In the domestic construction industry, large-scale housing construction projects are being carried out by construction companies with competitiveness in the domestic top 10, it is said that the competence of the construction engineer is a factor for the success of the project. In Korea, there is National Competency Standards (NCS) that systematize contents of knowledge, technology, and attitude required in order to perform job in industrial field as the importance of individual ability is systemized in the country. Therefore, in this study, defined the detail competence in construction administration works, and examined the level of competence and degree of impotance detailed competency of construction engineers using AHP analysis & ANOVA. As a result, it was found that the current capacity of the Engineers in the apartment construction work is insufficient compared to the level of the competence they think they have, and that they have different competencies depending on their work experience and job position. This means that if the career is accumulated, the capacity that is possessed naturally will be changed. Therefore, it will be necessary to improve the capacity of the construction engineers who have a short work experience and a low job level.

마이크로파에 무선 접속이나 제4세대 휴대전화용으로 할당될 빈 주파수가 없다는 문제로 총무성이 근본적 대책을 세우고 있다. 그러나 무선국 보유자로부터의 반론에 부딪혀 많은 예외를 만드는 등 문제가 산적하고 있다. 통신, 방송용의 마이크로파 회선을 유선으로 교환하는 등 주파수의 유효 이용책이 필요하게 되었다.

스틸하우스 및 단열재, 구조재 등 건축자재 전문 기업인 아이케이주식회사(www.iksteel.com, 이하 아이케이) 윤석규 대표는 남다른 직원 챙기기로 정평이 나 있다. 경기도 양주와 충북 오창 공장과 경기도 일산에 본사를 둔 아이케이는 2003년 3명의 직원으로 출발, 현재 100여명이 넘는 직원과 매출 1,000억 원을 바라보는 회사로 성장했다. 창업에서 지금까지 퇴사자가 없다는 흔치않은 기록을 보유한 아이케이를 찾아갔다.

사업 시행 시 사업 부지의 100분의 90을 차지하는 면적을 확보했지만, 그 나머지를 확보하지 못해 법적 소송으로까지 이어지는 경우가 많다. 속칭 '알박기'에 대한 법적 제재가 이뤄지고 있는 가운데, 10년 이상 토지를 보유한 자에게도 매도 청구권을 행사하도록 하는 주택법 개정안이 실시될 예정이다. '계약의 자유'라는 측면에서 속칭 '알박기'의 법적 규정 범위와 주택법 개정안의 관련 내용을 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting a grade maintenance of long-term care service users. Using 2008-2014 long-term care raw data of National Health Insurance Service(NHIS), the predictors were examined through the logistic regression by long-term care beneficiaries of grade. The results showed that there are differences by 3 factor groups and grade groups(1-3 grade). In socio-demographic factors, in the 1, 3 grade, Individuals 64 or younger presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than those 85 and over. In the 3 grade, people of living alone, resident of rural area presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. In disease factors, In the 1 grade, people with dementia presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than other 2, 3grades. In the 2 grade, people with stroke, fracture presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. In the 3 grade, people with cancer presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. In service factors, In the 2, 3grade, people having more renewal numbers presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. In the 1 grade, people who use facility benefits for more days presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. In the 2 grade, people who use in-home benefits for more days presented a much higher probabilities of the grade maintenance than others. Based on the finding of study, implications and future research directions were discussed for policy considerations.

From the perspective of corporate governance, we examine the acquirers' performance of mergers and acquisitions. The empirical results of our study show that outside active shareholders, such as block shareholders or institutional shareholders, affect acquirers' performance in M&A's : the ownership of outside active shareholders is positively correlated with the performance of acquirers. However, the ownership of insiders, such as that of encumbent manners or major shareholders, does not have any significant effect on the performance of M&A's. We also found that the ownership of foreign investors increased its explanatory power after the financial crisis of Asia. Since the current literature concludes that the improvement of corporate governance would enhance the shareholders' wealth, the results of our study implies that outside active investors, rather than insiders, are playing an important role in the corporate governance.

최근 대학을 기반으로 한 스타트업 육성 정책 및 학생 스타트업의 초기 시장 진입을 위한 엑셀러레이팅 프로그램은 매년 증가하고 있으나, 스타트업의 성공적인 투자 유치 사례는 부족하다. 많은 투자 성공 결정 요인 중 기존 선행연구를 통해 새로운 벤처의 투자 여부를 결정할 때 기업가와 관련된 요소들이 연구되었으나, 투자자와 기업가 사이에 형성되는 투자 결정 과정에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는SEED 단계의 세 번의 투자를15개의 질문을 통해 분석하여 투자 성공에 가중치를 주는 3가지 요인을 (팀 역량, 보유 기술 역량, 심사역과의 관계) 찾아냈으며, 투자 진행 정도에 따라 인지(Awareness), 알아감(Knowing), 유치(Meeting)로 나누어 각 단계에서 전략적인 경영자의 행동이 투자에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석했다. 학생 기술 창업자들 중 40억이상 투자 받은 기업은 드물다. 이는 학생 창업자들의 투자 유치에 필요한 구체적인 메뉴얼이 부족하기 때문이라고 생각한다. 모든 학생 창업가들이 '(주)레티널'의 성공사례와 유사할 수는 없지만, 유사한 환경에서 창업을 하고 있는 사례를 구체적으로 분석한 본 사례를 통해 학생들의 투자 유치시 구체적인 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 것이라고 시대한다. 또한 대학 창업의 투자 성공률을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

최근 딥테크 및 글로벌 스타트업들의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적 지원이 증대함에 따라 원천기술을 보유한 기술창업 건 수역대급으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기술 기업들은 사업의 다각화 및 글로벌 진출에 유리하다는 장점이 있으나, 이들의 전략 성공을 위해서는 체계적인 인큐베이팅 및 자금유치는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첨단 가술스타트업의 투자유치성과에 중요하게 여겨지는 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구하는 목적으로 하고 있다. 선행연구에 따르면 기술 스타트업에 대해서는 그들이 보유한 기술 역량(특허), 창업자/팀의 능력, 제휴 등을 중요한 자원으로 보고 있으며, 이는 기업의 퀄리티를 차별화하는 신호로 작용하여 투자유치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따라 기술 스타트업의 특성이 투자유치성가에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 기준 서울시 창업지원시설에 입주한 스타트업 122개사를 대상으로, 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석모델과 글로벌 산업기술 분류 기준에 따라 구분된 BT 및 IT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 기술스타트업의 투자유치 의사결정에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 기존 이론을 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 산업별로 투자유치에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소들이 다르게 작용할 수 있음을 밝히고 산업별 특성에 따라 투자유치 시 실질적으로 필요한 요소들을 제시한다는데 실무적인 시사점을 지니고 있다.
