국방지식경영 프레임웍과 추진모델에 관한 연구

  • 지식, 정보사회에로의 급속한 변화에 따라 지식경영은 국방분야에서도 군사력의 향상과 경제적 군 운용을 위한 중요한 경영패러다임이 되었다. 군에서 지식경영을 도입하기 위해서는 학계에서 연구되어온 지식경영의 제반개념을 바탕으로 군 현실과 특성에 부합하는 지식경영의 프레임웍과 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식프로세스, 영향요소 및 기반요소로 구성되고 조직 문화와 정보기술이 중시된 국방지식경영 프레임웍을 제시한다. 또한 국방지식경영 추진을 위하여 준비단계, 도입단계, 확산단계 및 성숙단계로 구성된 지식경영 추진모델을 제안한다.

  • 최근 몇 년간 게임 산업은 급격한 성장을 보이며, 이에 따라 게임교육 역시 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이전까지는 게임이 악영향을 미치는 것으로 일반적인 인식이 있었으나, 현재는 게임을 학습에 활용하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 게임이 교육 분야에도 활용될 수 있다는 아이디어는 이미 과거부터 제시되어 왔지만, 최근에는 이러한 아이디어가 혁신적인 게임교육 분야로 진화하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 차세대 게임교육의 발전 방향을 살펴보고, 인공지능, 가상현실 및 협력학습 기술이 어떻게 게임교육에 적용될 수 있는지 논의할 것이다.

  • Many global business failures have been ascribed to a lack of intercultural competence, especially to a lack of an adequate conceptualization and definition of intercultural competence, focusing instead on the knowledge, skills, and attributes that appear to be its antecedents. Intercultural competence should be perceived as multifaceted important components of global management capabilities. Depending on the related concepts of intercultural competence, such as global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and cultural intelligence, dynamic aspects of intercultural competence as learning process are suggested. Also, the domain of intercultural competence in the context of global management or business comprised three dimensions - perception management, relationship management, and self management. Each dimension is characterized by facets that further delineate aspects of intercultural competence. With respect to the domain of intercultural competence, appropriateintercultural training methods should be designed. In practice, human resource managers may benefit from gaining knowledge about which measures to use for identifying employee's weakness in intercultural competence in order to create appropriate training programs.

  • Social network service (SNS) related data including comments/text, images, videos, blogs, and user experiences contain a wealth of information which can be used to build recommendation systems for various clients' and provide insightful data/results to business analysts. Multimedia data, especially visual data like image and videos are the richest source of SNS data which can reflect particular region, and cultures values/interests, form a gigantic portion of the overall data. Mining such huge amounts of data for extracting actionable intelligence require efficient and smart data analysis methods. The purpose of this paper is to focus on this particular modality for devising ways to model, index, and retrieve data as and when desired.

  • This article examines the issues around the coming age of artificial intelligence and the 4th industrial revolution. First, this articles addresses the changes we will encounter with the advance of innovative technologies. Changes in future jobs, education, travel and other lifestyle issues are discussed and responses of a few countries(governments) regarding preparations for such future changes are illustrated. To sum up, three dimensions - sustainable technology development, legal and policy-related establishments, and consensus building among the public - are identified as areas to focus on for the future. Particularly, it is advised that the Korean government apply and utilize new technologies to solve public issues and problems, particularly the newly-emerging "urban renewal" and "smart city" issues.

  • 21세기 정보화 시대에 효과적으로 대비하기 위해 세계 여러나라에서 추진하고 있는 정보화 사회를 구축하는데 필수적인 요소로 lnfrastructure인 초고속 정보 통신망을 구축하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 정부주도로 초고속망을 이용한 대국민 서비스 사업을 추진하고 있고, 이 사업의 일환으로 문화체육부에서도 국립중앙박물관을 중심으로 대국민 서비스용 문화정보망 구축을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 문화정보망 사업의 최종 목표는 종래의 개념을 넘어선 인간에게 가장 현실감을 줄 수 있는 "가상박물관"과 같이 문화재를 글, 그림 이외에 3차원 업체형상을 가진 문화재를 3차원적으로 표현하여 보이지 않는 부분을 볼 수 있도록 문화재를 이동, 회전 및 확대, 축소 표현이 가능한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스를 구축하여야 한다. 본 과제에서는 이러한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스 구축을 위해, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술과 인공지능 기술이 복합적으로 구현된 3차원 입체형상 자동 입력 시스템 및 모델링 시스템과 지원 도구 개발을 목표로 진행되고 있다. 이 시스템이 완성되면 문화재 형상의 영구보존, 문화재의 특성(크기,색,무늬,질감) 보존, 문화재 형상 복원 및 문화재의 시대적 상대평가를 용이하게 하는 효과를 얻을 뿐아니라, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술 및 정보처리 기술을 문화재 연구와 전시에 적용하여 문화정보망 사업의 구체적 효과를 가시화 할 수 있다.

  • The advancement of Internet network technology has triggered the emergence of new OTT video content platforms, increasing demand for content and altering consumption patterns. This trend is bringing positive changes to the South Korean animation industry, where diverse and high-quality animation content is becoming increasingly important. As investment in technology grows, video production technology continues to advance. Specifically, 3D animation and VFX production technologies are enabling effects that were previously unthinkable, offering detailed and realistic graphics. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is providing new opportunities for this technological growth. The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is automating repetitive tasks, thereby enhancing production efficiency and enabling innovations that go beyond traditional production methods. Cutting-edge technologies like 3D animation and VFX are being continually researched and are expected to be more actively integrated into the production process. Digital technology is also expanding the creative horizons for artists. The future of AI and advanced technologies holds boundless potential, and there is growing anticipation for how these will elevate the video content industry to new heights.

  • In the modern era, the necessity of color capability in the digital era is the demand of the era, and research on improving color practice on the subdivided digital four areas that are not in the existing practice is needed. For digital majors who are difficult to solve in existing paint color practice, classes in digital color practice in four more specialized areas are needed, and the use of efficient artificial intelligence was studied for classes in digitized color and color sense. In this paper, we tried to show the expansion of the color practice area by suggesting digital color practice and color matching method based on Photoshop artificial intelligence and big data technology that existing color and color matching were practice that only CMYK could do. In addition, based on the color quantification data of individual users provided by the latest Adobe Sceney program artificial intelligence, the purpose of the practice was to improve learners' predictions of actual color combinations and random colors using filter effects. In conclusion, it is a study on the use of programs that eliminate ambiguity in the mixing process of existing paint practice, secure digital color details, and propose a practical method that can provide effective learning methods for beginners and intermediates to develop their senses through artificial intelligence support. The Adobe program practice method necessary for coloration and main color through theoretical consideration and improvement of teaching skills that are better than existing paint practice were presented.

  • Contemporary workspace is configured in various manners according to working patterns, collaborative or independent nature of works, group-wise working styles and culture, the size of the group, and so on. On the other hand, conventional office space has tended to be a monolithic single space packed with various types of works. This change reflects what has happened to the meanings and structures of office space. The ubiquitous computing technique is being applied to the development of the intelligent office as it grows. This leads to the change of intelligent office technology which provides user-oriented spatial service. This paper focuses on the conceptualization and design of service scenarios or the intelligent office based on the user-oriented spatial service paradigm.
