In this paper, local industry target by analyzing the actual state of engineering education-oriented, demand for engineering education to come up with ways to improve. To this end, training human resources training program in engineering education practice Caps-tone design, Cooperative system, contract-type as the main theme of human resources in the southwestern industrial target academic staff investigate the actual conditions were run cooperative education programs. Survey, southwestern regional industry operating experience, most industry-university cooperative education program that was unsatisfactory. In addition, promoting Cooperative system experience in the industry will promote the future looked reservation position, while the Caps-tone design is somewhat academic partners participating a majority opinion education program run by the model will be developing. Regional strategy based on future demand for industry-oriented engineering education program for running is to come up with ways improvements.

The National Library of Korea, Sejong plays a central role in maximizing the development and provision of policy information services in Korea. In order to perform its functions, systematic and practical strategies for policy information development are essential. Besides, in order to establish the identity of the National Library of Korea, Sejong as a specialized library of policy information services and to maximize the capacity, the development strategies for policy information needs to be suggested. This study, in this regard, propose strategies for the development of policy information collection. Specifically, we suggest that both guidelines of collection development policy for general collection, and practical guidelines of collection development specific to policy information.

In this study, we aim to search the utilization plan of primary 3-4 mathematics textbooks for 'Flipped Classroom' practice. In the flipped classroom, students are required to manipulate more rigorous concepts, deal with realistic problems and various activities, and discussions. Researcher analyzed the new mathematics textbooks of primary 3-4 grade that is applied 2014. The criteria of analysis was made of the instructional model for 'Flipped Classroom' that was set up by previous researcher. To practice the flipped classroom, teachers need to design their classes carefully for using selectively many materials of the textbooks to make students participate discussion in the classroom actively and to consider their interests and levels.

Purpose: This research aims at exploring what early childhood teachers experienced in the teachers' community for the national-level curriculum implementation while participating in group consulting. Method: The participants were 10 teachers working at the day care centers located in the capital area. They had joined this study for 9 months, sharing and practicing various strategies related to curriculum implementation through community-based group consulting. Result: First, the teachers came to understand the frame of curriculum from a different point of view. Second, the teachers focused not only on the contents of education but on the methods of education, and shared the forest of feasibility crossing educational plans and the reality. Third, they found various methods to solve the problems and learned transformation ways in the context of curriculum implementation. Fourth, it was verified that nevertheless, there was still complicated and situational dilemma in curriculum implementation. Conclusion: The community-based group consulting was meaningful for the early childhood teachers because it enables them to enhance their professional techniques for the curriculum implementation.

This study investigated IRA's 3 standards related to reading instruction and examined the value which can be meaningful to Korean situation. IRA divided reading educators into 7 types and proposed each detailed professional standard through the 'Standards for reading professionals'. The next standard called 'Standards for the English language art' described their direction and content for English language education including reading instruction. The 'Standards for the assessment of reading and writing' aims at the basis to evaluate students' reading ability. The value found through these standards is as follow: IRA's reading professionals standard can be a useful way to define the type of reading educator in Korea. A reading instruction standard like IRA's language art standard can guide reading instruction of Korean libraries in a more systemic and consistent way. A valid evaluation standard to measure students' reading ability can show the possibilities to define the students who struggle with reading and to provide more suitable instruction for them.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, scholars at institutions of higher education around the world are transitioning their teaching, service, and research into online settings; for many this may be a new and challenging experience. While many of the best practices associated with research in traditional or face-to-face settings also apply to research in or via online settings, there are some additional challenges and nuances that researchers must adequately address and plan for due to the affordances and limitations of online settings. This paper discusses the key issues of privacy, informed consent, trust and trustworthiness, and retention through the literature and provides practical recommendations based on evidence and experience from two different online research projects. The reflections on and examples from these two research projects contextualize the above issues and act as evidence to inform research as a practice. The authors hope this evidence and practical guidance may help researchers better prepare for research in a socially distanced world.

The purpose of this study is to understand students' use intentions of Web Based Collaborative Learning (WBCL) system. To meet this purpose, we developed a research model based on the Decomposed TPB. This model contains 5 influencing factors: Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived easy of use(PEOU), Perceived Playfulness(PP). Data was collected 254 university students from two different institutions. Also, the analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing by using PLS 3.0. The result shows that influence factors except PEOU have a important and significant impact on user Behavior Intention(BI). Using WBCL system and learning tool, team leader(that is referent) and members can be a good interaction. For these same reasons, We found that especialy Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI) are special influence factors in reference group.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the textbooks of counseling skills and techniques to understand what contents are included and to identify differences of contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. 5 psychological counseling textbooks and 4 career counseling textbooks were to analyse. First of all, each textbook contains various contents from the author's viewpoint. Therefore, educators need to understand the characteristics of the textbooks, when they choose the textbook among them. Secondly, there are common contents and different contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. The common contents are 'skills based on counseling theory', 'counseling relationship', interview and counseling process skills', 'client assessment and understanding', 'multicultural counseling'. 'Response skills' are regarded as the most important content in psychological counseling textbooks, while 'client assessment and understanding' being the most important in career counseling textbooks.

Teachers play key roles in classroom instruction. The perceptions and orientations of teachers about teaching have substantial effect on the practical context of science teaching. Analyzing science teacher's perceptions and orientations about Earth Systems Education (ESE) offers an opportunity to figure out how the goals of ESE might be dealt with. In this study, lesson plans developed by and in-depth interview results with two teachers were analyzed in terms of ESE perceptions. ESE orientations were also investigated in terms of teaching orientations and integration orientations. Research results showed that the teacher's deep understandings about 'Global Scientific Literacy (GSL)', the ultimate goal of ESE, precede the sound ESE teaching in the classroom. To enhance teachers' GSL, exemplary aspects of various integration, including networked integration, should be provided specifically to teachers. Also, the institutionalized approaches to developing ESE curriculum could help classroom teachers activate ESE teaching in their classroom.

It is described that the total analysis of CD-R, a digital recording media, including the planning and performing chemical analysis of cross sectional structure of recording layer, dye composition and chemical structure as an example of design for chemical analysis. Since chemical analysis of unknown sample is often involved the complicated process requiring many experiences and knowledge, students feel difficulties in planning the procedure of chemical analysis and selecting analytical methods. Thus, an example of chemical analysis is provided here to help student understanding the hole procedure of CD-R analysis. In this study, SEM is used to determine the cross sectional structure of PC substrate and recoding layer of CD-R. The dyes in recording layer is dissolved with solvent and separated with using TLC, analyzed with using UV-Vis absorption spectrometer. Then, the chemical structure of each component is determined with using GC-MS, NMR and mass spectrometer.
