This paper is targeting on developing pre-test Methodology for start-up as tuning successful business modelling with their implementation. Start-up is asked to a complete preparation and analysis for business to enhance the success possibility. In this stream, Start-up should test the validity of their business model before starting a business. This paper deliver alternatives to meet this requirement. Overall, this paper suggest two different approaches. First, by literature review, this paper prove the importance of BM in success factor analysis of high-tech start-up. Second, This paper prove BMO Model as the best practicing model to assess the validity of BM. Additionally, this paper, BMO will be utilized to bring significant implications to sort out enhancing strategies of BM validity.

SOA has become the focus of attention as it is perceived as a concept toward integrative service which helps companies respond quickly to the changes in market needs. This study is aimed to find out success factors for building SOA. We carried out two case studies on companies that adopted SOA successfully in Korea and conducted a survey to collect opinions from experts and experienced managers whose job is related to SOA. The critical successful factors found in this study include: 1) establishment of the SOA taskforce based on CIO's strong support, 2) formation of the corporate-wide consensus and the adoption of standards, 3) active user participation in defining services and obliterating duplication, 4) accomplishment of flexibility in services and business agility based on integrated infrastructure, and 5) securing project budget and consistent support by way of using measurement index for SOA investment effects.

The question of how to make strategic alliances work successfully is becoming increasingly important as more and more firms regard cooperative relationships as a means of improving their competitive position. The objectives of this research are to determine whether certain liner shipping alliance forms are more successful than others, whether the relative importance of reasons for successful liner shipping alliance varies with the different reasons, and whether the relative importance of reasons for alliance success varies with the form liner shipping alliances. The research findings have shown that the majority of liner shipping alliance forms, utilised by respondents in this survey, experienced a relatively high level of success. However, success was shown to be dependent upon a variety of factors and the reasons for successful alliance varied with the form of alliances.

This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.

This study was conducted with 202 elderly people aged 65 years or older (40.6% male and 59.4% female) participating in physical activities centered on line dance and rhythmic gymnastics. To achieve the main objectives of the study, a questionnaire for mature aging attitude, depression and successful aging was used. The results are as follows. First, matured aging attitude influenced negatively on depression. Second, matured aging attitude influenced positively on successful aging. Third, depression influenced negatively on successful aging. Based on the above results, it is necessary to encourage the elderly to participate in physical activities to achieve successful aging through active interventions against depression.

The purpose of this study was to analyze successful intelligence and learning strategies for the scientific gifted and the general students in elementary school. For this purpose, we conducted a survey targeting 327(including 159 gifted students) 5th - 6th grader elementary students in Incheon Metropolitan City. We were utilized to evaluate the students' successful intelligence(Song, 2002) and learning strategies(Kim, 2005). The results of this study were as follows. First, successful intelligence and learning strategies of the scientific gifted students in elementary school were higher than the regular class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Second, when compared according to grade level, the scientific gifted students class higher than the general class students, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001). Third, when compared according to gender, the scientific gifted students were higher than the general class in both men and women, it was a significant difference statistically(p < .001)

The purpose of the this research is to find out what basic factors of aging for korean elderly(above 65years old). First of all, 90 preliminary questions were developed from 551 questionnaires. In addition, some practices of the composition factors were carried out from another 552 seniors and additional tests were tried for composition validity, certified validity and successful aging standards from other 399 elders. The survey showed that the standard of the successful aging for korean elderly, which was composed of 47 questions, displayed satisfaction of everyday life, off-spring's success, psychological support, positive activity. sense of self effectiveness, mental stability, satisfaction of spousal relationship and family support. The reliability of the Validation of Successful Aging for Korean Elderly showed high internal consistency of 0.932. It is also verified that the relationship between the factors and the questions has statistically meaningful, which makes it possible to confirm the reliability of the structure of the factors.

The purpose of this study is to find out key factors of successful urban regeneration based on previous studies and relationships between those factors and revisit intention. To draw a conclusion, this study makes surveys including the variables of success factor(External environment factors, Internal environment factors, Internal cultural factors), degree of satisfaction, and degree of revisit intention. And it collects the data from respondents who had been to Gamcheon culture village in Busan. The data is analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis. The result of these analysis describes that the Internal environment factors and Internal cultural factors affect the satisfaction degree positively and the degree of satisfaction has positive effects on the revisit intention. The study finds out that unique resource properties should be considered when underdeveloped cities are regenerated. Future study is to generalize the theory through the sampling covered the whole country.

This study aims to understand the retirement preparation of Korean baby boom generation. For this purpose, the mediation effect of the parameter of retirement preparation was confirmed to their social participation attitudes that influenced on successful aging. The research tried to present policy alternatives. The frequency analysis, description analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful-regression analysis for the collected data were conducted with SPSS 23 program. The findings are as follows; First, social participation attitudes affect successful aging. Second, social participation affects retirement preparation. Third, retirement preparation affects successful aging. Fourth, the relationship of social participation attitudes and successful aging are influenced mediation effect of retirement preparation. Finally, discussed the future research topics.

Health care has become one of the paramount issues of the 21st century as governments and individuals grapples the complex problems associated with contemporary medical care such as cost, affordability, and shifting demographic trends. The purpose of this study was to develop the critical success factors of medical tourism for health-care organizations and to measure the wights of these factors. For this purpose, we gathered the data from doctors, travelling agencies and scholars. about the success factors of medical tourism. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to determine the factors as the Critical Success Factors of medical tourism. We did also the research to evaluate the validity and reliability of these factors. After that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to analyze the weight and significances among these factors. Factor analysis resulted in 15 major factors (Eigenvalue > 1.0). The AHP analysis showed the list of Critical Success Factors weighted by its significance priorities. The recommendable degree of reliability and validity suggests that these factors could be the valuable refences for the policy making process of the medical tourism in Korea.
