This study investigated how people perceived the importance of health message design principles including gist presentation, usefulness of content, format, and intuitive design and how well a webzine article published by Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety was designed in terms of the four design principles. This study also explored what individual characteristics influenced the perceptions of health message design principles. A total of 294 adults participated in the survey, and their responses were analyzed with the Importance-Performance Analysis method. Participants perceived that usefulness of content was most important in the text design; gist presentation was most important in the visual design; and format was well designed in both text and visual messages. This study showed that it is crucial to improve the quality of visual health messages particularly in terms of gist presentation and intuitive design. We also found that individuals' interest in health played a significant role in the perceptions of health messages. These results were discussed in regards to principles and strategies for the effective design of health messages.

M&A관련법은 인위적이고 정책적으로 제정되었지만 M&A자체는 그렇지 않다. M&A는 M&A자체의 시너지효과, 긍정적 메카니즘이 포함되어 있어 상호간의 이해타산에 따라 자연발생적으로 일어나기 때문이다. 일반적으로 쌍방이 자발적으로 M&A를 추구하고자 할 때 이를 우호적 M&A라는 표현을 쓴다. 반면에 어느 일방이 비자발적임에도 불구하고 상대방이 강제적으로 M&A를 하고자 하는 경우 이를 적대적 M&A라 한다. 얼핏 보기엔 적대적 M&A는 바람직하지 못하다라는 생각이 들 수도 있다. 물론 이 말에 대해 어느 정도 타당성을 인정하며, 이에 동조하거나 편을 드는 숫자가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 많을 것이라 생각된다. 하지만 점점 적대적 M&A에 대한 부정적 시각이 줄어들고 있으며 기업구조조정, M&A시너지효과창출 측면에서 긍정적인 결과로서 바라보는 시각이 증가하고 있는 것은 부인할 수 없을 것이다.

청계천의 경관조명은 하천을 가로지르는 다리 22개를 비롯하여 다양한 경관요소에 대하여 주변경관에 알맞는 경관조명으로 청계천의 특성을 부각시키고 있다. 특히 수변공간의 경관에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 교량의 경관조명이 야간 청계천 경관의 아름다움을 좌우한다고 할 수 있다. 다양한 구조형태 및 특징을 가진 22개의 교량은 특색에 맞는 조명연출로 인지도를 주어 보행자로 하여금 청계천에 대한 방향감 및 공간감을 제공한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 청계천 교량의 경관조명 효과를 분석하는 것이다 이를 위하여 청계천 8개의 교량을 대상으로 휘도, 색온도, 색도분포를 측정하였으며 측정 결과는 다음과 같다. 오피스 지역에 위치해 있는 교량은 배경과 교량의 휘도대비가 시각적으로 명확성이 좋은 것으로 나타났으며 색온도는 차가운 느낌과 따뜻한 느낌의 조명이 조화를 이루며 교량의 온열감을 표현하는 것으로 나타났다. 상업지역에 위치해 있는 교량의 경우 오피스 지역의 교량보다는 휘도대비가 작게 나타났지만 시각적 측면에서는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 색온도는 안정감 있는 느낌을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 주거지역에 위치해 있는 교량의 경우 교량자체의 휘도평균은 낮게 나타나 주변 환경을 고려하여 밝지 않게 조명된 것으로 판단된다. 전체적으로 청계천 교량의 경관조명 특성은 교량의 주변 환경에 따라 다른 효과가 연출된 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the study is to identify the usability of OpenCouresWare(OCW) from the perspective of students with visual and hearing impairments. Twelve college students with disabilities(8 visual and 4 hearing impairment) implemented usability testing. Two modules in both edX and KOCW were selected for testing. Students with disabilities implemented usability testing and then each individual case was analyzed through quantitative and qualitative methods. As results, the degree of general usability in both edX and KOCW indicated an average level and the degree of accessibility in edX module was evaluated higher than KOCW. Specifically, the module of edX was rated highly by students with hearing impairments and the usability level of KOCW module was highly appreciated by blind students.

Poems written on the tablets hanging in Kwanghanru(a pavilion in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do) reveal each author's view of landscape and their recognition of the pavilion and it surroundings. This study consists of the following four analysis frames of the characteristics, sensations, and temporal and spatial axes of the landscape elements grouping tablet poems into two categories of deunglusi of Joseon's literary men, and baegiljangsi and cheongtaksi of the 1930s. The result of the landscape element analysis shows that physical elements are shown more frequently than symbolic ones. Among the physical ones, natural elements are used more often than artificial ones. The landscape elements appearing in each individual poem of baegiljangsi and cheongtaksi are relatively more than those of deunglusi. When the landscape elements are analyzed by sensational aspect, most of them are visual in nature, and there also appear some that are aural or olfactory in nature. Analyzed from a temporal axis, expressions related to autumn and evening and night are used frequently. From the spatial axis, foreground elements are preferred to middleground or background ones.

불이 타오르는 비주얼이펙트 효과는 관련 CG 소프트웨어의 발전에 따라 그 사실적 구현과 완성도는 괄목한 만한 성장을 이루었으나 단순히 툴에 의존하는 작업방식은 예술적인 측면은 결여된 획일적인 시각효과의 양산이라는 폐단을 불러왔다. 본 연구에서는 수학적인 접근방법을 통해 예술적인 결과물의 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있는 기술과 예술 상호 융합적인 효율적 작업공정 구축을 제안하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 본 연구는 수학적인 알고리즘을 바탕으로 시각화를 위한 비주얼이펙트 솔루션을 구축하기 위한 실험단계를 순차적으로 진행해 나감으로써 시뮬레이션중인 유체 화염효과가 물체와 충돌하는 정확한 타이밍에 불이 옮겨 붙는 비주얼이펙트를 구현하기 위한 방법론을 제시하며 숙련도가 낮은 작업자라 할지라도 쉽게 사용이 가능한 접근성이 용이한 기술을 제시한다.

This study employed driving simulation to examine how takeover request (TOR) information modalities (visual, auditory, and visual + auditory) in Level-3 automated vehicles, and road types (straight and curved) influence the driver's control takeover time (TOT) and mental workload, assessed through subjective workload and heart rate variations. The findings reveal several key points. First, visual TOR resulted in the quickest TOT, while auditory TOR led to the longest. Second, TOT was considerably slower on curved roads compared to straight roads, with the greatest difference observed under the auditory TOR condition. Third, the auditory TOR condition generally induced lower subjective workload and heart rate variability than the visual or visual + auditory conditions. Finally, significant heart rate changes were predominantly observed in curved road conditions. These outcomes indicate that TOT and mental workload levels in drivers are influenced by both the TOR modality and road geometry. Notably, a faster TOT is associated with increased mental workload.

Many researchers and advertisers have approached point of purchase advertising in various ways. Visual analysis. an overemphasis of design concept. or simple classification have usually dominated these reports. However. for point of purchase advertising to be considered a part of marketing strategy. its effectiveness can be more clearely analyzed. What is the most appropriate situation to effectively use point of purchase advertising\ulcorner Which category of product is most sensitive to point of purchase advertising\ulcorner Moreover, what is the relationship between point of purchase advertising and impulsive buying\ulcorner These questions will hopefully be addressed in this paper. First of all. before tackling these issues, former research on point of purchase advertising need to be classified. Also we will show how modern technology has been affected point of purchase advertising. Section6 will discuss the relationship between impulsive buying and point of purchase advertising. Finally, successful examples of point of purchase advertising in the U.S. will be introduced to support the conc] usion.

천의 변형은 가상 현실이나 게임 제작 분야에서 현실감을 증가시키는 측면에서 필수적인 요소들 중의 하나이다. 반면, 옷을 착용하거나 깃발을 매단 캐릭터가 돌발적이면서 급격한 움직임을 나타낼 때에는, 이에 따른 천의 움직임을 원하는 시간내에 자연스럽게 생성하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 천의 사실적인 변형에 있어 필수 요소인 비선형성을 고려하면서도, 돌발적이고 빈번하게 작용하는 외부 힘에 대하여 안정적이고 빠른 위치 기반의 근사 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 이에 따른 사실성을 유지하기 위하여 스프링의 비선형적인 성분을 기하학적으로 처리하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기하학적 관계에 물리적 속성을 반영하여 해결함으로써 시각적으로 받아들일 수 있는(visibly-plausible) 천의 자연스러운 움직임을 생성할 수 있다. 본 논문의 결과로 자동차의 급격한 움직임에도 안정적이고, 자동차가 달리는 방향이나 노면 등의 외부 환경의 변화에도 사실적인 천의 애니메이션을 생성할 수 있다.

A new design method for multi-functional pull-down menu based on stacking rules is proposed. The importance of a design point of view has been emphasized in many previous studies on web navigation. Taking technical aspects with an emphasis on programming techniques into consideration in this paper, multiple elements, which are used for constructing main menu of the pull-down menu, are capable of performing their unique functions independently in addition to basic classification function by disposing them to separated layers using stacking rules. Furthermore, the improvement of visual effects and efficiency for information navigation can be expected by implementing submenu selection-bar using animation techniques and function to automatically search submenu item. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is identified by implementing multi-functional pull-down menu using CSS and jQuery.
