현재 웹툰 시장이 크게 성장하고 있는 가운데, 과도한 매출 수수료 및 불공정 계약 등 부조리한 수익분배 문제가 불거지고 있다. 본 논문은 웹툰 플랫폼의 수익모델을 보완하는 NFT 기반 웹툰거래 및 수익분배 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. NFT 는 고유한 값을 가진 토큰으로, 디지털 자산에 대한 소유권 인증에 용이하며 블록체인 네트워크 상에서 구매 이력 등의 데이터 위변조가 어렵다는 특징이 있다. 또한 암호화폐처럼 손쉽게 거래할 수 있고 재판매가 가능하다는 장점 때문에 예술 분야에서 각광받고 있다. 이에 웹툰에 NFT 를 발행하여 웹툰을 소장 및 거래하고, NFT 소장 비율에 따라 해당 웹툰의 열람 수익을 나눠 가질 수 있는 시스템을 개발하여 제안한다.

Traditionally, the feasibility of the private investment is determined by NPV(Net Presented Value) based on DCF(Discounted Cash Flow) and the volume of government's subsidiary without quantifying the effect of overturn share ratio and MRG(Minimum Revenue Guarantee), these variables which can seriously effect on the economic feasibility. One of the most important reasons why these variables are not underestimated is that the quantifying methods are insufficiently or so complicatedly studied to apply practically the real project. Therefore, this study suggests the modified binominal option model to estimate the overturn share ratio and MRG and estimates how much these variables impact the private investment. Also, these results are helpful to estimate how much the government's subsidiary can be reduced.

The objective of this research is to find out antecedents and consequences that would affect franchisee's fairness in a franchise system. The factors of antecedents include support, reward and communication, and those of consequences consist of commitment and profit. With a survey of the 120 stores of N franchise, the country's outstanding food service company, the results of structural equation model show that support and reward in its headquarters scheme had an effect on distributive fairness in franchisee's fairness sense, but did not influence procedural fairness. However, communication affected both distributive fairness and procedural fairness. On the other hand, distributive fairness and procedural fairness impacted relationship of a franchise system and commitment in variables. And only distributive fairness influenced profit.

본 논문은 제품공급자, 중간분배자 그리고 고객으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬에서 공급자가 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간분배자에게 일정기간 동안 제품대금에 대한 지불연기를 허용하는 상황을 고려하여 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 판매가격 및 재고보충정책을 결정하는 문제를 다루었다. 문제 분석을 위하여 고려하는 제품은 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 수익 증대를 위한 경제적 판매가격 및 재고보충정책 결정을 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

투자 분배 시스템은 지속성, 수익성, 변동성, 하방경직성 등 각각의 지표를 찾아내는 데이터 분석을 조합한 시스템으로 MLP 신경망을 통한 시황을 예측으로 투자 경험이 부족한 일반 사용자에게 안정적인 투자 분배 전략을 제공한다. 투자분배 시스템 구현을 위하여 추가적으로 금융시장에 대한 회귀분석, 켈리 공식과 같은 도구를 활용하였다.

본 연구는 호텔에서 방 예약을 받는 시스템에서, 전술적으로 방의 등급을 정해 예약을 받는 방 배정 문제에서, 효과적인 절차를 총 수익에 관련되는 여러 가지 요소들을 고려하여, 총 수익을 최대화하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이익을 최대화하고, 자원들의 효과적인 배분을 위해서 먼저 시장의 차별화가 어떻게 다르게 형성되는가를 분석하고, 이 결과를 전략적인 계층 방 분배 문제를 해결하는 데에 적용하였다. 하룻밤을 지내는 손님을 위한 예약에서는 동적인 모델링(dynamic model)이 사용되었고, 여러 밤을 지내는 손님들을 위해서는 정적인 모델링(static model)을 제시하였다.

The copyrights of music in Korea have been placed under the supervision of the associations which the government approved as a trusteeship. Since the industry of music in Korea has been changed from phonographic industry to on-line music service, it is required increasingly that the rights and interests of music should been protected. Korea government has been announced the amendment for levy of music royalties through on-line service according to the changes in the music industry and industries' demand. In this paper, the corporate structures in music industry has been investigated from the point of owner of copyright, recently at the heart of the debate, flat rate system and usage-based pricing in on-line music market has been compared. Consequently, the reasonable prices of music service through on-line market are not earmarked in reality for both consumers and copyright proprietors. Therefore, it is still necessary to improve the institutional.

본 연구에서는 가사노동분배에 영향을 준다고 믿어지는 결혼여부가 남녀임금격차에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 계속해서 직장에 근무하고 있는 기혼남녀와 미혼여성들의 임금수준과 인적자본의 수익들을 비교분석하였다 미국의 NLSY 데이터를 이용하여 Probit 분석과 최소자승법에 의한 회귀분석으로 자교를 분석하였으며 임금격차를 분리하는 과정은 Oaxaca(1973) 등이 사용한 절차와 같은 방법을 이용하였다 Probit 분석결가 기혼남성의 경 우 많은변수들이 지속적인 전일제 근무자가 될 가능성을 높이거나 낮추는 반면에 단지 소수의 변수들만이 기,미혼여성들에게 유의한 효과를 나타냈다 회귀분석결과 결혼여부보다는 성별관계가 임금을 낮추는 것으로 나타났으며 기혼남녀간 임금차액의 38~39%를 기혼남성과 미혼여성간 임금차액의 61~65%가 인적자본의 특성에 의해 설명되었다 본연구결과는 가정내 의 노동분배가 임금격차의 중요한 요소라는 Becker의 가설을 증명하지 못하고 있다 이는 여성의 미래 경제적지위를 염려해야 할 상당한 근거를 제시하며 인적자본의 양을 통제하였 을 때에도 임금격차가 만연하였기 때문에 인적자본의 질적인 면이 포함된 연구가 필요하다.

최근에 새로운 미래기술로 대두되고 있는 V2G시스템은 EV의 배터리 전력 판매를 통해 부하의 분배 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 V2G시스템은 EV 소유자에게 비용을 발생하게 하며, 대표적으로 EV 배터리의 열화비용 및 충전비용 그리고 본 논문에서 제시한 EV 정지 비용이 발생한다. 이러한 비용은 전력 판매 수익으로 보상 받을 수 있으며. 사례연구에서는 전력 판매 가격을 SMP로 적용하였다. 사례연구 결과 SMP만으로는 EV 소유자의 편익 발생이 어려우며, 비용과 편익의 차를 보상하기 위한 적정 지원금을 비롯한 수익 보정 방안에 대한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
