The news coverage of Sewol Ferry catastrophe has reprimanded from numbers of people because of false reports and mediamorphosis such as distorted news. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the news coverage of television news programs about the Sewol Ferry catastrophe. Specifically, this study was conducted to figure out problems with the disaster news reports of several broadcasting stations such as, KBS, MBC, SBS and JTBC. Furthermore, the study also explores about how they reported without following the rules of disaster news coverage and policy of disaster news coverage by content analysis.

The majority of database users interact with database systems by manipulating forms. This paper discusses the fundamentals underlying forms and considers low these mechanisms affect the behavior of forms We then review the forms supported by commercial products. None of the packages reviewed provide all of the features that make up an ideal form. We propose a new design that overcomes many of the limitations observed in the packages currently available. The new system is event- driven, object-oriented, supports a hierachy of composite blocks, and is primarily modeless. Forms are defined as top-level blocks and blocks can be either atomic or composite structures with methods directly included in their definition. Messages are passed among form objects. Defining forms with the proposed system is simple because from definitions are similar to type declarations in Pascal.

The problems of parallel import in China have been becoming hot issues day by day, because the brand name goods' price in China is much higher than in other developed countries. This study researched the parallel import's basic theories and law cases, and analyzed the legal matters of Chinese parallel import system. First of all, China hasn't any law on parallel import so far. So the court judges determined the law cases based on 「patent law」, 「trademark law」 or 「anti-unfair competition law」. Therefore even in the same case, there might be different decisions according to judges or applied laws. This study handled three different law cases on the parallel import. We found some problems of Chinese parallel import system, so our conclusion is that to solve those kinds of problems, China should legislate the new parallel import law as soon as possible.

재난관리현장 및 관련 학문 분야에서는 사건(incident), 사고(accident), 위험(risk), 위기(crisis), 재해(disaster), 재난(disaster)과 같은 유사성이 있는 전문용어들이 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 전문용어의 경우 관련 학과 학생 및 종사자들은 그 내용과 의미를 정확하게 이해하고 있어야 하며, 이와 관련한 전문용어의 정의를 명확하게 나타내는 지침이 필요하다고 말할 수 있다. 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」제 3조에서 재난에 대한 정의는 명시하고 있지만, 재난과 재해와의 차이점을 명확하게 알 수 없으며, 위험과 위기에 대한 차이점을 또한 파악하기 어려움에 있다. 이러한 이유로 관련 학과 대학생 및 관련 업종 종사자들이 재난에 사용되는 용어를 명확하게 구분하여 설명하지 못하고, 명확하게 구분하지 아니하고 사용하는 것이 아닌가라는 판단에 이르게 되었다. 용어의 혼용은 국민들에게 재난에 관한 의식의 혼란을 유발하고, 혼란스러움으로 인한 무관심이 발생, 그 무관심에 의해 재난에 관한 의식이 저하될 수도 있다고 생각하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난 의식의 하락으로 비롯되는 대응의 부적절함을 방지하기 위해 1) 관련 학과 학생 및 종사자들을 대상으로 전문용어의 이해도 조사, 2) 관련 용어의 정의를 조사 및 분석을 수행하였다.

주차금지, 일방통행. 본 논문에서의 횡단보도와 같은 교통표지는 개별적 행위로서 행정행위가 아니라 불특정 다수의 행위를 추상적으로 규율하는 특성을 지닌다. 현행 도로교통법상 횡단보도의 설치여부는 지방경찰청장의 재량 사항으로 규정되어 있어 경찰이 횡단보도를 새로 설치하거나 기존의 횡단보도를 폐지하는 경우 관할 경찰청은 물론 관계 행정청에 이를 설치 혹은 폐지해달라는 민원이 매우 많아 일선 경찰공무원 등이 많은 애로를 느끼고 있으며 급기야는 본고에서 검토할 사례의 경우와 같이 행정소송을 통해 뜻을 관철하고자 하는 경우까지 생겼다. 횡단보도의 설치와 관련한 대법원 판결(대법원 2000.10.27.선고, 98두8964판결)이 이제 처음 나왔지만 시민의 권리의식의 향상에 따른 소송의 증가경향으로 미루어 앞으로 이와 유사한 문제제기는 더욱 늘어날 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본고에서는 횡단보도의 설치와 관련한 행정소송에 대한 최근 대법원판결에 대한 심층분석을 통하여 그 의미와 문제점을 지적함으로써 앞으로 이와 유사한 사례에 대한 판단에 있어 방향성을 제시하였다. 즉 횡단보도 설치행위의 적법성과 관련한 소송에서 가능한 본안심리를 통해 국민의 권익구제의 기회 내지 가능성을 열어주는 것이 바람직하다는 점과 현재 원고적격의 범위가 확대되어 가고 있는 추세에 비추어 앞으로 횡단보도의 설치와 관련한 원고적격의 범위 역시 확대되는 것이 바람직하다는 방향에서 법규정에 대한 새로운 해석을 시도하였고 이를 통해 횡단보도의 설치 및 폐지에 따른 경찰 등 관계 행정청의 관심과 신중을 촉구하였다. 또한 횡단보도 설치행위의 처분성과 관련하여 횡단보도의 설치행위와 같은 일반적인 명령을 항고소송의 대상으로 할 필요성이 존재한다면 이른바 독일에서의 일반처분이라는 개념을 무리하게 받아들여 이를 행정행위의 한 유형으로 한다거나 우리 판례와 같이 "직접적이고 구체적인 법적 효과"를 미치는 명령이라는 명확치 않은 기준에 의하여 처분성을 인정하기보다는 일반적인 명령과 개별적인 행정행위를 구분하고 명령에 대하여도 취소소송의 대상으로 삼도록 하는 보다 명확하고 일관성 있는 논의전개를 제안하였다.

Although the Korean peninsula has been considered as a largely aseismic region compared with the surrounding high seismic areas such as North China and Japan, there are more than thirty Quaternary faults reported so far, which are mostly centered in the southeastern peninsula. Structural studies of active faults exposed in Yangnam-myeon of Gyeongju, SE Korea are largely interpreted to post date the late Quaternary, suggesting that the NE-trending reverse faults may result from the active stress regime in the peninsula. The prevailing present-day E-W $S_{Hmax}$ orientations in the peninsula are consistent with the nature of plate forcing stemming from the convergence between the Indo-Australian and Eurasian plates. It is clear that the Quaternary faults have been reactivated, although resolving more elaborate time intervals responsible for a future rupture remains a significant challenge. This study contributes to better assess many of potential seismic hazards in the study area, in particular, in terms of seismic stability for foundation of nuclear power plant.

In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of a portable, extensible, and efficient performance visualization framework for high performance parallel program development. The framework adopts a layered architecture:consists of three independent layers instrumentation layer, trace interface layer and visualization layer. The instrumentation layer was constructed as an ECL which captures generated events, and the EDL/JPAL constitutes the trace interface layer to provide problem-oriented interfaces between visualization layer and instrumentation layer. Finally, the visualization layer was designed as plug-and-play style for easy elimination, addition and composition of various filters, views and view groups, The proposed performance visualization framework is expected to be used as an independent performance debugging and analysis tool and as a core component in an integrated parallel programming environment.

This research aims to suggest ways to improve the effectiveness of disciplinary suspensions of police officers. Research is based on reviews of prior research and related documents, in addition to analysis of the current status of disciplinary action through public information provided by the National Police Agency. The researcher examined cases in appeal commission example book and analyzed the types and reasons for such cases. This study offers three proposals for improving the disciplinary system. First, the discipline guidelines of police officers should be examined in relation to those of other government employees. Second, a comprehensive manual for data from the disciplinary process should be created and used institutionally. Lastly, police officers should establish an appeals commission that already exists within various civil service operations.

Energy is an essential element in economic activity and people's lives, an important resource used by various industries, and the financialization of commodity markets has led to the growing importance of crude oil turning into the same asset as other assets. Accordingly, studies analyzing the correlation between energy prices and investor sentiment explain that investor sentiment affects oil prices through economic factors and speculation. In this study, we wanted to analyze whether the impact of the most representative changes in oil prices affects investor decision making, affecting investor sentiment, and applying wavelet consistency analysis to determine how energy prices relate to investor sentiment. Studies show that policies should be focused on policy and market changes because energy prices differ by time scale and investment sentiment should be more influential in the long term than in the short term.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the formal characteristics of , which has been screened on Netflix since 2018. This film can be considered an interactive narrative because it gives viewers the opportunity to select their own narrative forks which lead to various endings. However, it also limits viewers' freedom of interactions in many ways, resulting in the pessimistic narrative world of series. In this contradictory situation, the conflict between the user's selectability and the narrator's authoriality emerges. And this collision gives rise to a complex form in which nonlinear interactive and linear narrative forms blend together. It can be understood as a form of self-reflection, such as forms of the metalepsis and breaking the fourth wall. In this paper, this particular form will be regarded as a sort of reflexive intermediality, i. e. the form for media reflexion.
