Domestic Research Trend of AI Education Program: A Scoping Review (국내 AI 교육 프로그램 연구동향 분석: 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법론을 적용하여)

  • AI education is being emphasized nationwide as a literacy education. At this point, it is necessary to identify critical issues and suggest the direction of future research by examining domestic AI education research trends. To this end, the study applied the scoping review method. A total of 29 AI educational studies from 2017 to 2020 in South Korea were analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that the number of studies increased rapidly in 2020, and a large proportion of studies targeted elementary school students. In addition, the study found that AI principles were treated as contents at a high rate, both cognitive and affective aspects were frequently reported as a learning outcome, and various practice environments were used relatively evenly. Based on the results, the direction of future research was discussed and suggested.

Effectiveness of Patient and Family-Centered Care interventions: A Systematic Review (환자-가족중심 의료서비스의 융합적 성과: 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This review aimed to analyze characteristics and performances of patient and family-centered care interventions and evaluate the convergence effectiveness. Randomized controlled trials were searched, selected, data extracted and quality-assessed using the Risk of Bias in 15 databases. Characteristics suggested from 21 studies were provision of information, education, communication and family and friend participation. There were 89 measurement variables of performances. Patient outcome was measured by mortality, length of hospitalization, etc., indicated as significantly improved in 18 studies. This review has provided evidence that patient and family-centered care improved experience and performance of diverse patients, families and health-care providers. There is need to convergence adopt patient and family-centered care and conduct evidence-based studies for improvement of quality of healthcare and patient safety in the future.

Convergence Study of Nursing Simulation Training for Patient with Schizophrenia: A Systematic Review (조현병 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 교육에 관한 융합연구 : 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • A systematic review was conducted to identify components and convergent effects of simulation program using schizophrenia scenario in nursing education. Using 4 different databases, 226 articles were identified and 11 studies met the inclusion criteria. There were 5 qualitative studies, 5 quantitative studies and 1 study used mixed method design. The simulation incorporated various methods including standardized patients, role playing, simulator and virtual reality that majority studies(63.6%) used standardized patients. For the evaluation, studies examined diverse variables including knowledge, learning self competency, learning satisfaction and self directed learning. Considering complexity and difficulty of nursing for schizophrenia, future studies with well designed simulation program are required to prove its effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the historical process of library and information science domain since 1970 in Korea. This study analyzed major subjects of 5,915 articles which were published through six academic journals in LIS area from 1970 untill 2015 by year and over 10-year periods. The results showed the development process of LIS domain itself and 4 sub-domains through subject analysis of 6 academic journals.

  • 본 연구는 조선후기문헌의 대부분을 점유하고 있는 당쟁관계문헌의 1차적인 평가기준을 제시하여 한국학 분야의 주제전문사서에게 조선후기자료에 대한 평가와 이용지도에 도움이 될 수 있게 함이 목적이다. 역사적 사건별로 동일사건에 대해, 연구대상으로 선정한 문헌의 서술태도와 관점을 분석한 결과, 각 문헌이 저자의 소속당파에 따라 편파적으로 기술됐음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 조선후기의 당쟁관계문헌은 도서의 일반적인 평가기준에 선행해 저자의 당파적성향고찰을 1차적인 평가기준으로 삼아야 한다.

A Systematic Review on the stress of Clinical Dental Practice for Dental Hygiene Students (치위생(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the stress of clinical dental prctice for dental hygiene students. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) and 25 ariticles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure clinical dental practice, 4 measuring tools were used. As a result of literature analysis, the lower the satisfaction, the higer the stress of clinical dental practice. Personal relationship, role and activity, ideal and value were very important factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between clinical dental practice and various variables and to investigate the improvement of clinical dental practice based on the results of this study.

Systematic Review of an Intervention Program for the Improved Reading Comprehension of Elementary School Students (초등학생의 읽기이해력 향상 중재프로그램에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study analyzed experimental studies of intervention programs provided to improve reading comprehension of elementary school students using a systematic review research method. Cochrane's handbook was applied, and key questions were formulated according to the PICOTS-SD. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to 1,610 papers searched in KCI, and the final 18 cases were selected for analysis. The risk of bias was evaluated using the 'RevMan5' tool provided by Cochrane. As a result of the evaluation, the risk of bias was low in most areas. And for the qualitative analysis of these papers, a data summary table was prepared. As a result, the types of intervention programs were diverse, and in many cases, upper grade students were applied. The size of the experimental group ranged from 6 to 29, and there were more QED-based studies than RCT-based studies. The most mediation time was 40 minutes, and the number of mediation sessions was 8 to 24. And in all studies, the intervention programs were found to be effective in improving reading comprehension.

A Systematic Literature Review on Job Satisfaction of Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 직무만족에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on job satisfaction of dental hygienists and analyzed the job satisfaction measurement tools and related factors. It was conducted according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis), and 44 articles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure job satisfaction, ten measuring tools were used. All the measuring tool were developed overseas and they were modified. As a result of the literature analysis, the higher the job satisfaction, the more negative correlation was found between turnover intention and job stress, and positive correlation was found between organizational commitment and professional occupation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and various variables and to investigate the improvement of job satisfaction of dental hygienist based on the results of this study.

An Integrative Review of Non-pharmacological Intervention for Constipation in the Elderly in Korea (국내 노인을 대상으로 한 변비 비약물적 중재에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide evidences throught integrative review of non-pharmacological intervention studies for constipation in the elderly in Korea. Through the domestic search engines RISS and KISS, eleven studies were selected by searching for theses and academic journals published in Korea from 2010 to January 2023. According to the study result, relevant studies were 11, and non-pharmacological interventions included abdominal massage, foot massage, acupressure, moxibustion, lifestyle intervention, carbonated water intake, and complex therapy. Constipation, sleep quality, and depression were confirmed as effects of the intervention. However, there is no study confirming the quality of life related to constipation in the elderly, so it is necessary to develop and apply a non-pharmacological intervention program for constipation considering the quality of life of the elderly.

  • 최근 유통연구에서 상당히 진행되고 있는 신뢰에 기반한 관계형성에 관한 연구들은 신뢰를 장기지향적인 관계를 형성하는 핵심적인 개념으로 간주하고, 경로구성원의 신뢰형성에 관계되는 선행 및 결과요인에 대한 다양한 개념들을 가지고 다각적인 연구모델들을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 연구들의 공통된 견해는 신뢰를 기반으로 한 관계행동에 관한 연구가 쌍방향적 관점에서 실행되어야 한다는 필요성을 인식하면서도 실증부분에서는 어느 일방향적 관점에서 설명하는 한계점을 나타냈으며, 비록 연구모델이 쌍방적 측면을 고려했다고 할지라도 관계행동이 쌍방에 의해 형성된 하나의 신뢰인에 의한 것인지 경로구성원 각자가 독자적으로 형성한 상대방에 대한 신뢰들에 의한 것인지를 명확히 규명하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 먼저 문헌고찰을 통하여 신뢰의 본질 및 방향성, 관계형성에서의 신뢰의 역할을 논의하고 이와 같은 문헌고찰을 토대로 신뢰의 선행변인과 결과변인을 도식화한 쌍방의 독자적 신뢰에 대한 모델을 제시하여, 마케팅 이론과 실무에 적합한 시사점을 제안하고자 한다
