This study examined the extent to which childcare methods of infant classroom childcare teachers who respect infant rights in the everyday teaching curriculum at day-care centers occurs. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 210 infant classroom childcare teachers who were in charge of the day-care center classrooms located in [G] city of [J] province. The results of the research confirmed that first there were no statistically significant differences when verifying the extent to which childcare methods of infant classroom childcare teachers who respect infant rights in the everyday teaching curriculum at day-care centers according to the final education level, professional experience, age, and education major of the infant classroom childcare teacher. On the other hand, the results confirmed that when analyzing for arrival time for infant classroom childcare instruction at the day-care center and for the time spent taking the infant to and from the bathroom, the infant classroom childcare teachers who had graduated from 2 year colleges showed more respect for infant rights compared to that of infant classroom childcare teachers who had graduated from 4 year universities, and for the arrival time for infant classroom childcare instruction at the day-care center and nap times, the infant classroom childcare teachers who were above 50 years of age showed more respect for infant rights compared to that of infant classroom childcare teachers who were in their 30s and 40s. The results of the research confirmed that there were statistically significant differences for both the age and education major of the infant classroom childcare teachers. When examining each of the sub-factor, the age of the infant classroom childcare teachers, respect for the infant's opinion, respect for individuality, and for information provision, infant classroom childcare teachers older than 50 years of age were shown to exercise a higher level of respect for the infant according to the rule of prioritizing the infant compared to infant classroom childcare teachers in their 30s and 40s, and infant classroom childcare teachers who majored in infant education-related majors exercised a higher level of respect for the infant for respecting freedom and autonomy compared to that of infant classroom childcare teachers who majored in welfare and childcare-related fields. The results of the research confirmed a statistically significant static correlation between the two related variables. Therefore, this suggests that the more childcare methods of infant classroom childcare teachers who respect infant rights in the everyday teaching curriculum at day-care centers, the more childcare methods of infant classroom childcare teachers who respect infant rights occurred according to the rule of prioritizing the infant. These results can be used to establish both quantitatively and qualitatively an excellent and balanced respect for infant rights.

This study aims to check the effectiveness of 'diligent search' stipulated in Article 35-4 of the Copyright Act of Korea. 'Diligent search' is to identify the copyright holder and his or her contact information. But the process provided by the law includes many cases in which it is practically impossible to identify the relevant details, and includes unnecessary requirements. So it appears that improvement is needed. Based on this, it was proposed to improve the text of the Copyright Act (Article 35-4) and to abolish unnecessary provisions (Article 16-3 no.5~8) of the Enforcement Decree.

The importance of the child-care teacher's job has recently been greatly emphasized due to changes in the transitional social environment, but the performance conditions are poor, requiring management of various job factors. For the purpose of providing information for practical application and institutional support related to child-care teachers, this study selected Flourish, Care that Respects the Rights of Child, and Job Crafting to verify the functional impact relationship and effectiveness. Since there are no domestic studies on child-care teachers using these variables, hierarchical regression analysis was performed on 223 child-care teachers to obtain initial information. As a result of the analysis, only the average difference between groups was found in terms of Flourish according to age and Negative Job Demand Reduction according to working hours. And it was found that the Enhancement of Social Job Resources had a moderating effect. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a new job management strategy based on the information provided by this study and to develop a highly effective reinforcement program for each factor.

In Verfolgung dieser Zwecke $schl{\ddot{a}}gt$ die Bundesregierung ein Artikelgesetz vor, dessen wesentliche Teile das BGB und das Recht der sozialen Krankenversicherung betreffen. To solve the crisis of bill of lading, every effort has been made to introduce the electronic bill of lading and sea waybill on a global basis. In spite of these efforts, electronic bill of lading is not introduced practically so farm but sea waybill is used in western nations to cope with the crisis of bill of lading. But there is a practice that surrendered bill of lading is used insead of sea waybill in Korea, China and Japan to do so. The surrendered bill of lading faces the problem that it is not considered legally as bill of lading and the decisions rendered by each nation's courts are different according to the usages of surrendered bill of lading. So careful consideration must be made in regard to these decisions. The purpose of this paper is to avoid the disputes in advance in using the surrendered bill of lading by analyzing the precedents for the surrendered bill of lading and finding its notes. This paper analyzed the precedents regarding the surrendered bill of lading and found the notes as follows; Firstly, the surrendered bill of lading is not a kind of bill of lading but a practice that a consignee can take delivery of the cargo without loss of time at destination without redemption of original bill of lading. Secondly, the parties must take legal steps in using the surrendered bill of lading as the bill of lading acts cannot apply to the surrendered bill of lading. Thirdly, the parties should establish their practice in using the surrendered bill of lading. Fourthly, it is reasonable to use the sea waybill as a substitute for the surrendered bill of lading.
Objective: Social attention is paid to the issues concerning child care teachers' work multisibility and ambiguous legal status. Child care teachers are employees based on the "Labor Standards Act" and the "Child Care Act". They also play the role of kindergarten teachers based on the "Childhood Education Act" because of the Nuri curriculum. Based on the main tasks of the child care teachers who protect and nurture infants and toddlers, the Nuri curriculum education for infants is conducted. However, the duties and rights of child care teachers are disproportionate because there are many areas where teachers' professional roles do not suit their legal rights. Methods: The purpose of this study is to investigate how teachers perceive their own rights through field experience using qualitative method based on interpretative epistemology. Participants were 61 child care teachers working in the metropolitan area and used protocol description and focus group interview (FGI) for data collection. The collected data were derived as a central theme according to the data analysis method proposed by Creswell (2013). Results: Participants in the study described the 'Right and autonomy of education as a professional occupation', 'Right to request for improvement on working conditions, guarantee of living and to request for welfare system' and 'Right to guarantee of a teacher's status and adjustment of grievance.' They pointed out poor working conditions and welfare benefits at daycare centers, and emphasized that education and autonomy are necessary conditions to be strengthened for quality child care activities. On the other hand, they did not realize that 'Right to guarantee of a teacher's status and adjustment of grievance' was their right. And they have endured the infringement of this right. Conclusion/Implications: This study reveals the gap between teachers' responsibilities and rights, indicating the urgency of institutional arrangements. It is discussed that the social expectation for strengthening personality and professionalism as an infant and child specialist is increased and a practical alternative for the improvement of the right of teachers working in the child care field is needed considering the change of values about work.
