This study aims to measure between organizational commitment, empowerment and working environment of dental hygienists. The subjects of the study were surveyed by 245 dental hygienists in Daegu and some areas of Gyeongbuk from May 2019 to October 2019. Technical statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of organizational commitment, empowerment and relevance to the working environment showed a positive correlation, indicating that the higher the organizational commitment among dental hygienists, the higher the individual's empowerment and the better the working environment. The medical institution has proposed measures to improve the empowerment and organizational commitment of dental hygienists, and suggests the need to develop programs to improve the work environment of dental clinic.

This study was attempted to grasp the convergence relationship between nurse 's communication ability, emotional labor and organizational commitment. For this purpose, 106 nurses working at university hospitals were collected from August 1, 2016 to August 15, 2016. Communication skills were measured by Kim & Woo 's communication ability measurement tool, emotional labor was measured by Morris & Feldman' s tool, and organizational commitment was developed by Mowday et al. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. The results showed that the communication ability differed according to age (F = 5.78, p = 0.004), marital status (t = -4.06, p <0.001) and position (t = -5.35, p <0.001). There was a statistically significant correlation between communication ability and organizational commitment (r = 0.293, p = 0.002). This result suggests a convergence implication on the provision of basic data to improve organizational commitment of nurses in nursing practice field.

The purpose of this study was performed to examine the effects of simulation integrated with problem based learning(S-PBL) on self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, goal commitment for nursing students. The design was a one group pre-post test. The subjects consisted of one group of 90 fourth year nursing students of K Colleage. The period for this study was from March to June in 2019. The collected data were analyzed by Paired t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient. This study showed significantly higher self-leadership(t=-16.22, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(t=-11.36, p<.001), goal commitment(t=-7.06, p<.001). There was a significant positive correlation between self-leadership and critical thinking disposition(r=.438, p<.001), self-leadership and goal commitment(r=.285, p<.001). In conclusion, this study show that integrated with problem based learning(S-PBL) can be used for improvement the self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, goal commitment. It is suggested to check the effect of simulation integrated with problem based learning applying various nursing situations in the future.

The aim of this study is to show how much career management system of hospital affect the psychological state and career effectiveness for hospital employees. The research was dealing the issues about hospital's career management system which affect organizational engagement. Moreover, these psychological factors have to be analyzed in the relation of career effectiveness. Finally, based on the analyzed results, this study has provide useful information for hospital management to establish efficient and productive human resources-management measures in therms to increase in organizational engagement and career commitment of employees as well. Questionnaires were distributed to employees who are working in hospital located in Seoul city. We found that career management support systems have a significant effect on job engagement. In addition, job engagement influences significantly career commitment. Conclusion and implications are discussed.

This study aimed to identify the parenting competence and parenting stress of nurses in general hospital with preschool children, and to identify convergent factors affecting career commitment. A cross-sectional design was used with a convenience sample of 214 nurses from seven general hospitals. Data were collected through self-evaluation questionnaires from August 10 to August 31, 2016 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and structural modelling using the SPSS WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 computer programs. Parenting stress had a full mediating effect on the influence of parenting competency on career commitment. It is expected to be used as a basic data for improving career commitment of nurses in general hospitals with preschool children, and further studies on factors affecting career commitment, including job-related characteristics, along with parenting-related factors, will be needed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among corporate social responsibility, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Private Security Provides's. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 12 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(14.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the corporate social responsibility is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the corporate social responsibility is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

This study is the convenience Facebook brand fan page users who seek functional, emotional, divided into three levels of symbolic benefits to the brand benefit was to examine whether structurally affect to brand attachment and brand commitment. Results and emotional benefits are found to affect the brand attachment relative to the functional convenience. In addition, the symbolic benefits were to affect brand attachment compared with the functional convenience. But the emotional benefits and symbolic benefits was shown to affect different brand without attachment, brand attachment points have been identified that affect the antecedents of brand engagement.

This study is to study the overall structural relationship between work-life balance(WLB), superior trust, workplace happiness, and organizational commitment. The goal of this study is to study how WLB and superior trust affect workplace happiness, how workplace happiness affects organizational commitment, and the mediating effect of workplace happiness. Survey data were collected from incumbents working in large companies and SMEs, validity and reliability of research items were reviewed, and research hypotheses were tested using path analysis. As a result of testing the research hypothesis, WLB and superior trust have a positive (+) effect on workplace happiness, and workplace happiness has a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Also, job satisfaction plays a role as a partial parameter between WLB, superior trust, and organizational commitment. Based on the hypothesis test results, it was confirmed that the higher the level of WLB and superior trust, the higher the level of work satisfaction. Based on the research results, a plan was suggested for Korean corporate members to achieve workplace happiness and organizational commitment.

This study examined significant differences in the impact of workplace bullying on emotional depletion and organizational commitment, and used 400 questionnaires to examine whether there would be significant differences depending on social support. As an analysis method, we used SPSS 24 for sample characteristics, SmartPLS 3 statistical programs for verifiable factor analysis, reliability and validity, path analysis, and structural equation models. Studies have shown that bullying in the workplace affects significant positive (+) for emotional depletion, and that emotional depletion affects significant negative (-) for tissue commitment. The influence relationship between workplace bullying and tissue commitment was partially mediated in the direction of wealth (-), and the effect of emotional depletion on tissue immersion was shown to be significant differences in the control of social support. Implications are that bullying in the workplace affects emotional depletion, so corporate efforts to prevent bullying are urgently needed, suggesting that employees can improve their organizational commitment, by using a system or community that can promote communication with their bosses.

Since the advent of the Smart Devices, the smartphone has become a popular tool to view Webtoon. This phenomenon has caused the convergence of cutting-edge technologies and Webtoons in diverse forms, creating unique versions of Webtoons including, but not limited to Smart-toon, Effect-toon, Cut-toon, Dubbing-toon, Moving-toon, AR-toon, VR-toon, and Interaction-toon. By comparison to these rich diversities of Webtoons in the online industry, there is a lack of academic research on this topic. There are some papers which talk about the different types of multimedia technology conversion and its case presentation or the effectiveness and problems of visual effect, but the effects of these convergence technologies on comic readers' concentration and reading effectiveness have never been investigated so far. Therefore, this paper will discuss the unique method of immersive storytelling that is often used in comics and analyze each aspects of immersive method in technology-converged Webtoons along with its problems. Furthermore, this paper will analyze different aspects of "immersion" and interaction elements that can be found in the popular Interaction-toon, (Encountered). Through this, this paper discusses the positive influence of the interaction elements on comic readers' immersion level and its limitation. To classify the technology-converged Webtoons in terms of the immersion level, the Effect-toon sometimes interferes viewer's flow by using excessive use of multimedia effect, creating information overload. The Smart-toon which applied motions to each frame under horizontal mode of smartphones was a good try, but it hindered the readers' activeness and made it hard for the readers to be fully absorbed in the story. The VR-toon, which utilizes virtual reality gadgets to allow viewers to explore the world of Webtoon was also a nice try to overcome the limitation of vertical screens. However, it often caused dispersion of user's attention and reduced the users' immersion level. The Moving-toon which only emphasized the reading convenience also invaded readers' activeness and disturb users' concentration. On the other hand, the cartoonist Il-Kwon Ha applied high technologies such as face recognition technology, augmented reality techniques, 360-degree panorama technology, and haptic technology to his cartoon (Encountered). This allowed the readers to form a sense of closeness towards the cartoon characters which let the readers to identify themselves with the characters and interact with them. By this way, the readers can be fully immersed in the story. However, technology abuse, impractical production and hackneyed storylining often showed later in the story remains as its limitations.
