This study performed a proprioception improvement training for recurrence prevention of industrial workers with chronic lateral epicondylitis and analysed their pain and proprioception. The subjects of the study were thirty chronic lateral epicondylitis patients working for K company and were divided into elbow exercise program Group made of 15 subjects and proprioception improvement training Group made of 15. As variables for pain, pressure pain, and grip strength were measured and for the propioception, joint position sense of each group was measured before and after the exercise program. To compare differences before and after the program, a paired t-test was used and to compare differences between both groups, an independent samples t-test was used. As a result of the test, it was discovered that pressure pain, grip strength and joint position sense of the both groups were improved statistically significantly. These were statistically differential effect between each group on pressure pain, grip strength and joint position sense. In conclusion, it is suggested that proprioception improvement training should be considered as a method chronic and recurrence prevention lateral epicondylitis of industrial workers.

With the development of IT technology and the establishment of logistics infrastructure, online shopping market and online fresh food market are growing. The purpose of this study is to find a plan to activate Fresh Logistics through online shopping mall using BCG matrix and Importance Performance Analysis for online shopping companies. Firstly, the BCG matrix results Companies in 'cash cow', 'question mark', and 'dog' areas are in need of improvement. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to activate the Fresh logistics market which is currently growing. Fresh logistics can be activated by investing in the maintenance and strengthening areas and key investment areas by minimizing the expenditure on the non-priority and excess areas according to the results of IPA. Therefore, it is expected that online shopping companies will be improved by activating online shopping market and online fresh logistics market.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate selective attributes importance and satisfaction of University Ski Lecture Environment that students perceive using IPA method. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was used to gather data, and the convenient sampling method was used to select 300 members from three pertinent university in Seoul and Chungcheong-do, Gyeongsang-do Province as participants of this study. Only data from 221 respondents however were used after screening data for reliability, and SPSS for Windows(21.0 version) statistical program was used to conduct descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired samples t-test analysis, independent samples t-test analysis and IPA matrix analysis. The following results were obtained. First, significant differences between the level of satisfaction and the level of importance were found for part of the selection attributes for each group. Second, Iquadrant was included with meals and information provided factors. IIquadrant was included with instructors and class program, information provided, accommodation factors. IIIquadrant was included in accommodation and meals, time-distance factors. IVquadrant was included in the information provided factor.

This study set out to investigate structural relations among positive thinking, identity, sports happiness perception, and athletic burnout and analyze the mediating effects of identity and sports happiness perception on relations between positive thinking and athletic burnout in order to understand the psychological process of athletic burnout experienced by adolescent players. For these purposes, the study applied the convenience sampling method to male and female players at physical education and general middle and high schools around the nation and used total 306 questionnaires as final valid samples. Collected data was tested for the fitness of an overall model with the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. Then the hypotheses were tested. The findings were as follows: first, subjective satisfaction and pursuit of a goal in the category of positive thinking had significant effects on athletic identity; second, subjective satisfaction and pursuit of a goal in the category of positive thinking had no impacts on sports happiness perception; third, the athletic identity of adolescent players had positive impacts on their sports happiness perception and negative ones on their athletic burnout; fourth, the sports happiness perception of adolescent players had negative effects on their athletic burnout; and finally, athletic identity had mediating roles on relations between pursuit of a goal of positive thinking and sports happiness perception and on relations between pursuit of a goal of positive thinking and athletic burnout.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the compaction and virtue experienced by police officers in the organization on positive emotion and, second, to demonstrate the effect of positive emotion on the organization uniformity, which is subordinate variable. Third, we intend to verify the mediated effect of positive emotion in the relationship between compassion and organization uniformity, and fourthly, to demonstrate the coordination effect of collective self-esteem in the relationship between positive emotion and organization identicalness. Sampling of this study was conducted on 353 male and female police officers working at police stations belonging to the National Police Agency and used these samples for hypothesis testing. Studies have confirmed that the compaction and virtue experienced by police officers have a positive effect on positive emotion, and that positive emotion has a positive effect on the phenomenon of tissue co-ordination. And it has been shown that positive emotion plays a full role in the relationship between compassion, virtue and organizational co-ordination, and that positive emotion and collective self-esteem plays a controlling role in the relationship with organizational co-ordination. The theoretical implications of this study will contribute to creating a positive organizational culture by maintaining a strict hierarchical relationship and spreading the compaction and virtuous behavior to police organizations with high task stress.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consciousness of marine safety, re-participation behavior of marine safety virtual reality experience education. For the study, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education were surveyed from July to August 2020. Specifically, all participants were NakDanbo Water leisure center and Song-do Marine leisure center. A total of 300 participants were sampled using convenience sampling method, but 253 were finally used in the data analysis excepting incomplete or faithless questionnaires. the data analysis was conducted through frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, simple and Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on consciousness of marine safety. Secondly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on re-participation behavior intention. Lastly, consciousness of marine safety had positive effects on re-participation behavior intention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of role recognition of students participating in middle school soccer club activities applying sports education model on responsibility and self-directed learning. In order to achieve this purpose, 410 samples were selected from male students based in Busan using the convenience sampling method. Among them, and 370 data were finally verified through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α coefficient calculation, and correlation analysis using the SPS statistics 25.0 program. Finally, a regression analysis was performed for hypothesis testing, and the results were as follows. First, the awareness of the role of the student participating in middle school soccer club activities, which applied the sports education model, was found to have a positive effect in part on the sense of responsibility. Second, the role recognition of students participating in middle school soccer club activities, which applied the sports education model, was found to have a partial positive influence on self-directed learning. Finally, the responsibility of students participating in middle school soccer club activities, which applied the sports education model, was found to have a positive effect on self-directed learning in part. Therefore, physical education teachers should ensure that students can choose the right roles for themselves through various role experiences in soccer classes so that more active learning can take place.

This study tried to understand the meaning of resource attraction, entertainment experience, love mark, and attachment of tourist destinations. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, an empirical study was conducted after deriving a questionnaire based on this, and a non-face-to-face survey was conducted nationwide using population-proportional sampling. The empirical study was confirmed through the statistical programs SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0. The resource attractiveness of the tourist destination had a positive (+) relationship with the influence on the tourists' experience. The relationship between the experience and the love mark had a positive (+) relationship. A positive (+) relationship was also formed in the relationship between experience and attachment. However, the relationship between love mark and attachment did not form a significant relationship.Because it reflects regional characteristics, it is a useful material for local culture and history, so protection, preservation, and active program development are required. is needed.

Education for an organization is implemented to improve the organizational and each individual's performance. However, the actual results are not as expected. Accordingly, this study is committed to investigate the education related factors that have impact on the organizational performance, which is defined by the trainee's organizational commitment and work performance. Based on the acquired knowledge, we suggest things to consider when designing corporate training for performance creation. First, it is investigated whether the task value and job relevance(educational content characteristics) and the degree of support for education within the company(organizational characteristics) affect learning-transfer of trainees. After that, the causal relationship from the learning-transfer to organizational commitment and work performance(organizational effectiveness) is analyzed. In this overall process, the effect of on-/off-line education is analyzed and compared. As a result, it is found that the task value, the job relevance, and organizational compensation have a significant impact on the learning-transfer, and the learning-transfer has impact on organization commitment and work performance. In addition, the moderating effect of the on-/off- education is identified. This study is conducted only with franchise enterprises and as a future study, a more general sampling is required to extend this work.

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among professionalism of sport instructors, job burnout and turnover intention. Independent variable was professionalism of sport instructors, mediating variable was job burnout. Finally, dependent variable was turnover intention. The data were collected from 253 sport instructors of elementary school by the convenience sampling method. This study used IBM SPSS Ver. 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 for frequency analysis, reliability, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows; First, Professionalism had a significant influence on job burnout. Second, Job burnout had a significant influence on turnover intention. Third, Professionalism did not have a significant influence on turnover intention.
