The global intelligent transport systems (ITS) market is experiencing rapid growth, and domestic ITS companies' efforts to extend its business abroad are steadily increasing. However, due to the burden of costs associated with the overseas expansion and the lack of strategy for local market, domestic companies' contracts for global businesses are far short of the technology. Although the government is actively promoting Korean enterprises' participation to overseas business, it has obvious limits due to the lack of its specialized strategy. This study established a customized export model for the countries in which Korean companies want to enter, and developed a strategy to advance into the local market.

본 발표는 대한민국 선원의 의사소통 역량 및 글로벌 역량 강화를 위해 해수부에서 실시한 "선상 의사소통능력 강화방안" 사업을 통해 개발된 한국형 해사영어 커리큘럼의 수립 과정과 그에 따른 컨텐츠 제작 과정을 공유하고, 향후 개발 방향을 모색하기 위함이다. 따라서 본 발표를 통해 커리큘럼을 수립을 위한 선행 연구 과정(국제해사기구, 국제민간항공기구 및 국제항로표지협회 등의 국제 가이드라인 검토 및 분석, 특수목적영어 교육훈련기법 외), 교육 커리큘럼 수립(IMO 해사영어모델코스 및 표준해사통신용어 분석 및 재편성), 교육 컨텐츠 구성(실제 선사 유관 자료의 수집 및 데이터베이스 구축), 교육 훈련 교재 개발(교재, 학생용 워크북, 교사용 워크북, 음원) 등의 과정을 순차적으로 소개하고, 이에 대한 결과물을 공유하며, 향후 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

This study attempts to find out the characteristics of digital currency and currency transformation through the analytical descriptions of the literature. In the early days of the emergence of new currency, market-oriented autonomous monetary adjustment was made along with various attempts by the private sector, and then government-centered central currency management and coordination were made for the national monopoly of profits and power. Digital currency can be seen as the emergence of a new form of money that will bring about paradigm changes. CBDC can be divided into direct and indirect types. CBDC is expected to require a strategic approach by the government or firm as it will bring about changes in the ecosystem of related industries. Libra is a stablecoin designed to minimize price fluctuations, and if it succeeds in commercializing it, it is expected to bring about revolutionary changes in the financial industry around the world.

In this paper, we propose a master planning framework for the development of u-City export model. The framework consists of a general plan, a construction plan, an operation plan and an evaluation plan for the successful penetration of u-City overseas market, respectively. In order to derive those planning elements, governmental policies and related literature for u-City export is thoroughly reviewed. The framework is applied to a project which develops an u-City export model. This study will contribute to the realization of such governmental policies for the revitalization of u-City export as well as the activation of u-City export by the private sector.

In this work, a steady-state performance modeling and off-design performance analysis of the 2-spool separate jet turbofan engine named BR715-56 which is a power plant for the narrow body commercial aircraft is carried out for engine performance behaviors investigation and condition monitoring using a commercial code MATLAB/SIMULINK. Firstly, the engine component maps of fan, high pressure compressor, high pressure turbine and low pressure turbine are generated from similar component maps using the scaling method, and then the off-design performance simulation model is constructed by the mass flow matching and the work matching between components. The model is developed using SIMULINK, which has advantages of easy steady-stare and dynamic modelling and user friendly interface function. It is found that the off-design performance analysis results using the proposed model are well agreed with the performance analysis results by GASTURB at various operating conditions.

In autumn 2000, the Korea Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) announced that Daejeon metropolitan city, Jeonju and Jeju were chosen to showcase deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS). The program called the Advanced Transportation Systems Model Deployment Initiatives makes a significant step in Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure (In) in Korea. The Initiative is poised to increase the performance and efficiency of the area's roadway and transportation systems to meet growth demand. Three citie's $\$$50 million Model Deployment Initiative project is poised to increase the performance and efficiency of the area's roadway and transportation systems to meet growth demand. The effort particularly focused on the traveler information systems that should raise the level of ITS awareness in Korea. In this paper, project management, funding, private investment, procedures and detailed review of ITS Model Deployment Initiatives are discussed.

This paper presents a case study on BSC(Balanced Scorecard) system development of Korea Post as a Korean public firm. BSC models of public or private sector are generally developed in different types due to their different strategic goals. Korea Post as a government firm has dual characteristics of BSC similar to both public and private sector. This firm has the organizational type of public firms, not private firms. To date many government subsidiary organizations have already introduced BSC or are trying to introduce BSC, but have difficulty in developing BSC successfully because of insufficient understanding of BSC. Based on a case study of Korea Post, this study analyzed key success and failure factors and suggested prospects on BSC system development of public firms.

As a solution to local and social problems, the active use of smart city living labs is becoming increasingly important. The answer to solving local and social problems lies in the citizen and the field. The purpose of this study is to establish a smart city living lab model based on citizen participation. In this study, smart city living lab model(4P-SCLLM) based on citizen participation was established through domestic and overseas living lab methodology and case analysis. In order to evaluate the systemicity and specificity of the 4P-SCLLM, a smart city living lab model, we recently compared it with the living lab process in Busan where smart city living lab is applied. As a result of analyzing, the analysis shows similar trends in each stage, and Busan's private sector showed a similar process to 4P-SCLLM On the other hand, public and private sector cooperation and support systems were found to be less than the 4P-SCLLM model And In technology and methodology, the 4P-SCLLM model is analyzed to have a living lab process that incorporates new technologies. In order to maintain the 4P-SCLLM continuously, first, participants and stakeholders need to participate actively and communicate while collaborating on the whole process from start to finish. Second, public awareness needs to be improved. Third, continuous citizenship verification of services is needed. Fourth, citizens' constant participation is needed. Through these implications, this study proposed 4P-SCLLM as a smart city living lab model suitable for the domestic situation.

The article concerns the relationship between the animation festival and the regional cultural industries. In particular, the article studies the WAF(Web Animation Festival) case, in which has hold since 2004 by the Gwangju Information & Culture industry Promotion Agency in the city of Gwangju. The WAF case will be examined in terms of the promotion of the selected web cartoons and animations in the festival competition. As a result, the competion festival has been managed in connection with the support programs for the promotion of the regional cultural industries. In the process, the Gwangju Information & Culture industry Promotion Agency has sought to connect the selected arts works with the CEOs in the field of content business and media business. The article concludes the WAF need to be reestablished in the context of the development of the Gwangu cultural industries cluster and the reinforcement of the international exchange and networking through the grand project of Asian Cultural Capital Gwangu.

ITS (Intelligent Transport System) has been developed into the full service leading to a new life style with the various services from private sector, which was intended to prevent the traffic accidents and to reduce the traffic jams. Since traveler-type components used in ITS services are not exclusively designed. but they can be one of the existing devices such as mobile phone, PDA, PC, KIOSK and etc. We need to consider that these devices are equipped to support ITS related services. Therefore, this study modeled, through UML, a framework of portable components based on the present national ITS architecture; the purpose being that private companies may be able to develop portable components with concepts of ITS services. The methodology of the modeling process we followed consisted of four steps: (1) analyzing service-related subsystems, (2) generalizing equipment-package and functional specifications. (3) describing information and function specific reference models, and (4) UML modeling of the reference model.
