를 현저히 증가 시켰으며, 위성 및 지상의 안테나의 크기를 줄일 수 있었으며, 전기추력기를 사용하여 소형위성으로도 달 탐사를 실현시켰다. 그리고 다른 나라에서 개발되는 달 탐사위성의 개발 예산을 살펴보면 약 1억불 정도이면 소형 급의 위성을 개발하여 달 궤도에 진입시켜 달 과학탐사 임무를 수행할 수 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 우리나라도 지난 15년 이상 지구궤도 위성을 성공적으로 개발하며 구축한 기술을 바탕으로 달 탐사 위성의 개발에 대한 가능성을 가지고 있다고 본다. 이제 우리나라도 인류의 미래우주개발의 일익을 담당하고자 달 탐사위성 프로젝트를 준비해야한다

  • In this paper, for constrained optimization problem, one multi-objective optimization algorithm that ensures both performance robustness and constraint feasibility is proposed when uncertainties are involved in design variables. In the proposed algorithm, the gradient index of objective function assisted by design sensitivity with the help of finite element method is applied to evaluate robustness; the reliability calculated by the sensitivity-assisted Monte Carlo simulation method is used to assess the feasibility of constraint function. As a demonstration, the performance and numerical efficiency of the proposed method is investigated through application to the optimal design of TEAM problem 22--a superconducting magnetic energy storage system.

학교 체험환경교육이 초등학생의 친환경적 행동변화에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of School Experience Environmental Education on Changing the Elementary Students' Pro-Environmental Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was that verify the difference of pro-environmental behavior according to be present or not of experience environmental education for developing pro-environmental and show basic material to prepare efficient operation plans of experience environmental education is based on factor which effect of pro-environmental behavior difference according to the types. Elementary schools were divided through existence and nonexistence of an experience environmental education than I was checked up the pro-environmental behavior of students, who joined in different environmental educations each other. It was analysis by dividing into an environmental education of school, an educator (teacher, environmental-interpreter), and fields for environmental education (school inside and outside) to know types of experience environmental education. In result, elementary schoolers who experienced an experience environmental education at school class, had higher an environment-friendly behavior and elementary schoolers, who experienced an experience environmental education at class from environmental-interpreter, had higher an environment-friendly behavior by and large. As a result, this study showed that the area based on their residential quarter and an experience environmental education with realistic plans to connect with social environmental education for developing pro-environmental carrying out the most positive effect.

NaOCl 처리 농도 및 시간에 따른 희귀식물 자란(Bletilla striata Rchb.f.)의 종자 발아 및 활력 연구 (Vitality and germination of Bletilla striata Rchb.f. seed according to treatment time and concentration of NaOCl)

  • This study was conducted to examine the vitality of Bletilla striata Rchb.f. seed treated with different concentrations sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) for different lengths of time. This study also examined the effect of NaOCl treatment times and concentrations on swelling formation and seed germination of B. striata seed. The non-treated B. striata seed had the highest survival rate (82.7%) Treatment with more than 1.5% NaOCl negatively affected the seed survival rate, as compared to concentrations of less than 1%. The swelling formation and seed germination percentages were highest (90.1% and 94.1%, respectively) when seeds were treated with 0.5% NaOCl for 20 min. These results can be used as important basic data for the growth and restoration of B. striata and further suggest the possibility of individual restoration in habitats.

근대화와 김치문화 (Modernization and Kimchi culture)

  • The modernization process of Korea, which can be considered westernization, has influenced Korean folk culture. In this process the kimchi culture could be destroyed. However the kimchi culture has survived very well to date. This study was conducted to investigate the cause of this survival of the kimchi culture. To accomplish this, the enormous influence of modernization on kimchi culture and the cause of its successful survival was investigated in the middle region of the Korean peninsula. We think that the kimchi culture can survive because of the inherent system and structure. Kimchi is composed of vegetables, salt, seasoning, and salted seafood (jeotgal), which are systemized. We also described the kimchi ethnography in this region to study the regional characteristics. The eastern coast uses a different method to salt the cabbage during the production of Kimchi, namely it uses seawater to accomplish this. Additionally, pollak broth is used instead of jeotgal. However nowadays the regional uniqueness of kimchi culture has greatly disappeared in large part, and Korean kimchi is standardized in this region.

아버지의 놀이성과 놀이참여도가 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fathers' Playfulness and Play Participation on Preschoolers' Peer Competence)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of fathers' playfulness and play participation on preschoolers' peer competence. Methods: The participants in the study were 325 preschoolers and their fathers. The survey method was used to investigate fathers' playfulness, fathers' average level of play participation as well as playtime with their children and preschoolers' peer competence. In order to analyze the data, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were utilized. Results: The results showed that fathers' playfulness and play participation were different according to the fathers' weekly working hours. It was found that the higher the cheerfulness of the sub-factors of fathers' playfulness was, the higher the sociability of sub-factors of preschoolers' peer competence was. The amount of fathers' play time with children as well as the average level of play participation, which is the qualitative aspect of fathers' play participation, was found to affect preschoolers' peer competence and the three sub-factors of competence. Conclusion/Implications: The findings implied that fathers' active play participation with children is important and that there is a need to improve working conditions in order for fathers to have time to play with their children.

전기 정전용량을 기반으로 U-net 모델을 이용한 반도체 후단 공정의 잔류물 모니터링 (Residual deposit monitoring of semiconductor back-end process using U-net model based on the electrical capacitance)

  • 본 논문에서는, 시뮬레이션 상에서 반도체 후단 공정의 프로세스를 구현하고 파이프 내부 상황을 모니터링하기 위해 전기 정전용량을 기반으로 한 U-net 모델을 적용하였다. 배관에 부착된 전극에서 측정한 정전용량 값은 U-net 네트워크 모델의 입력 데이터로 사용되며, 모델을 통해 추정한 유전율 분포를 가지고 파이프 단면을 이미지화하였다. 성능 평가를 위해 수치 시뮬레이션 얀에서 U-net 모델, FCNN(Fully-connected neural network) 모델, Newton-Raphson 방법으로 재구성한 이미지를 비교한 결과, U-net이 다른 이미지 복원 방식보다 좋은 복원 성능을 보였다.

  • 버섯에서 추출되는 생리활성물질얀 ${\beta}$-glucan은 탁월한 항암 효과를 갖는 물질이다. 특히 Agaricus blazei에 $\beta$-glucan이 많이 포함되어 있는 것으로 보고되어져 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 마이 크로웨이브를 사용하여 아가리쿠스버섯으로부터 ${\beta}$-glucan을 추 출하는 공정의 추출효율을 극대화하는 것으로, 다양한 추출시간 과 마이크로웨이브 출력을 이용하여 최적 운전조건을 결정하였 다. 최적 마이크로웨이브의 최적 출력은 200, 500, 650 watt의 경우에서 실험하여 결정하였다. 추출물질의 구조와 농도 분석은 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy와 infrared spectroscopy 를 이용하여 수행하였다 본 실험 결과로 마이크로웨이브를 이 용한 추출의 다당류 수율이 전통적 인 열수추출방법보다 향상됨을 확인하였고, 소량의 용매와 짧은 추출 시간으로 향상된 수율을 얻을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

미시구조를 고려한 3차원 직교직물 복합재료 평판의 저속충격 거동해석 (low Velocity Impact Behavior Analysis of 3D Woven Composite Plate Considering its Micro-structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차원 직교 직물 복합재료의 구성성분인 얀(Yarn)의 기하학적인 형상을 고려하여 직접수치모사(DNS) 모델을 개발하고 이를 이용하여 직교 직물 복합재료 평판의 저속충격 현상을 모사하였다. 미시구조를 보다 상세하고 정확하게 고려하기 위하여 토우 간격과 굴곡 등을 고려한 단위 구조를 제시하고 이를 이용하여 DNS 기반의 평판모델을 구현하였다. 정적 가상 실험을 통하여 얻은 DNS 모델의 거시적 등가 물성치를 바탕으로 한 거시기계학적 해석과의 비교하였고, DNS 모델을 이용하여 기존의 거시기계학적 모델에서 구현이 어려운 기하학적인 형상 차이에 따른 저속충격 현상의 영향을 고찰하였다. 그리고 보다 실제 실험에 가까운 가상 시편의 크기를 고려하고 해석의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 DNS개념에 기반한 멀티스케일 모델을 개발하여 거시/미시 해석 결과 특성을 함께 고찰하였다.
