The purpose of this study was to investigate the menstrual pain, clinical practice stress, and clinical competence and identify influencing factors of clinical competence of 3rd nursing students who start clinical practice for the first tim. The survey was conducted on 155 nursing students from June 1 to October 30, 2020. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The degree of influence menstrual pain was 5.01points, clinical practice stress was 2.82points, clinical competence was 3.42points. Menstrual pain was positive correlated with clinical practice stress(r=.319, p=.000), and menstrual pain was negative correlated with clinical competence(r=-.279, p=.000). Clinical practice stress was negative correlated with clinical competence(r=-.333, p=.005). Menstrual pain was main factor that affects clinical competence. The model explained 25.0% of the variables. Therefore, intervention education is needed to reduce menstrual pain in order to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.

This study was conducted to identify the correlation between the self-efficacy, communication competence, and clinical practice satisfaction of dental hygiene students and the factors affecting clinical practice satisfaction. The data survey was conducted on 201 students of Chungcheong Province who experienced clinical practice. Data were analyzed by anova and logistic regression analysis. As a result of the study, clinical practice satisfaction was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.337), communication competence (r=.293) and self-efficacy was positively correlated with communication competence (r=.633). Factors affected to clinical practice satisfaction were self-efficacy, academic score, and major satisfaction. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop clinical practice education programs that can enhance students' self-efficacy and improve their communication competence.

This study aimed to identify factors influencing clinical practice abilities in nursing students after implementing simulation education. The study subjects and data collection were conducted from September 1st to October 30th, 2022, targeting 106 fourth-year nursing students. The research design employed descriptive correlational analysis. The research tools included critical thinking, self-efficacy, practical competence, and practicum satisfaction, with statistical analysis performed using SPSS version 27.0. The results revealed Practical competence showed a significant correlation with practicum satisfaction, and it demonstrated a positive correlation with critical thinking and self-efficacy. Factors influencing practical competence were practicum satisfaction (β=.85 p<.001) and self-efficacy (β=.25, p<.05), with an explanatory power of 57.0% (F=13.25, p<.001).

Teaching competence is the best part of mathematics teachers's competence. It need to make instruction plan by oneself, systematic self-reflection and improvement in instruction performance for development of teaching competence of pre-service mathematics teacher. So teaching practicum is the necessary process to teaching experience. The purpose of this study aimed to find the effect of self-esteem and communication competence on clinical practice stress of the Korean nursing students. A total of 198 nursing students participated in this study. Data collection was conducted through the use of questionnaires constructed to include the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, Global Interpersonal Communication Competence, and the Clinical Competence Scale. As a result, self-esteem, communication competence, and clinical practice stress of the Korean nursing students were found to be(Self-esteem: $3.4{\pm}0.57$; Communication competence: $3.5{\pm}0.42$; Clinical practice stress: $3.6{\pm}0.58$). Also, the nursing students with female(85.4%), experience of simulation on clinical training(72.2%) were found to have significantly higher clinical practice stress. Moreover, there were significant correlations between self-esteem and undesirable role model(r=.156, p=.029), communication competence and clinical practice stress(r=-.329, p<.001). The factors affecting clinical practice stress were communication competence, gender, satisfaction of clinical practice, and experience of simulation on clinical training. They amounted to 27.8% in clinical practice stress. The results indicate a need to develop effective teaching methods and learning strategies to decrease clinical practice stress of the nursing students.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify critical thinking disposition, clinical performance, and satisfaction of clinical practice in a college nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from self reported questionnaires about clinical performance, and critical thinking disposition given to 55 nursing students at June, 2017. Results: The mean score of total clinical performance was 3.70 (${\pm}.54$). Total critical thinking disposition was 3.57 (${\pm}.44$) and clinical satisfaction was 3.93 (${\pm}.72$). Regarding clinical performance, psycho-social competence was highest followed by basic care competence, educational care competence, nursing process competence, observing and monitoring competence, and nursing intervention competence. Critical thinking disposition had a significant positive correlation with clinical competence. Conclusion: Results of this study suggest that developing various clinical education and teaching learning methods for clinical competence is necessary to promote critical thinking disposition of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 정신간호실습을 위해 역할극을 활용한 의사소통능력 강화 프로그램을 적용하고, 그 효과를 검정하기 위함이다. 적용된 프로그램은 실제 실습현장에서 접하기 쉬운 사례를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션의 한 방법인 역할극을 주요한 교수방법으로 구성하여 적용하었다. 역할극을 활용한 의사소통능력 강화 프로그램을 통해 간호대학생들은 의사소통 지식과 의사소통 수행능력, 의사소통 자기효능감, 학습동기 및 교육만족도 향상에 효과적이었다.

Recently, the necessity and importance of entrepreneurship education in universities in terms of nurturing creative talents and career paths have been emphasized. This study attempted to examine the mechanism of how the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education affects career maturity by dividing it into theoretical education and practical entrepreneurship education with problem-solving competency rather than a single dimension. This study performed an empirical analysis using Smart PLS for 153 college students. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that theoretical and practical entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on problem-solving ability. Second, theoretical entrepreneurship education had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. but practical entrepreneurship education did not have a direct significant effect on career maturity. Third, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Finally, the mediating effect analysis revealed that problem-solving ability had mediating effects on both entrepreneurship education and career maturity of college students. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it presents the effectiveness and direction of entrepreneurship education both in theory and practice at a time when it is urgent to foster inspiring and creative talent in universities to meet the demands of the times. In particular, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship education conducted at universities is required to upgrade the curriculum, content, methodology, and subject design of practical entrepreneurship education, and there is an urgent need for improvement so that the effect of practical entrepreneurship education can have a significant effect on career maturity.

This study was conducted to understand the correlation between clinical practice stress, grit, self-efficacy, and clinical performance of nursing students and to identify factors affecting clinical performance. A survey was conducted on 160 students in 3rd and 4th grade students enrolled in a nursing department located in G city. As a result of the study, clinical performance was negatively correlated with clinical practice stress(r=-.383, p< .001) and positively correlated with grit(r=.310, p< .001), self-efficacy (r=.327, p< .001). Factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing students were clinical practice stress(β=-.37, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction (β=.35, p< .001), self-efficacy (β=.31, p< .001), grit (β=.28, p< .001) and the explanatory power was 42.8%. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the clinical performance of nursing students, it is necessary to reduce the clinical practice stress and make them satisfied with the clinical practice. The purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of improvement in performance confidence and executive ability after conducting field adaptation education to dental hygiene students who start their first field practice. Thirty dental hygiene students were evaluated with performance confidence, indirect and direct evaluation of practical skill before and after the field adaptation education was conducted for 15 hours. Also field practice satisfaction was investigated after field practice. A paired t-test was conducted to compare performance confidence, indirect executive ability, and direct practical ability before and after education. Pearson's correlation was performed on the correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction. Linear regression analysis was performed to identify the influencing factors of field practice satisfaction. As a results, performance confidence, indirect and direct practical skills of after field adaptation program were increased than before that(p<0.05). The correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction showed that "education satisfaction" among the field adaptation education sub-regions correlated with "education content" and "support of field practice" among the field practice satisfaction sub-regions(p<0.05). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and management various adaptation education in the future as it increases the adaptability of the first field practice and increases the satisfaction of field practice.
